We waited 20+ minutes for our order and had to grab our own overpriced Kirkland brand water out of the public facing refrigerator. When our order came, mine was correct; a Beach Bowl with kiwi on top. However, there wasn't much kiwi to speak of. The granola was maybe 30-40%+ rice puffs. I heard more snap crackle pop than soft bite of granola. When my daughter received her bowl (Aloha Bowl), it had granola on it when she had asked that it not include granola. When she received her remake, it had coconut that she also had not asked for. While we waited, a Door Dasher explained to the staff that they had been waiting over 30 minutes for the order he was there to pick up. I hope the business, experience, and products improve because the $30+ I spent did not leave me with a positive experience.
