This was truly one of the strangest experiences I've had. Do NOT book an appointment here. I had a 12:00 PM appointment for Milo and drove 20 minutes to get there. No one opened the door or answered my calls or texts. While I was standing outside, I received a message saying my appointment had suddenly been changed to 1:30 PM. I drove back home and then another 20 minutes again for 1:30 PM. Same thing -- no answer, no response. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. This was a complete waste of my time. read more

Thomas did a fantastic job grooming my pup! His coat is so shiny, and he smells amazing. He even had to de-shed my dog three times, as you can see from the photo! While Thomas' setup isn't your traditional grooming shop--he runs a home-based business in a mobile trailer on his driveway--it didn't affect the quality of service one bit. Thomas is hearing impaired, so it's best to reach him through the app where you book your appointment, as he may not hear door knocks. I also really appreciate that he offers online booking--it's so convenient! I was able to book a same-day appointment with just 2 hours' notice. This was my first time visiting, and I'll definitely be coming back. Plus, his pricing is the best in the area. Highly recommend! read more

I've been going to Solo Dog Grooming for 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Thomas, the owner, is incredibly gentle, patient, and kind especially with my 13-year-old mixed Jack Russell Terrier, Oreo. Thomas is always professional, and Oreo comes home looking neat, clean, and well-brushed every time. Even more important to me, Oreo is always comfortable and calm after his visits, which says a lot at his age. Not to mention, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high-quality care and service you get. I highly recommend Thomas to any pet parent in the area--you and your dog will be in great hands! read more

What an amazing dog groomer! Thomas took our three pups in today (1 German shepherd, 2 huskies) for a large dog grooming and extra deshedding services... if you know, you know.... Such a thorough and amazing job. All dogs look beautiful and smell so good. Will definitely be coming back. I received updates and videos throughout as well. read more

We were extremely pleased with how our Luna turned out. Thomas did a very good job. He communicated with us about what he was doing while working on her. Her hair was pretty bad after we attempted to cut it ourselves. So Thomas got her cleaned up and made her beautiful. Also, he has the best prices we have found--very reasonable. I wish I had a before-and-after picture, but we are very happy. We will definitely be back. read more

The groomer was incredibly patient and kind, and took great care of our dog. They did a very clean and thorough job. Since it was Max's first time there, he was hesitant to go in--but by the end, he was happily wagging his tail! The pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

Took my baby for her first haircut since moving to Corona and noticed Solo dog grooming was very close to me. Booked an easy appointment through the website and arrived before my appointment. In Long Beach-where i previously lived-her haircuts would take up to 4 hours! But Thomas worked his magic in an hour and some change. She loves her haircut!! This is the first time a groomer has put as much effort into caring for her as he did grooming her. I recommend coming here! read more

Thank you so much Thomas! Our puppy is very anxious and doesn't do well with groomers normally and he not only was patient but also friendly and professionally. He was able to groom our dog and get us in a short time and provided many recommendations. We are lucky to have found him! read more

I'm not able to give a rating on service just yet. I booked with this company a few weeks ago and showed up to the address at the scheduled time but no one answered the door. Also, attempted to call the number and text the number listed and no luck. I've rebooked with them today. Hopefully I can come back and give a rating on services provided to our puppy. :) read more

Hello everyone ... I just want to say I got upset once or twice that dog groomer Thomas didn't show up for appointments but he had a good reasons , I'd like to apologize and say it doesn't take away from his services or the person he is .... Honestly he's AMAZING with pets . My dog Coco was always very nervous all the time I took her to the groomers in Norco. She's always relaxed and happy that says more than words honestly!! I took my cats to Thomas as well and he did a good job. I like him and he's prices are affordable, I can't see how theses other places charge 100 or more I've paid it I'm not going to lie but things are hard now, so I appreciate he's hard work. So please give him reviews it matters ! So hats off to you Thomas again I'm so sorry I had given you a bad review I was just very upset ! I gave Thonas another try wanna know why????? Because my dog coco bear showed me she really liked him and in the end it's all about our pets comfort Right?? So he's great give your pet a try w Thomas .... And I promise he didn't pay me to write this I really appreciate him so does Coco Bear !!! read more

We are glad to have had our first grooming experience here at Thomas's business. Thomas was very gentle with our pup, and kept us updated along the way. Before coming to this grooming session, we heard about Aussie pups getting shaved at some other groomers' place so we took extra caution to ask Thomas only to trim our pup minimally. The whole process only took no more than 90 minutes. But seeing the result we will be more relaxed next time and have him trimmed more. Yes we will definitely return to this business in the future. Misu is now so soft and fluffy, with a terrific smell and neatly trimmed nails. We had a great snuggle time after getting home. read more

