Hi! This is actually my first time ever leaving a review for a pet groomer (or anything dog-related, really), but I just had to take a moment to say how amazing this place is. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and immediately felt reassured--something that meant a lot to me, especially since this was my very first time ever dropping my dog off to be groomed. I was super nervous, mostly because my dog is quite shy and anxious around new people and unfamiliar places. But the team here was incredibly patient and understanding--not just with my pup, but with me, too! They took the time to walk me through everything they were going to do, asked thoughtful questions about my dog's behavior and preferences, and even made sure I felt completely comfortable before I left. I can't express how comforting it was to know my dog was in such gentle and capable hands. When I came back to pick him up, I was honestly shocked--in the best way. He was calm, relaxed, tail wagging, and had this little spark of joy in his eyes. He looked so fresh, clean, and well taken care of, but more importantly, he looked happy. I could tell right away that they treated him with real kindness and patience, like he was one of their own. They even gave me a little update on how he did during the session, which I really appreciated--it felt personal and thoughtful, not rushed or routine. It's those little things that truly set this place apart. The groomers here clearly love what they do, and they have such a natural way with animals. You can't fake that kind of care. On top of all that, the location was super convenient, everything ran on time, and the whole experience was so smooth from start to finish. As someone who was very nervous to leave my dog anywhere, I left this experience feeling nothing but gratitude and relief. Safe to say, I'll definitely be coming back. I'm so happy to have found a place that not only makes my dog feel safe and loved, but makes me feel like a valued customer, too. Thank you so much again--you've made a loyal regular out of us! read more

The man is getting more and more rude his not polite at all, treats puppies like objects, But his prices are going alot higher than the service they give. That always do same wash, CUT SHORT VERY SHORT, ears cut nails, nothing special, I get it that everything has gone up, but just treat people and puppies with respect don't demand it please man read more

This is the only place my dogs have ever felt safe! We have taken them to other groomers and they get very anxious and scared, but ever since they started going to puppy world they are no longer scared! They actually enjoy going. Thank you for making them feel safe and comfortable read more

The people at Puppy World are always very accommodating when we call to take in Princess Chula and Bella. They only handle the little doggies. Which is why they are Puppy World. . The doggies always come out looking fabulous! They have a scarf and matching bows on their ears. Just darling! So, if you want to have your little doggies groomed in a timely manner and looking marvelous try Puppy World! We give them three thumbs up! read more

Run by a very nice couple. The store is really well laid out and organized. We had taken our munchkin to another groomer before, and wow, puppy world sets the bar high. Our munchkin was impeccably groomed, even the their paws were neatly trimmed. Beautiful job, we can tell they were highly skilled in what they do. Also very easy to make an appointment! Would recommend to anyone who wants a high quality job. read more

The owners are SUPER SWEET! I've been bringing my yorkie here for the past several years and they always do a good job. I've taken my pup other places sometimes just because this place is a little further from me but i always find myself coming back here. No other groomer has ever cut my yorkie as perfect as they do here and they are amazing on their prices compared to other spots. I always recommend people here! read more

Took my 1.5 year old Maltipoo COCO for grooming. He has cuts on some part of his skin (see pictures) because of how short this place shaved him. They never mentioned anything about his cuts when I picked up COCO. I found the cuts the day after. Also, COCO end up with fleas!! He never had fleas before. The person on the front hardly talks to you. He took COCO and said he will call when COCO was ready. I asked for the price and he said the same as last time (this was my first time there) I should of known at this point. I decided to take COCO there because Petco keeps him for 4-5 hours and I feel bad. Took puppy world 3 hours and $75 grooming fee plus CUTS and FLEAS! Never again!! read more

I am updating my review. I keep giving this place another chance to do better because it's not bad every time we go there. Sometimes they get his cut right. So I made an appointment for my dog yesterday I let them know that I was a repeat customer. When I showed up for my appointment today the owner was very hostile and did not let me pass the door. He said "if you wrote such a bad review about us why did you come again?" I left out a lot in my last review. I didn't mention how cut up his stomach and legs were. Or how rude the owner was when he passed my dog off and tried to hurry me out the store. All I'm asking you to do is to cut him to the length you ask me about, cut his face symmetrically, and not to leave him bleeding so badly after an appointment. I really don't think that that is too much to ask. But trust and believe that we will never come here again and that I will be telling people not to come here because if you leave a bad review they will not let you come again. But they won't try to do better. Make it make sense. Hopefully people will get the memo and stop going to this trash ass place. read more

Easy to schedule a pet grooming appointment. The husband and wife work well together to get the job done fast and efficiently.

Very nice people. I have been a customer for awhile and will continue to bring my dogs here!

First of all the owner is in friendly. He wouldn't make eye contact with me and when I handed him my puppy trying to explain what I wanted he wasn't listening so sure enough when I picked him up he was cut incorrectly. HE ALSO SMELT LIKE SMOKE. Expensive for no reason. Call a mobile groomer read more

Great customer service and fast . The prices are very reasonable and they always treat my fur baby with so much love .

