Back to my last review, no, there was not a mixup. The cleaners actually called the owners or whoever runs this place, in front of me, and were told to STILL not let me in. Also, the vending machine constantly goes out and the price for the shampoos and conditioners are ridiculously high for the small bottles that are provided inside. The shampoo and conditioner that comes out from the hose mixed in with the water is very minimal so almost pointless. The water went out on one of the washers after these two girls came in to wash their husky... not sure if it was them that messed it up or just the machine in general, but this isn't the first time it's stopped working. What if we were one time customers and paid the price and the water wasn't working but the time was still going down and we were charged ?? Apparently there was "no one here" since no one answered the door with the numerous times we knocked and no one answered the phone neither... there's always someone here on random days that I come in, so now all of a sudden it's empty in the back. Do better. Let me add that the only reason I come here is because of the amount of dogs I have, it's cheaper to bathe them myself and pay the monthly fee, than to pay over $100 at a groomers per dog, still though not even the monthly fee is very cheap when you have multiple dogs. read more

This was my first experiencing washing my own dog too so I was scared at the beginning lol - the store had two wash stations and two dryer stations with high velocity dryers. We came here today for the first time and decided to sign up for the membership while we were there but were unaware that it takes 24 hours before it gets activated. Nowhere during the sign up process does it state that, so our options were cancel and request a refund. Request a refund and pay for the single wash, or load the dog back up and come back after the 24 hours passes. These were the options given to us after calling into the number listed on the website. Went there this morning. Clean. System works well. Several negatives. There is not loops anywhere to hook up dog not in tub. Nowhere to hang purse next to you. The shampoo they use does not lather much nor does it seem to clean well. The products they use are unscented and when you are done they smell like a wet dog. Biggest problem is the drug addicts hanging outside asking for money. They were a really creepy group. Being inside with no one was scary. I was nervous the whole time there. Hello, I have been taking my dog here to get baths for a few months now. Recently, I just got another bestie...his name is Arlo. He is an 80 lb puppy and 9 months old. Connie is always super sweet and helpful, but recently she went above and beyond to help me. My good boy Arlo, born into a shelter and just beginning his new found life panicked when I brought him in! He literally leaped out of his harness and was about to book it to the door. This review is long overdue (sorry John) as I've been here about 6 or 7 times now. Also I apologize for the long review I just want to make sure you all know what to expect! First of all let me say the owner and his whole family are some of the nicest, kindest, and sweetest people you'll ever meet! John, Connie, Marie, and Peter, whom I've all met on different visits, have all been so amazing and lovely every time I brought my sweet Gemma girl here! When you first walk in you're greeted by a super clean and well kept establishment! There are two washing tubs on the right side and even some vending machines with various treats you can reward your dog or cat with! On the walls they provide aprons, little towels to dry your pet with, and even brushes! All free of charge! On the opposite end of the room there's an additional dryer to use if you need some additional time to dry your pet! Again absolutely free! There's even a cool dog decal on the wall with a cute doggo on it with clocks for eyes! John (the owner) was there the first time I brought Gemma in and he was so helpful in explaining the whole process. He took the time to explain all the features of the pet washing machine and all the amenities available to me as a customer! Which I truly appreciated In regards to the machines itself, they have these super cool self wash machines that make the whole process super easy and fun, at least for me (This was the first time I ever washed my dog as she was a stray my girlfriend and I found) The machine itself has different settings and you are able to choose from two different hoses (one for washing and one for drying). So when you first start, for the super affordable price of $17.99, it gives you the option to disinfect the tub. Then what's your done disinfecting there's a timer that goes on for about 18 minutes (I think it's for that long haha sorry can't remember how long off the top of my head because you honestly have plenty of time to wash your furry friend ). Then once you get your pet in the tub there is an option to hook up their collar to an they adjustable leash. So if you have an escape artist on your hand this is particularly useful . Then you go through the whole process with the different settings. There's shampoo, rinse, conditioner, flea wash, dry low, and dry high. Plus! Let's say you wanna take some extra time to really scrub your pet. There's even an option to pause the timer!!! Then once you're all finished and the time is complete It gives you the option to disinfect the tub again! Then you're all done! Overall the whole experience is quick, easy, and very affordable! Every single member of John's family that I met from his