Mars, my 7 yr old newly adopted Yorkie, was a guest yesterday at the Bubble Lounge. Not only is his haircut perfect, thank you, Danielle, but the entire atmosphere was so warm and nurturing and friendly. I knew he was in good hands. Mars can be a little finicky around new people, but he was so relaxed with the staff and even other dog. My Hendrix and I are in love with Natalia and her talent! So happy she decided to open her own business! After a previous bad experience with another groomer, she fixed my baby up so well. His fur mats very easily and he's pretty temperamental about grooming but she handles him so well and he's actually happy to see her each time. He leaves so soft and smelling so yummy! The Bubble Lounge is the cutest pet salon there is! Natalia has been groom my dogs for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. My Maltese can be a little difficult since she was a rescue but since going to Natalia she loves getting groomed and looking beautiful! You will not find any place else that can make your fur baby look more beautiful and feel safe! We have another rescue who is very scared of pretty much everything but when we take her to Natalia she is completely calm and feels safe and loved! Started taking my Pomsky, Atlas for grooming and the place is so cute and conveniently located on Main St in Ramsey. Walking in, it didn't smell awful like some dog places. The environment is bright and cheery all the dogs were happy and nicely cared for. They did a good job on Atlas' grooming, he was clean and smelled very fresh. His coat was extra soft and they used deshedding shampoo. The groomers were all super friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable. My prior groomer raised the price too high. Simply the Cutest place, Natalia the owner does an amazing job, atmosphere is great, I have a great Pyrenees mix with boxer and he's over 125 pounds and the way she handles him is truly amazing. I also have a border collie mix with Australian Shepherd who needs to be trimmed, and her work is fantastic. They always come back smelling and looking amazing, especially since my great Pyrenees has sensitive skin. The ladies there are professional and knowledgeable, would not recommend going anywhere else but the bubble lounge! read more

I thought this was groomer for my dog but was mistaken. I was a loyal customer traveling over 30 minutes to get to this shop to get my dog groomed and I always tipped 25% for the services. They just raised the prices even higher and you still have to wait more than 2-3 weeks to get appointments. I was travel this weekend and wanted my dog to look nice so I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for Friday morning. Unfortunately my wife got stuck in a little traffic and was 10 - 15 minutes late. When she arrived they rudely told her the appointment was canceled and would not make an exception. They could have told her the policy and said since this is your first time ever being late we'll make an exception. No way, why treat a good customer nicely, just be mean and send them away!!!! Lousy way to treat a loyal customer. We will never bring our dog again. Luckily we found another groomer closer to our house that fortunately took our dog the same day and did a much better groom and for less $$$. They got a 50% tip, 5 Star rating and my loyal business in the future. I do not recommend the Bubble Lounge read more

This place does not cater to puppies who may be nervous their first time being groomed. I would not waste your time. We found another groomer who was willing to work with nervous puppies who actually laughed at the Bubble Loungrs excuse for not working with our puppy. Outstanding service! My dog Brady never likes to go to a groomer, and this is the one grooming service when he comes out looking perfect, smelling perfect and he doesn't even shake like crazy the way he did when I brought him to other groomers. They don't sit the dogs sit under dryer. They don't over schedule and call for pickup exactly as stated. Brady is a 14-year-old golden retriever mix with a gentle personality, he was always afraid of groomers, he is not afraid here, they treat him with extra special care. Minimal grooming time, which is amazing and makes us feel so much more comfortable with our small anxious dog. Called a week prior to my appointment to confirm how much my dachshund would be to get a grooming and they quoted me $60. When I picked him up today the charge was $75. When I said I was quoted something else she gave me attitude and said no every dog is different. There's apparently mini grooming and full grooming which I was not told over the phone or when i brought him in and being a first time customer I would've hoped they would've discussed it with me prior to leaving him with them. If you love your pet, this is where you take them! This salon is absolutely fabulous and the groomers have so much talent. Most importantly I felt like my pup, Alexia was in good hands. Usually whenever I take Alexia to be groomed, she returns to me shaking and jumping into my arms. However when the owner, Natalia brought Alexia out to me... she was happy as can be. I made an appointment for my special needs maltipoo with Natalie the owner of the Bubble Lounge Spa in Ramsey to be groomed. I also went to the shop the same week to introduce myself and explain my furbaby's condition. At first the owner, Natalie seemed to be responsible and knowledgeable. I was excited to bring my maltipoo to get groomed.. I confirmed the morning before. I had to deal with 17 traffic but still got there 15 minutes early and waited for our appointment. The doors were locked so I called to say I'm at the shop but there were was no answer. I waited an additional 30 minutes. No one showed nor did I get any phone calls to reschedule. I left a message that evening saying I was annoyed that no one tried to reach me and that it was rude and truly unprofessional. Emergencies happen all the time and I understand this more than most being caregiver to both my elderly parents. A phone call is still needed and would have been greatly appreciated . I left an message saying how annoyed I was and even said I wouldn't trust them to touch my furbaby after showing me, a new client, how unprofessional the situation was handled. I finally got a call this morning saying her staff tried to reach me two times and that I was disrespectful and rude and she would not take me as a client. This is the my first impression of this business. I do not recommend! read more

One star is too many for the Bubble Lounge in Ramsey !!! I waited 8 weeks for my 9am appointment. When I arrived to Ramsey the road was blocked and I was detoured - I called prior to my appointment to let them know the road was closed and my ETA was 9:10, I was told if I arrived after 9:15 she would not be able to groom my dog. I arrived to Bubble Lounge at 9:17, Natalia was not even there, she came strolling in with a Starbucks in hand at 9:20 and she proceeded to tell me that she would not be able to groom my dog. She then acted like she was giving me a gift to when she rescheduled for two weeks out. While I was driving home, I reflected on Natalia's behavior and was compelled to call her to let her know I was extremely disappointed on how she handled the situation. She proceeded to tell me that she would be putting my dog and all her other dogs at risk today if she took me late and that she lost out on money for her family. I told her she could have said to me, I do not have time for the full groom, I will do what I can - I would have paid for the full appointment!! She then proceeded to tell me that I am not in the industry and don't know how it works, to which I responded you have no idea what industry I am in and I told her she is a very Green business owner, and she should have never let me leave so unhappy - yada yada yada - basically, I cancelled my appointment and then she proceeded to tell me I am not welcome at her salon. There are tons of Groomers in the area and she clearly has no understanding on how to be a business owner - Good Luck Honey, you will be closed soon!!! read more

Actually, I give No Stars! They went against my instructions. I brought my dog with "written" instructions not to shave any part of his body because he was especially sensitive on his underside, his penis and the anal and perineum (area surrounding the anus). All I wanted was a bath, drying, brushout, ear cleaning, nail clipping. When I met the groomer, I gave her the list and also told her not to shave or cut him in any way. I reiterated the list. When I picked him up he looked good from the top. When I got him home and he was whining and licking himself, not able to walk 10 steps without laying down to lick himself, I saw he was shaved... his penis his tummy, his anal and perinum. My instructions said to leave his tail natural yet when I went to pick him up she then told me she thinned out his tail. If there was a problem that had to go against my instructions, she should have called me and asked permission. I would not have given it My poor fur-baby is on pain meds because they went against my instructions. read more