Took my dog there explain them what breed my dog was drove all the way to the location and they denied my dog I've taken my other big dogs there and they take them but for some parent reason they didn't wanna take my dog that day. Never taking my dog there again they are rude and last time they cut my dog. One of the worst grooming places in krone or you can ever take your dog to do not take your dogs there read more

I used to love coming here to get my dog groomed, but the owner has been rude on the phone, I've missed couple appointments but that was on me. But when I call in to check it, he is rude and hangs up. Doesn't let us check in early (10 mins early) customer service is everything when it comes to getting your pet groomed. The ladies are super nice but it's hard talking to them cause of the owner. I've heard that they give something to the dogs to calm them down for grooming but they never confirmed they didn't. Won't be coming back. read more

This place is AMAZING. I have a Maltese, who after I left for school, left with a family member to take care of. When I came back, I could hardly recognize him again, he was in TERRIBLE condition and completely matted. I took him to a couple of places who either quoted $80-$100 or refused to take him at all (including my regular groomer!). Thank GOD I drove by this place and stopped to ask. They gladly took him and quoted me for $60 (first time because of his condition). I felt so at ease with them as they took such good care of my baby even in his filthy state. I came just an hour and a half after to once again not be able to recognize my own dog... He looked amazing and was soo happy!! I will never go anywhere else!! read more

Clean and very reasonable grooming place, they have puppies for sell too. Korean couples are nice and the groomer is all smile and did a good job. not like other shops where they look tired and lack of guest relation ethics. will come back again soon and recommend my friends. my dog groom to perfection, teeth brushed, shampooed very well and smell so good :) $40.00, not bad read more

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! Owner was SO RUDE!!! I called to make an appointment and he said he had one that day. I wanted to get a quote (which is never usually an issue) but he said it starts at $35. I began to tell him the size of my dog and he interrupted me by saying, "his size doesn't determine the price, it's based on his hair condition." Verbatim. So I thought, great! We took my pup in, and the owner of the shop immediately said $85! I was confused because my dog's hair is fine, not matted or anything. I asked why it was so expensive and he said it is because my dog is big. First of all, he is medium sized. Second... I thought his size didn't matter? Whaaaat the heck? If only the owner had let me finish my sentence over the phone, we wouldn't have come in if we knew it was going to cost $85 for a trim. We said the cost seemed pretty high and he got full of attitude and said, "Well have you checked prices anywhere else?? That is not a high price!" I was like... WHOA. BYE. And we left without service. Now I made an appointment for a place with better yelp reviews that only costs around $50. So yes, I am glad I checked prices elsewhere! =D read more

I rated 5 stars because this place delivered. Great service, friendly, loving to my dogs, came in for a quote only but felt awesome after I spoke to the owner and ended up leaving my baby shih tzu and his 1 year old sister. They took excellent care of them, amazing quality grooming and best of all reasonable price $70 for both. Excellent customer service, definitely coming back to bring my other shih tzu read more

My boyfriend & I had to leave out of town so I had to cancelled Gigi's appointment at my local groomer, but she needed to be groomed asap, as a pet owner you should know that it's IMPOSSIBLE to find a groomer that will see your dog the same day without an appointment . After calling many places puppy world told me they would see Gigi in an hour . Let me tell you that the place is extremely clean & cute !! It's like a boutique for doggies, and the owners are Korean super nice people, really clean & did an excellent job on Gigi . Gigi doesn't let anyone touch her face & the lady did great on handling Gigi and making her look more beautiful than she already is, she also put a bandana & some bows on her, Definitely Coco, Gigi & I will be coming back . read more

I have taken my Maltese into Puppy World a dozen times and I have to say they are the best groomer in Corona. They charged me $45.00 for the full works and it's worth every penny. My dog always comes in super dirty with weeds stuck in his fur because we hike and he comes out looking amazing. Not to mention he always gets a scarf or bandana based on the season or Holiday and they always send him home with a treat bag for Halloween, Christmas Easter. One last comment my dog Sammie is usually scared to death of groomers, but this is no joke he doesn't even hesitate walking through the door. read more

I am so pleased with the care and grooming skills of the owners at Puppy World. I go there every few months when my dog is unrecognizable and they do such a wonderful job. The owners get down and greet my dog by name and they always send her home with cute bows, bandana, blanket or treat. My dog smells good and is once again the white Malti-shih Tzu that we fell in love with. I have tried other places in Corona, this is my favorite place to take my furry baby!!!! read more

I'm so confused.. I took my Shi Shu here.. after an hour they called me and said she was ready.. i was surprised because usually it takes longer.. I paid $45 for a bath.. they didn't groom ANYTHING! Not one snip. I paid for a hair cut and got nothing. When I walked in the owner was watching something on the computer with his headphones in.. feet up.. when I asked him why they hadn't groom her he responded with "I don't know, we've been in business for 10 years.. long hair is pretty" I only gave them a 2 star because as I was walking out I noticed an employee (I think it may be his wife) was taking my dog out of the cage and she was so kind and gentle with her.. After that.. downhill. read more

This place did a very good job on my dogs, was able to take us in at the last minute and was reasonably price.

used to like this place but they returned my dog with a cut and within a week it got BAD. it was super red and bleeding even after a week, i just wish they wouldve let me know there was a cut so i couldve bandage because it was on his neck/cheek part and so it was difficult for me to notice until i saw the dark red color. this couldve been avoided w honest communication! maybe i couldve stopped it from getting worse. my dog now needs a cone/ medicine bc he wont stop scratching it and making it worse :( experiences have been different for others but this place is not for me :)! read more
