When I showed up for my catered order of 40 bowls (which I pre-ordered 4 days in advance) they said they had no idea what the order was, but then proceeded to pull up my exact order?? The gal working there said it was her first week and tried to reach out to management but heard nothing. Another person walked in with a grubhub order and they also said they didn't receive that order too? We paid over $500 for the order so we sat to wait for the to be made for over an hour after. Once we finally got all the bowls they put about 3 strawberry slices on the top of each bowl and called it good. Not planning on coming back and wouldn't recommend to anyone else. read more

this place is so cuteee, it's in the warehouse so you could get a bowl or smoothie or something and get a meal in the same place, i don't know. there's only like 2 employees really, seems to be mostly just teenage girls just trying to do their job, so it's not like some crazy restaurant service, i wouldn't get pressed if they aren't suppperrrrr enthusiastic about everything the bowls are really cute, and their spoons change colour? i was kind of confused at first but it was fun they are cautious about allergies, so if your allergic to anything, you should be all good :) read more

If you're looking for a drink that is 25-50% ice chunks then you've found your place! It's amazing at $12 that they can't just use whole fruit (considering most fruit is like 50% water). It tastes like someone is yelling about their favorite fruits in another room while I sip on protein powdered flavored ice water. I would rate this well below Orange Julius or Jamba Juice, which is underwhelming considering they charge less. read more

Wow...Rush Bowls' "High Tide Bowl" was fantastic! The first thing that drew me to this bowl was the vibrant, blue color which comes from the blue spirulina. Ingredients also included pineapple, peach, froyo, and pineapple juice. Finally, it's topped with blueberries and coconut shavings (I also added a drizzle of honey over my bowl). Above all, I could taste the pineapple the most! The interior is very colorful brightly painted walls and photographs on one side. Smoothies start at $7.99 and bowls start at $9.99, increasing as ingredients are added or substituted. First time here. I got the Spicy bowl. It was so good. It had a nice kick to it. They put cayenne pepper in it. My friend got the power and it wasn't as good as mine. I'm not too much of a fan of strawberry and banana. The menu is pretty extensive. Be prepared to stare at the menu for a good 10 minutes or so until you decide what you want. Great Bowl! We had our first Acai Bowl type food in Hawaii on the North Shore last year and always hunt for a good bowl when we travel.

I ordered a Rush Bowl 2x via DoorDash while visiting my sister in Boise. I loved the first one I ordered , but had a question about a discrepancy between the way the photo looked online and the way my bowl looked on arrival. I called Rush and had the good fortune to speak with a gentleman named Pete, who explained that they're continuing to work on getting everything as consistent as possible, but there are still some glitches. He offered to add extra peanut butter to my bowl free of charge, and asked what else he could do to make things right. I was thrilled with the peanut butter! His entire demeanor was open, friendly and an attitude of helpfulness. Pete was a breath of fresh air! Not only was my bowl EXACTLY the way I love it when it arrived, but Pete sent with itt a note again apologizing for the previous mixup and he gave me a coupon for my next visit. Terrible customer service. The bowl container broke as I got in my car so I went back. Showed them, had smoothie all over myself and my dog. They charged me again (I tipped both times too) and they gave me terrible attitude the entire time. When they charged me the second time they didn't make me what I ordered either.
