He pranced around like he was on the cover of GQ. He LOVED going to his spa day at Cutie Paws. Do not bring your dog here. Our cocker spaniel was terrified of being groomed after bringing her here, we would meet at the back where they come out and get your dog. Our baby tried everything not to go in, she started to peeing herself every time a lady would come get her. This was not normal behavior for her, she is a very good girl and was used to being groomed. After a few times we stopped taking her here. Now she loves the new place we found. If you have a giant breed dog don't bother with Cutie Paws. I asked about bringing my dog in for grooming. The lady answering the phone asked first what breed. When I told her the breed she then said " We are not taking new clients at this time." If that was the case she should have led with that. My first time in this business and it was a great experience. I had been looking for a good caring groomer for my dog. she was in desperate need of a nail trim. I had been having a problem finding someone who was caring enough not to freak my dog out, since she is Blind, it doesn't take much. with no luck on my search I found this place and called and was told to just come in between 830 and 130 anytime. so i did just that. yes it was a drive for me but it was so worth it. without question she stopped what she was doing and clipped precious nails without any trauma. and then only wanted to charge me $5. I said absolutely not. i had $15 set aside and that's what i will pay you gladly. I am just sad that she wasnt excepting any new clients. where has this place been hiding all this time. the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I recommend them to the highest that there is. I cannot stress about how long it took me to find a place to groom my dog. My dog is a Pomeranian mixed and has anxiety when it comes to other people and pets. When I took him to Petco groomers, my dog did not came back the same and I was upset because something wasn't right. After I called many places Cutie paws said they had an opening for 12pm so I agreed. I've never been there so I got a little lost. They are located in the Von's plaza next to rite aide. Immediately when I got in they started trimming his nails and he was cooperating. They told me to come back in an hour and they take appointments very serious so it's important to be on time. I came back and they were honest about how my dog was while being cut and he looked good. No more matted hair and his nails were trimmed very nicely. I would highly recommend this place and I'am very pleased to have found groomers that not only I love but my dog is comfortable being around. read more

I can't say enough how much our family loves Jamie and all of her staff. We have always used the same groomer but recently moved to Riverside and needed to find someone new. My husband spoke with Jamie and she reassured us that we wouldn't have to leave our dogs all day (as most groomers do). She communicated very clearly her policies and scheduled an appointment. She gave us a clear time frame, called and reminded us, and texted me when the dogs were ready. I appreciate her great communication. More importantly, my dogs love Jamie. I don't have a single complaint about how they are groomed. They always are groomed to my specifications. She is truly outstanding. My babe was groomed by Jamie at Cutie Paws. This was my first time visiting this salon. Normally, I take my pup to PetSmart but they were not accepting appts over the weekend. I searched and searched on Yelp for a place that had great reviews and had pics of Shih Tzu hair cuts with the ears long! I stumbled upon Cutie Paws. I messaged the shop and within a few hours Jamie responded to me. Of course they were all booked up but she called me that next morning and said she can squeeze my dog in! I was so excited.
