Update to my first Review on Donna's Pet Depot. My older Aussie was at a kennel and I agreed to…read moregrooming services before picking her up after her stay. In short, the grooming was really bad. An ugly trim I didn't ask for which took part of her front leg 'feathers' off, the pretty feathers around her ears, and her Aussie "pants" were just a mis-matched mess of things. Kristen worked her magic and while I hated the fact that Skylar had to be trimmed shorter so she will grow in evenly, she looks so so so much better! I'm in awe of what Kristen pulled off based on what she had left to work with. Skylar and I say "thank you"!

I see good reviews, but it's from years ago. My recent experience has been not so good at all. My…read morelittle dogs had bleeding paws from their nail cut. As a groomer, you should know where to stop. I know accidents can happen, but to BOTH DOGS!? My dog doesn't even want me to touch her paw. She cut meat from the nail! Even though I discussed with her to cut and grind the rest. The worst part was her response!!! She claim it was only a little, that there was no blood on the towel... of course there wasn't blood on the towel they weren't walking on there paws, so there was no pressure. She put a powder on her paw, & said "she'll be okay, this is why they make the powder for". No pet owner wants to hear that! My dog is in pain and is extremely upset at this place. The rest of the hair looks sloppy. The way it was cut looks like she regular scissors. I'm sorry but I don't recommend Kristen EVER!

Jess at Best Friends Pet Grooming Salon is nothing short of MAGIC. I don't use that word lightly --…read morewhat she did for my Frenchie, Louie, honestly blew me away. Nail trims have always been a huge issue for us, especially at the vet. They would leave his nails too long, and over time the quick kept growing out, turning his nails into literal bear claws. It got to the point where I didn't think we'd ever get them back to a normal, healthy length. I originally found Jess for my labradoodle Mabel and just happen to ask her about my Louie's nails . Not only did she trim his nails as short as safely possible, she did it with incredible gentleness and patience. Louie was calm, comfortable, and completely at ease -- which NEVER happens. But what truly sets Jess apart is her knowledge and care. She's actively working on helping the vein recede over time so his nails can return to a normal length instead of those "eagle talons." Who even does that?! That level of attention, skill, and dedication is so rare. Jess doesn't just groom -- she genuinely cares about your dog's long-term health and comfort. I'm beyond grateful we found her. If you have a dog with difficult nails or any grooming challenges, Jess is the one. Truly one of a kind.

The team is incredibly warm, attentive, and truly passionate about dogs. They don't just watch your dog... they get to know them, love them, and treat them like family. Kim and her Team are rockstars. My pup used to be anxious and reserved around new people and dogs, but since coming to Doggie Shrink, I've seen a complete transformation. He's more confident, better socialized, and genuinely excited every time we pull up to the building...tail wagging, ready to play! The facility is spotless, safe, and thoughtfully designed for enrichment, fun, and relaxation. Whether it's playgroups, one-on-one attention, or quiet time when needed, they tailor the experience to each dog's personality and needs. This review is long overdue !…read more We used Paw Pals walking service for a long while for our two dogs, Reggiano and Mozzarella. Our schedules changed so we no longer need their service. The walkers that came to us were wonderful. They respected our home, rules, and always treated our dogs like they were their own. Aylin was normally assigned to our pups. She would always send us great photos and updates from her 30 minute walks/ playdates with the dogs. She took the time to figure out what worked best for our two. The dogs, or The Cheesies as she called them, were always thrilled to see her. Our dog, Reggie, also went to daycare at their facility for a few weeks, but because of his dog reactivity/ easy overstimulation, we decided that utilizing their walking service would be better for him. I loved that they picked him up from home for us. Their services really helped us out and made us not have to worry about how we would get him to and from the facility. Reggie also received a bath/ blowout at their facility and he came back smelling great.

Even if you don't have a dog, visit them for some great lunch, Great drinks, and and a great atmosphere.