We had appointment at 9am, we reached sharp 8:59 am . Knock the door several time, press the bell. Try to call them no reply. Waited 15 minutes & we left. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time as I had to go to office & took morning off to do grooming for my dog. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Website says full groom for a small dog is 1.5 hours. We didn't get a call or text after 2.5 hours. We arrived to find our dog in the trailer unattended with feces stuck to him. Didn't look like any bath or grooming was done. Called and rang the doorbell numerous times without response. We took our dog home. If there was an emergency, we should have been contacted to get our dog. We're only 5 minutes away. Never coming back, nor recommending to anyone. read more

Funny how their cancellation policy is 2 hours but I made an appointment Monday for Wednesday at 9 am and it got cancelled 8:40am. 20 minutes before my appointment completely ridiculous I took time out of my day to drop off my dog only to have it cancelled have me go back home to drop him off again. Completely unprofessional save your time and go to another grooming place. read more

Adam was great!! I was a little nervous because some reviews here mentioned that he doesn't confirm or cancels but I kept my faith and am glad I did. Adam confirmed my weekend appointment on Friday. I arrived at my scheduled time and he promptly came out and took my Kobe who was I'm said to say was overdue for grooming. I told him sorry and I knew he had his job cut out for him this day. Adam gave me my Kobe back looking like a brand new dog . Adam you are awesome and you have a new customer for the duration!! Book with Adam and Solo Dog Grooming you won't be disappointed read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Amazing experience here. I had THREE dogs groomed in one day. Communication was great and he was very helpful. Way better than other places in Corona. My dogs are clean and my small dog, who is usually very fussy, was handled with care. I am satisfied with the results, thanks! read more

If there was -10 stars this place would qualify. I schedule an appointment on Saturday literally 10 minutes before the appointment they canceled I made the mistake of re-booking it for Sunday confirmed twice got to the place and a dog was sitting in a mobile grooming unit in their driveway freezing to death. They said they'd be right with me and a woman came to the door and said oh you had an appointment with Tommy we've had a family emergency not only did they cancel the appointment twice in two days the second time I was at their place of business thoroughly disgusted don't go you'll regret it read more

Thomas has been a family friend for over a decade, we knew he was enrolled in dog grooming classes to obtain his license and he would often come by the house to assist with a quick trim and nail cut for my dogs. I had no idea Thomas launched a full blown business and our 130 pound German Shepard was in dire need of a trim and bath after the passing rain. Called up Thomas and he squeezed me in same day and I could not be any happier! To be honest he needs to charge more, I know how much work it usually is just giving my dog a quick wash. Thomas brushed, trimmed, washed, and blew the coat on my German Shepard in record speed and his experience was shining! Super happy I reached out, will be bringing my dogs to him regularly. read more

The owner Thomas does a great job grooming our dog Nolyn. He's very responsive and accommodating when it comes to our appointment times. Here's a few pictures of a washing we did in between haircuts. I appreciate Thomas because he takes his time and is consistent with his haircuts. Nolyn always leaves happy and fluffy. read more

It's was an ok grooming. Things were missed (ears, paws, etc.) but his communication was great and kept me up to date on the dogs status. The pups seemed in good spirits so that hints to me that he was good with them but the end result left me looking for a more complete grooming. read more

Thomas, the groomer is very accommodating and friendly. My dog feels comfortable with him

Thomas is an excellent dog groomer. He gave my multipoo the cutest haircut. He also shampooed and cut her nails all for a very reasonable price. What I liked the best was that she was there for only 1 1/2 hours! I highly recommend Thomas for your animal groomer! :) read more

Not sure how to even say this. Looking through the reviews to see if anyone had the same issue as me before I posted this. I've booked since last Tuesday (a week already) from Moreno Valley and was waiting outside their home for 20 minutes in the heat as well as making so many phone calls to them. No one ever answered only to find out they had moved my appt. I tried rebooking for yesterday morning for them to cancel my appointment a couple hours before. Giving the business another chance I booked for this morning (Tuesday). I called before I was on my way to confirm my appt since I received no cancellation or appt change. Not surprised no one answered. I drove to their home only for a woman to come out saying that he had sent messages out of cancellation due to a family emergency. Clearly by all of this disappointment, this business is quite unprofessional. I feel like they keep playing games and wasting my time. A tip for the future... if there's a family emergency then don't have your booking available. Don't recommend as they don't seem to be taking their business seriously. read more
