As a new client with them, it was easy to schedule an appointment. I contacted them through yelp, and, although scheduling was out by about a month, it was worth the wait. Normal grooming services we request for Buddy is like most any other dog, but most groomers are unable to trim his nails or the fur between his pads. We've even had to have the vet sedate him before just to get his paws cleaned up...That's how bad his anxiety has been. But not with Dirty Dog Solutions! They were able to trim his nails and the fur between his pads with no problems. They told me "he just wanted to be held" definitely something Petsmart or any other groomer hasn't been able to do. Some would say that they are expensive but I actually found them to be comparable to Petsmart, Petco, or any other groomer that you have to go to. But with the added convenience of scheduling an at home appointment and being the only dog groomed during that appointment its worth the price! With Dirty Dog Solutions, Buddy came back to us happy, clean, and dry. With any other groomer, Buddy comes back to us anxious, mostly clean, and somewhat to mostly dry. I love how when I called them to see if I could make an appointment I got to talk to someone right away I didn't have to leave a message and wait for them to get back to me, because the other groomers I called before I found DDS all I got was a voice mail and they never called me back but that wasn't the case with DDS and when I had to change my appointment time it was supper easy to do I have a beagle his name is B and my sister cattle dog name is penny.
