    One of the fields.

Sadly not the friendliest or most welcoming of places. Seems to have different rules and charges depending on personal feelings. I stopped going years ago because of how nasty the people running it were. Was ok when I went through this morning. They have increased their price. As with everything in CA. But when my friends tried to join me she was very rude to them. Tried to double charge them. As this was their first event, now sadly left. Only accept cash. Was coming back to gate to bring cash and sadly she continued to verbally insult them, so they left. Sadly first experience will be last.

HUGE PLACE. The whole entire property is a dog park. But not the typical little place that you take your dog to socialize with other dogs. This location is mostly for training. But its 500 acres with 11 body's of water. If your dog doesn't have recall it might not be the park for you since there are roads thru the whole park for vehicles.

Such a fun spot for the pups to play! Lots of open space and room to run. Make sure to choose your own spot and give room for others there!

Is this a good place to bring kids and dogs? Not really for training but for small picnics with family and fun with dogs swimming in the pond?

The transition to the Animal Hospital side was seamless, and the communication provided by the vet team while we were traveling was excellent. The Vets and staff have always been courteous and professional, and although they recommend various items, they do not pressure you to go with any specific treatments/products. You just have to be able to say no and not feel bad about it, they won't make you feel bad about saying no either, at least not in my experience. Facility is clean and they always understood our apprehension about not being able to set the pup down until all of his vaccinations were complete, and ensured us they had the room and area cleaned before we could set him down, which was a huge relief. Our puppy always seemed to be excited to see their technicians and vets, so to me, that's a good sign. We have not yet had the chance to check out the pet hotel/resort as our pup is not neutered yet, which is one of the requirements, so that's still TBD.

The moment I walked in, I immediately had a really good feeling about this place!…read more You can truly tell how much care and thought has gone into everything -- from the clean and spacious environment to all the little details. There's plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play comfortably. What made me feel the most reassured is that they don't just "keep" the dogs there -- they actually spend time playing with them, observing their behavior, and caring about their emotions. If your dog wants to socialize and play with other dogs, they do require proof of vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. They also do a simple temperament test (around 20 minutes), which honestly made me feel they're super responsible and genuinely care about the safety and well-being of every dog. As pet owners, the hardest part about traveling isn't the distance -- it's worrying whether our fur babies are truly being cared for. At Dogden, you really get a sense of peace of mind. They understand dogs so well. It's not just boarding -- they treat every dog like a little kid and care for them with so much love and attention. When the dogs are happy, the owners can finally relax too Now I can travel without constantly worrying about my little baby at home

I appreciated that they take time to understand each dog's personality -- mine is pretty social, so group play worked well, but it's nice they also offer more private options. The turf and overall setup feel very clean, and there's no overwhelming smell, which I've experienced elsewhere. Staff were friendly and attentive, and I felt comfortable leaving my dog there. Overall, a reliable option for daycare or boarding.

One side for small dogs below 25lb and the other side for large dogs 25lb and above or 18 inches tall I believe. Around the dog park is also a play ground to the corner, there are also some public restrooms, and a large patch of grass area. There are plenty of poop bags around the park and lots of parking spaces both in the lot and on the street. After the dog park, I took my pup for a run around the neighborhood and there was a trail nearby but it got dark so I didn't explore it too much. Nicely paved roads all around the area if you want to take a stroll. The area is overall quiet and clean. The dog park gets pretty empty once the sun sets because there's not much light at the park and it gets a bit chilly so try to come before then. I came here at least 3 times and of all those times, this place is packed with lovely fur babies! Overall, great dog park.

Initially, I was hesitant about taking our pugs to a dog park, but I mellowed out after the first visit. We had zero issues on this visit, and it seemed people were good about controlling their dogs and picking up after them. Our pups had a blast running around and playing with the other dogs. On a second visit, a male arrived with a dog and walking it on-leash. At first, I wondered why the dog was on a leash because the rules indicate the dogs need to be off-leash. Several minutes later, the male removed the leash, and the dog began to charge other dogs including ours. Since the male had the dog on a leash, the male clearly knew his dog was aggressive. After making immediate suggestions to the male to secure his dog, there were no further problems. However, it was somewhat traumatic for one of our pugs that was attacked. Just a reminder that some dogs, regardless of size with irresponsible owners, can be aggressive.
