Anya was very patient and courteous. The shop was immaculate and our dog was totally comfortable. Our dog just had her second grooming and we were very pleased with the outcome.

This review is long overdue !…read more We used Paw Pals walking service for a long while for our two dogs, Reggiano and Mozzarella. Our schedules changed so we no longer need their service. The walkers that came to us were wonderful. They respected our home, rules, and always treated our dogs like they were their own. Aylin was normally assigned to our pups. She would always send us great photos and updates from her 30 minute walks/ playdates with the dogs. She took the time to figure out what worked best for our two. The dogs, or The Cheesies as she called them, were always thrilled to see her. Our dog, Reggie, also went to daycare at their facility for a few weeks, but because of his dog reactivity/ easy overstimulation, we decided that utilizing their walking service would be better for him. I loved that they picked him up from home for us. Their services really helped us out and made us not have to worry about how we would get him to and from the facility. Reggie also received a bath/ blowout at their facility and he came back smelling great.

When our usual kennel had no availability for the holiday season (and we started searching way back in October!), I was scrambling for options for my 14-year-old Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher, Bruno. Bruno isn't the easiest dog--he's a cranky old man with vision issues, on a special diet, and set in his ways. By chance, a wrong turn in my hometown led me to rediscover Bihari Kennel, a place where my family had boarded dogs over 45 years ago. From the moment I reached out, the staff was kind, accommodating, and so understanding of Bruno's needs. They responded promptly to my emails while I was away, providing updates and ensuring my peace of mind. They carefully followed all my instructions regarding his medication and even allowed him to bring his own bed, which I know made him more comfortable. When we picked up Bruno after his 18-day stay, he was smiling from ear to ear--energetic, happy, and clearly bonded with the staff. I was initially so anxious about leaving him at a new place, but Bihari Kennel put all my worries to rest. This was no "ruff" decision--Bruno has officially found his new vacation spot. Valley Cottage Animal Hospital was not my fur babies doctor but since her doctor is 45 minutes…read morenorth when she was clearly ill a few weeks ago we had to rush her to VCAH as they are 5 minutes away. I knew going in that Allie wasn't going to make it and they were nothing but kind and caring. They gave me time with her before and after. I was so upset and forgot to ask if i would be able to have her paw print and a few days later in the mail I received a condolence card with her paw print signed by a lot of the staff. I was so grateful for this and my dad set me up to be able to receive Allies ashes. The pet cemetery not only provided a box with a picture frame with Allies ashes but also a clay block with Allies paw print. I can not speak for their medical services as Allie only went there once as a baby (which was a good visit just ended up with a family vet over the years) but I must say please keep doing what you are doing for grieving families. Ive spoken to others who have dealt with other animal hospitals and they didn't receive all the services and kindness i did. I truly am grateful that I have all this to remember Allie. Its all because you guys do the thinking for us while we are too upset to deal.
