I took my cute little pup here for a wash+dry and she came out looking like a movie pup. My dog is normally a very timid, shy, scared dog who hides in a corner at the sight of new people and dogs. When she came here, she went over to sniff the staff and seemed more outgoing than usual. It was awesome to see her trying to socialize. Amy and the staff are all very friendly and down to earth, they seem genuine not just in caring for the dogs but for the customers as well. I loved it here and will definitely continue to go back regularly. I also loved the selection of products they sell. Definitely, come here for your pups. It's really a great, great place.

I have heard horror stories about other places who manhandle the dogs like petsmart. This is a small place ran by 2 owners who LOVE dogs. They are super nice and they offer an EMS/FIRE/POLICE discount. I was recommended here by a friend who has a crazy pitbull who is easily managed by the staff here. Thats how GOOD they are. They always remember my dog by name and I feel like he is part of the pet spa "family."

We've used Jessica Keough previously when she was at another place. From the moment we walked in, Jessica, as always, was incredibly friendly and welcoming to both me and my dog, Bernie, making us feel right at home. She did a Dermastrong treatment with a full body cut. The grooming itself was top-notch; she paid careful attention to every detail, leaving my Bernedoodle looking & feeling fantastic! Not only did she do a fantastic job with the grooming, but she also noticed a few marks on his body and provided valuable tips for at-home care. The facility is clean and well-maintained, further adding to the positive experience. I highly recommend Jessica at Duke & Jesters to anyone looking for professional and caring grooming services for their furry friends. If you have any kind of doodle, you always pick up a "different" dog then the one you dropped off, LOL! I always get a full cut, right before spring, because Bernie hates the hot weather and he so appreciates the short cut this time of year!
