He is a very nice guy, and did a great job. We thought his price was very reasonable. And reliable when making appointments.

We've called other salons closer to home, but their prices are much higher, and the quality and service here keep us coming back. In all our visits, we've never experienced any rudeness or negativity quite the opposite. The staff has always been professional and welcoming. As for the cancellation fee some people mention, it's important to be realistic appointments here take hours, and that's valuable time set aside specifically for you. It's completely fair for a business to protect that time. We personally do our best not to cancel, but when something unavoidable comes up, we understand and respect their policy. Overall, we've had nothing but great experiences and will continue to come back! Thanks Cameron and Pawlished Paws!!!!!

I've been coming to Pawlish Paws for over 15 years, and they have always provided good service…read moreuntil I brought my Bernadoodle in for grooming. My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

I am SO glad I found this place!! And i would give 10 Stars if i could!…read more My beloved Bubby, a 3 year old Yorkie-Poo really needed a makeover... i have groomed my fur babies before, but my little guy is extremely intelligent and ridiculously strong for a 10lb ball of fur. It's like he can read my thoughts and runs out of the room if i even THINK of grabbing the shears... and If i do get a hold of him, he's so strong and fast that theres just no way I could safely trim his bangs or cut a mat. Plus he likes to eat them? lmao but i digress..... Due to the high prices of other groomers i had seen before and Bubbys hatred for the arts, it had been a while since he was last groomed. His hair was pretty long and moderately matted :( Even though it was the holidays, i decided to give in and call around to a few groomers and splurge. Aria was the first i called since they're within walking distance of Us. And Not only were they able to get us in SUPER last minute, but they went above and beyond in literally every way! I brought my crabby, matted little ragamuffin in and we discussed what kind of cut he would need (pretty much a full shave down). I requested, if possible , to make 'some sort of style' happen so that he wasn't just a 1 all over-and handed him over.. knowing they had their work cut out for them.. A few hours later, i came to picked him up and WOW!!!! I was SO impressed! He WAS shaved down all over as we discussed, but he had the most adorable little Fohawk!! Not to mention there wasn't a single nick, or hair out of place on his whole body! Im not even exaggerating!! The sides of his Fohawk were even faded perfectly!!! The meticulous attention to detail, along with the gentle care and time they took to be sure not to hurt him (every groomer before had nicked him and drawn blood) left me 1million% satisfied and SO grateful for this whole experience (And for the very fair pricing too!) I can really tell that they are devoted to their furry little clients. And Bubby received SO many compliments on his Fohawk! We will be returning to Aria for his next groom and every groom after that. We cant wait to see what the extremely talented (also kind and compassionate) staff will do next. I will be sure to post a pic! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARIA!!

I do not recommend this pet groomer due to unprofessional and inconsistent service. We have brought…read moreour dog here over the years, but this will be our last visit. Prior to the appointment, I sent clear written instructions and also repeated them at drop-off. My message stated: "Hi, Nayva has a grooming appointment today at 3pm. Thank you for fitting her into your busy schedule. Please do not shave her anywhere except under her paws. Only trim her sanitation area with shears, trim her nails, and give her a bath. Thank you." At no point in my text or during drop-off did I request or approve a deshedding service. Despite this, a deshedding service was performed and added to the final cost without my consent. When I raised the concern, instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was provided screenshots of prior payments that included gratuity, which did not address the issue or explain the unauthorized service. Adding services without customer approval is not acceptable. Due to this experience and lack of accountability, I will not be returning.
