I'm always on the lookout for a great acai bowl while traveling for work, and I'm so glad I found Rush Bowls in Boise! Their Berry Fresh bowl is flavorful and delicious, and on Fridays you get 3 free toppings! I only realized this after I stopped by on a Friday (wish the employee had mentioned this when I ordered a bowl with just the one included topping) so thought I'd pass this along to my fellow yelpers! They make their own peanut butter fresh every day, and it has a nice nutty texture which goes great with an acai bowl. Definitely don't miss out if you're a peanut butter fan! I also appreciate how fast the service is; I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my bowl to be made. Rush Bowls was having a rough Sunday. Someone called in sick and the owners stepped in to help out. I feel for the girl who was carrying the weight she had to carry. We waited 20+ minutes for our order and had to grab our own overpriced Kirkland brand water out of the public facing refrigerator. When our order came, mine was correct; a Beach Bowl with kiwi on top. However, there wasn't much kiwi to speak of. The granola was maybe 30-40%+ rice puffs. I heard more snap crackle pop than soft bite of granola. When my daughter received her bowl (Aloha Bowl), it had granola on it when she had asked that it not include granola. When she received her remake, it had coconut that she also had not asked for. While we waited, a Door Dasher explained to the staff that they had been waiting over 30 minutes for the order he was there to pick up. I hope the business, experience, and products improve because the $30+ I spent did not leave me with a positive experience. read more

While visiting with friends, we decided to try out the food hall for breakfast, and I enjoyed a lovely fruit smoothie from this location. They have a ton of choices as well as options to make bowls, which means you can have lots of different good for you breakfast items . They altered my smoothie, so that there was no dairy, which I greatly appreciated and just added more fruit, which made it even that more delicious. The cost wasn't too bad for what you got, and it was pretty large, so it definitely filled me up . I was downtown and needed some thing to refresh me I would definitely go back. If you are in the area I can highly recommend trying this spot. read more

Got screamed at when my mom tried to place an order.... she even said she's fine with a long wait but nope against company policy per owner she wouldn't get served by this black lady and then the black lady started screaming at her. Contacted the owner via the website and said customers shouldn't be treated this way there's better ways to handle this and it was fine she called and it WAS fine. Then my mom got a racist hate text from the servers friends phone. (Reverse phone lookup and I have facebook.) The owner literally couldnt care less. Heres the text we did nothing wrong. Just wanted some blended fruit... I know sounds complicated... disgusting company and owner should be ashamed of themselves. Dont come here as a strike for my mother this is not how a business should behave. She is reapected in kuna and helps kids. Cant get a blended fruit bowl and gets screamed at infront of her kids??? Nope​. Police reports been filed for the owner giving out my mother's phone number under privacy laws, harrasment for the friend of the server, and fear of battery, threats, and disorderly conduct for the server. BBB report is filed. Warehouse has been notified. Owner should have tried to help and deal with the employee responsible but they just gave the employee my mother's personal information instead? Really.. first time doing this but we have lawyers deal with the problem now with proof to show you even care and ill gladly retract everything, or become an accomplice. Don't care either way ma'am. As someone who used to work at a smoothie shop and still works within customer service, I think that the people working this shop need to have a talk about what customer service looks like. I bet you that their tips will increase rapidly! Not one smile in that room or a greeting. Customer service starts with a first impression. By the first impression I didn't even want to give the company my money. Not attending to your customers and looking off while trying to order is not a good look. Also didn't even mention that I would have gotten an added topping on my bowl is ridiculous! Someone needs to reevaluate their staff choices. read more

Place closes at 10pm, I drive 15 minutes and arrive at 8:45pm on a Friday night. It's 100% dead. Blonde girl with glasses at the counter tells me, "I'm not taking anymore orders, I have a bunch of things to do"??? I proceed to see her through the window in the back on her phone as I drive away. Always love a nice bowl from Rush. I have been multiple times and their product is always consistent. I would recommend the Berry Fresh and Paradise bowls ... so much more healthier and filling than a burger,fries, and soda! Love their social media deals and order ahead options.
