Update: Consistently Great Service I first visited this self-serve dog wash when they were new, opened about a year ago, and I'm glad to say that they've maintained the same outstanding quality ever since. I'm pretty shocked because many new businesses start off strong but gradually change for profit especially because of our crazy economy, often compromising customer experience but not this place! It's just as clean, convenient, and reliable as I remember. The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely puts customers first, and it truly shows. Their self-wash station makes bathing my dog effortless, and I recommended to those struggling with washing their dogs or for people who usually wash their dog outside but can't because of the colder months. If you're looking for an stress-free, well-maintained, and welcoming place to wash your pup, this is it!

Immaculate paws was exactly what I needed for a self groom for my big boy. This was my first experiencing washing my own dog too so I was scared at the beginning lol - the store had two wash stations and two dryer stations with high velocity dryers. For 17$ you get 15 min of wash and rinse time which I thought was more than enough. The water comes out at the perfect temperature. They have a vending machine For some drinks and accessories for your dogs as well as a snack machine for your pup. I also love how they provide towels to you to make drying a little easier. The only thing I would recommend, especially if you have a dog with long hair or a thick coat would be to bring your own deshedding and coat brushes from home. would definitely return here!

They have various brushes n stuff to get tha job done. Definitely be back again. Triqxee approved

This is the second time I have taken my dog to this location. Immaculate Paws is so clean, organized, and overall a great place to take your dog for a bath. They definitely have my business going forward and I should just get the membership because it's a great deal.

Hello, I have been taking my dog here to get baths for a few months now. Recently, I just got another bestie...his name is Arlo. He is an 80 lb puppy and 9 months old. Connie is always super sweet and helpful, but recently she went above and beyond to help me. My good boy Arlo, born into a shelter and just beginning his new found life panicked when I brought him in! He literally leaped out of his harness and was about to book it to the door. Connie was already headed that way to close the door, but in my panic I shouted CLOSE THE DOOR! My goodness this women did the Matrix getting that door shut as I jumped on top of my puppy. This dog runs fast! If she didn't react so quickly, we would have been in big trouble! Needless to say we got a new harness, and he did get his bath of course. I really, really have always appreciated the kindness and quality from this establishment. I care a lot about my animals. They are like family. To have people like Connie and her family care as much about animals EVERYTIME I come in melts my heart. They really care about your pets and you as a customer. I wouldn't go anywhere else! This place provides all the supplies you will ever need, the owners are awesome, the price is right...I could not recommend it enough.

This review is long overdue (sorry John) as I've been here about 6 or 7 times now. Also I apologize for the long review I just want to make sure you all know what to expect! First of all let me say the owner and his whole family are some of the nicest, kindest, and sweetest people you'll ever meet! John, Connie, Marie, and Peter, whom I've all met on different visits, have all been so amazing and lovely every time I brought my sweet Gemma girl here! When you first walk in you're greeted by a super clean and well kept establishment! There are two washing tubs on the right side and even some vending machines with various treats you can reward your dog or cat with! On the walls they provide aprons, little towels to dry your pet with, and even brushes! All free of charge! On the opposite end of the room there's an additional dryer to use if you need some additional time to dry your pet! Again absolutely free! There's even a cool dog decal on the wall with a cute doggo on it with clocks for eyes! John (the owner) was there the first time I brought Gemma in and he was so helpful in explaining the whole process. He took the time to explain all the features of the pet washing machine and all the amenities available to me as a customer! Which I truly appreciated In regards to the machines itself, they have these super cool self wash machines that make the whole process super easy and fun, at least for me (This was the first time I ever washed my dog as she was a stray my girlfriend and I found) The machine itself has different settings and you are able to choose from two different hoses (one for washing and one for drying). So when you first start, for the super affordable price of $17.99, it gives you the option to disinfect the tub. Then what's your done disinfecting there's a timer that goes on for about 18 minutes (I think it's for that long haha sorry can't remember how long off the top of my head because you honestly have plenty of time to wash your furry friend ). Then once you get your pet in the tub there is an option to hook up their collar to an they adjustable leash. So if you have an escape artist on your hand this is particularly useful . Then you go through the whole process with the different settings. There's shampoo, rinse, conditioner, flea wash, dry low, and dry high. Plus! Let's say you wanna take some extra time to really scrub your pet. There's even an option to pause the timer!!! Then once you're all finished and the time is complete It gives you the option to disinfect the tub again! Then you're all done! Overall the whole experience is quick, easy, and very affordable! Every single member of John's family that I met from his wife Connie to his parents Peter and Marie have made my dog washing here such a pleasant experience. If you wanna chat with them don't be shy as they will be more then happy to share with you some stories and a laugh or two. If you just wanna get in and get out, they will definitely give you some privacy by stepping in their office. They honestly just want you to feel comfortable and taken care of at Immaculate Paws. So if you've been thinking about trying this new spot out please stop on by and give this place a try! You will love it here and I guarantee you'll add this amazing pet washing utopia to your pet's grooming routine

