They also gave me detailed feedback on how she did during the bath and sent me some lovely photos, which I really appreciated. They also did a great job trimming the fur around her butt exactly as I requested, so she won't get poop stuck there anymore! The price was very reasonable too. The only small concern was that they were pretty busy around noon, so I waited about 10 minutes at pickup and there were quite a few dogs barking. Rifle came home a little tired, but she quickly became energetic and playful again, as kittens always do. And she smells AMAZING! Booking was super easy too. I made the appointment yesterday afternoon and was able to bring her in this morning. We'll be back in a couple of months!

What upset me most was that the groomers did not tell me she had been injured. I should have been informed immediately. They did apologize, refund the grooming charge, and pay the veterinary bills, which I appreciate. However, that does not erase the pain my poor dog suffered or the distress of seeing her hurt. She did not deserve to go through this. Accidents can happen, but honest communication and proper care are essential when we trust someone with our pets.
