If they notice a behavior change of any kind with either dog, Marilyn and Tanya will let me know right away. They are quick to respond to me when I need to set up visits or change plans. Before I was noticing her pricing was always all over the place- no consistency for the same service just months apart. $100 to $140 to $150- today was a shocking $225.00 for a shave and wash- INSANE. Clearly annoyed I went someone-where else 3xs, she told me I was now a new customer and these were the new customer prices- at the same time asking me where I went .... clearly the root of the problem, her ego. I shared my shock with $225.00, for what, that doesn't seem fair ??!! You shaved him- no pampering here. No warning me of this insane increase, no courtesy call telling me this would almost $100 more. He was big and fluffy yes, but I told her that on the phone and who cares you shaved him down anyway, your not brushing him out to save his length. It's irresponsible business practices. Reviews don't lie- trust mine or the ones below!

Our wee beasties have always returned to us in high spirits and without kennel coughs, and on one occasion where one of our Chihuahua mutts demonstrated the ability to escape his confines in the small dog Deluxe Suite, HW upgraded both dogs to a larger size at no charge. They've taken in and fed our pets special foods when we've requested it, groomed the dogs on pickup day so they were "April fresh", given us regular, updated status calls when someone in our house (cough cough Mrs Dan cough cough) felt some separation anxiety. Pretty much everything you could ask for in a boarding facility and then some. High marks all around.

We had to rush her to the vet, where we were told that if we hadn't brought her in when we did, she could have died from the infection. What was supposed to be a simple grooming appointment turned into a serious medical emergency, a lot of stress, and an expensive vet bill. I'm heartbroken that my dog had to go through this and completely shaken by the lack of safety and care I feel this reflects. I will not be bringing my dog back here, and I strongly urge other pet owners to be extremely cautious and to thoroughly check their dogs after any grooming appointment.
