Daisy cuts her angles and shapes her just right. It's worth the wait to get her. We can always tell how the groomer was with our dog by the way she reacts. I don't think it's overpriced for the service they provide. And my dog can get service without the stress of a car ride. No 2 groomers are the same and Daisy is the one for us!

During her appointment, she was placed in a crate, had an accident and rolled in it, requiring her to be bathed again. After her grooming, we discovered an open wound on her foot that required a vet visit. Our veterinarian indicated the wound was from clipping during grooming. I contacted the owner privately first and requested reimbursement of the $100 vet bill or a refund. They denied responsibility and declined both. Thankfully Scarlett is okay, but based on the experience and how my concerns were handled afterward, we will not be returning. I wanted other local pet owners to be aware of our experience.

I dropped the dogs off on the way to work and picked them up afterwards. Unfortunately, the last time, I'd forgotten my checkbook. They would not trust me to return with a check the following morning, but instead, refused to give me my dogs until I returned with their check. This meant a 45 minute drive home and back. His most recent grooming was extremely uneven, with visible clipper tracks, areas on his belly cut unevenly, and bald spots behind his front legs. I've included photos so people can judge the grooming for themselves. What was even more disappointing was how our concern was handled. My wife called to calmly explain what had happened, and rather than having a productive conversation, the owner became angry, raised her voice at my wife, said our dog was no longer welcome, and ultimately hung up on her and canceled future appointments. Why not just agree that the ball was dropped and try to make it right with a long time customer? We've spent 1000s at their business in the last 5 years. I brought our dog back in person so the owner could see the haircut. We requested a refund of the $100 grooming charge. After some initial gaslighting, She ultimately refunded 50% or $50, explaining that the bath and nail-cutting services had still been performed. I think it's fair to mention that resolution. We understand that mistakes happen. What ultimately changed our opinion of this business wasn't just a bad haircut for our dog--it was the way a longtime customer's legitimate concern was handled. Unfortunately, after this experience, we won't be returning. The disrespect shown to my wife by the owner, and the way a legitimate concern about poor service was handled, is completely unacceptable and unbecoming of a customer-facing business owner. For some time, we opted out of taking our dog to the groomer because of either the high price or poor hair removal. Instead, we ended up grooming at home to save money and the headache of re-grooming when we would pick up my dog from an appt. However, this became very time consuming and we wanted to give Cute Poochie a try. I am sooo incredibly happy with the results. I don't know how Cute Poochie does it but my dog always looks "Cute" after her appointment here. The price is right, they only take about a hour and best part, I don't have to go over missed spots!!