wife Connie to his parents Peter and Marie have made my dog washing here such a pleasant experience. If you wanna chat with them don't be shy as they will be more then happy to share with you some stories and a laugh or two. 5 stars are not enough! After trying a few groomers that didn't want to work with my dog, I stopped in to speak with Connie. She was willing to try and it went great. I did keep my dog muzzled just in case but she was so good with her and put her at ease. She gave my dog space upon meeting her and didn't talk in a high pitch voice or try to force a friendship. My dog responded very well to that. Connie provided a truly relaxing spa experience in the way she handled her. You can also pause during washing and the time will stop counting. If the time runs out during drying time, they have another space where you can continue drying your babies at no extra cost. I had just got done with a hike close to 6pm during a holiday weekend and most groomers were closed, even Petco! I noticed tiny bugs on my dog and freaked out because I thought they could be ticks! I frantically kept searching for a place I could clean my dog at. So happy I stumbled across IMMACULATE PAWS on Yelp! It was my first time at a self-service dog wash. Ironically, I was just telling my friend, "Wouldn't it be cool if there was a dog wash like a car wash?" Low and behold, this place is just like that! It appeared to be owned by a young couple. The wife was helpful in telling us how to perform the self-service dog wash. I believe credit card/debit payments were only accepted, as it is a kiosk-like machine. The technology is so cool! You can press a button for the following: disinfect the tub (free), flea/tick wash, shampoo, conditioner and dry (light and strong settings). There is also another dryer located on a wall, which was also very useful, because at a certain point my dog hopped out of the tub before I finished drying him (you can tie your dog to the tub by leash but I had him off-leash as he was the only dog there). All of these features were just $17.99 and you can use it for 15min total. The nice part is you can pause the machine, such as when I wanted to soak my dog in the flea/tick wash. At the end I even had enough time left to wash my hands with the machine! Plus, the owner said all the products they use were natural and plant based!! So when my dog shaked himself briskly and we got wet--I didn't sweat if stuff got into my eyes! They even have options for different kinds of items to work through your dogs mane for free use like deshedder combs and silicone fur scrubbers. Also, towels were also available for free use! They have another vending machine for dog treats! The establishment was clean and the customer service was good. I will definitely be back! read more

I am the owner of 2 very large muscle dogs and coming to this place translates to less stress for my dogs, less risk of my dogs getting traumatized since not many groomers handle large breeds. There's a digital screen in front of the tub, it is just a digital screen, all the control are next to the card reader . 3. It has 1-7 tab you can choose from and there are also a stop you can stop the water or foam while rubbing the dog, you don't need to follow from 1 to 7 . Follow your own step . 4. There are hooks on both side , so you can switch the bungee and tie your dog on the right or left , therefore you can easily wash both sides . 5. Went to this place today to wash my doberman, the woman that was there was so helpful & polite. She showed us how everything worked & was so sweet. Even came go check on us after we were done. OK, so immaculate is beyond amazing. Not just because they were one of the few businesses that responded to us. Today we were in serious need of getting our dog groomed or wash, and what not. We sent out several messages to groomers, and John from immaculate responded to us and let us know that they are a self serve wash, dog spa, is what I'm gonna call it. Lol Let me tell you this place was super clean. Also, they keep their doors locked. So have to press a button and they will open the door for you, I like the fact that no one can run up on you while you're washing your dog, and there is no feeling vulnerable with unlocked doors while your hand aren't free. Best feature and something I noticed right off the top. They have awesome and easy to use tubs. There is a computerized touch screen for use. It's got the works, flea wash, shampoo, and wash, conditioner wash, rinse, blow dryer, and I believe a few others that I can't think of right this minute. As far as tangible accessories, they have an apron for you to wear when you wash your dog, a brush to brush your dog out during and or after wash. They also have towels and again I know there's something I'm forgetting but it's got everything you need. They also have chains on each side of the tub to keep your dog from jumping out of the tub. My dog is a 7 month old XL bully. He was a handful and he was definitely not having that bath. He was putting up as much push back as possible. I was stressing out a little.... but Peter, the gentleman who let us in to the establishment , and had also guided us through the wash, was there the whole time (nicest man), he saw my stress, and asked if he could help. I said yes please, probably the look of desperation still on my face. Anyway, the minute he stepped in, my dog calmed right down. Actually, my boy sat right down!! what?? Even though this is a fully self serve, wash, and a right reminder to myself that as well I am very grateful that he helped us out.