I love this place! It was my first time bringing my 2 dogs and I usually have a hard time giving them a shower, but this place made it so much easier. $17.99 for 15 min. The water pressure is great and this place provides all of the things you need like shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, hair dryer, and ear muffs. You can also pause during washing and the time will stop counting. If the time runs out during drying time, they have another space where you can continue drying your babies at no extra cost. The staff there was super fun and helpful. Just be careful if your dog is a runner, they closed the door but one of my dog manage to open the door and zoom right out, but we managed to catch her and the staff was an older gentleman and he helped me watch my other dog while I go and catch my runner. Will definitely be back! Such a great experience!

I LOVEEEE this self serve dog wash! This is the best place ever if you have a dog like me who SHEDS SO MUCH! They have the best directions and very reasonable wash times! They just installed an extra dryer on the wall to help thoroughly dry the dogs. This helps so much with dogs like mine who have such a thick coat. Not only is the wash great but this is a family owned small business (which I love!) they are so kind and always so helpful when it comes to everything. They truly care about each dog that comes in and even offer treats! If you are contemplating going, GO! I would pay more for the services they provide, they have a great set price. Thank you guys for such amazing experiences, I will be taking both my german shepherds here from now on. THANK YOU! This is a life changer!!!

I had just got done with a hike close to 6pm during a holiday weekend and most groomers were closed, even Petco! I noticed tiny bugs on my dog and freaked out because I thought they could be ticks! I frantically kept searching for a place I could clean my dog at. So happy I stumbled across IMMACULATE PAWS on Yelp! It was my first time at a self-service dog wash. Ironically, I was just telling my friend, "Wouldn't it be cool if there was a dog wash like a car wash?" Low and behold, this place is just like that! It appeared to be owned by a young couple. The wife was helpful in telling us how to perform the self-service dog wash. I believe credit card/debit payments were only accepted, as it is a kiosk-like machine. The technology is so cool! You can press a button for the following: disinfect the tub (free), flea/tick wash, shampoo, conditioner and dry (light and strong settings). There is also another dryer located on a wall, which was also very useful, because at a certain point my dog hopped out of the tub before I finished drying him (you can tie your dog to the tub by leash but I had him off-leash as he was the only dog there). All of these features were just $17.99 and you can use it for 15min total. The nice part is you can pause the machine, such as when I wanted to soak my dog in the flea/tick wash. At the end I even had enough time left to wash my hands with the machine! Plus, the owner said all the products they use were natural and plant based!! So when my dog shaked himself briskly and we got wet--I didn't sweat if stuff got into my eyes! They even have options for different kinds of items to work through your dogs mane for free use like deshedder combs and silicone fur scrubbers. Also, towels were also available for free use! They have another vending machine for dog treats! The establishment was clean and the customer service was good. I will definitely be back!

5 stars are not enough! After trying a few groomers that didn't want to work with my dog, I stopped in to speak with Connie. She was willing to try and it went great. I did keep my dog muzzled just in case but she was so good with her and put her at ease. She gave my dog space upon meeting her and didn't talk in a high pitch voice or try to force a friendship. My dog responded very well to that. Connie provided a truly relaxing spa experience in the way she handled her. I'm also very impressed with the products she used which left my dog soft and smelling good for weeks not to mention reduced her shedding and scratching. I highly recommend bringing your pet in.

Loved it here! We were able to wash our Bruno so easily. Loved how they have different options to wash and that you can pause the bath session so that you are able to wash your pup without letting the time run. Owners are super sweet and helpful ! I definitely will be coming back.

I have a Pitbull and Doberman that are in need of a bath. Our water pressure is not working in our home. My pitbull is not friendly and I have to muzzle her when I take her to the vet. Would a self-serve wash be okay?

I tried to pick my dogs up at the three hour mark and they had not even been trimmed properly yet and I was told if I picked up the dogs then, I would have to pay for the entire bill. I left my poor dogs there as I had an appointment. When I returned to pick them up the groomer was rude and over the top argumentative and said I was not allowed to bring my dogs back even after I apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. They continued to display such a shameful attitude and stance with me just because I declined to have the groomer use the clipper on the entire ear. What happened to kindness and the business motto "The customer is always right"? If they treat me like this is a "critical parent fashion", how do they treat my dogs??? There is no way to see how dogs are being treated around the corner as when they groom the dogs it is completely out of view. One of my dogs was literally shaking when we arrived home. The shaking lasted some time. As it was, they charged me $15 extra to comb out my dog's matted ear. Couldn't they have given me that option up front? It would have been so much more kinder and everyone could have left happy and content including my dogs!!! After arrived home for several days, my dogs cry when I pick them up from sore ribs. How horribly sad and indicates they were mishandled, too!

My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming.
