I do not know where to start. I will make this simple. Paw pals is the best. Brittany and Her Team are amazing. We started with them many years ago when they were Garnerville walking our dogs. They moved to Nanuet and made an amazing Home for themselves. We did a paint and Sip with our pup playing right next to us. The food was great, the drinks were cold and the staff went above and beyond. We will be going to so many more events. Even if you don't have a dog, visit them for some great lunch, Great drinks, and and a great atmosphere. read more

This review is long overdue ! We used Paw Pals walking service for a long while for our two dogs, Reggiano and Mozzarella. Our schedules changed so we no longer need their service. The walkers that came to us were wonderful. They respected our home, rules, and always treated our dogs like they were their own. Aylin was normally assigned to our pups. She would always send us great photos and updates from her 30 minute walks/ playdates with the dogs. She took the time to figure out what worked best for our two. The dogs, or The Cheesies as she called them, were always thrilled to see her. Our dog, Reggie, also went to daycare at their facility for a few weeks, but because of his dog reactivity/ easy overstimulation, we decided that utilizing their walking service would be better for him. I loved that they picked him up from home for us. Their services really helped us out and made us not have to worry about how we would get him to and from the facility. Reggie also received a bath/ blowout at their facility and he came back smelling great. read more

I cannot day enough good things about Paw Pals. Selfishly, I don't want to tell you anything about it because their limited dog policy makes me want to keep it a secret. Living in Nyack, the FREE pet taxi has made it so much easier for me to send my dog and,once work gets back to normal, it will be so important. When I check in on my dog through their webcams, I'm ALWAYS thrilled. Their structured, small "class" size program is perfect for my dog. She loves running around and playing with the other dogs but is never overwhelmed by too many other personalities. I love that they include some down time for each dog individually so they can rest and recharge. With the new addition of specialized activities, it's even more fun for her. Some places don't really interact with the dogs aside from reprimanding or correcting behavior but, at Paw Pals, my dog gets tons of love and when she does need her behavior corrected, or to calm down, their methods are so constructive. I trust all the staff at PawPals, I'm thrilled every time I send my dog, and she's always exhausted and happy when she comes home. read more

They are so AMAZING!! My puppy has been going to them since he was 3.5-4 months old and they treat him so good, he loves going to daycare. He gets super excited when we pull up to the front door. However, today he got groomed and I never seen such beautiful work! Stephanie is AWESOME, she will be brownie's groomer FOREVER. I'm so pleased that I tried her out and brownie can enjoy being at daycare after while I go to work which is amazing as well. Brownie has never looked so happy and bright until today. My husband and I do not have children. We have three dogs and to say they are spoiled, is an understatement. They've never been left alone over night and Any time we go away, my mom (who lives close by comes to stay with them). When friends offered us a long weekend at their beach house after being Quarantined for four months on a weekend that didn't work with my moms schedule, we didn't know what we were going to do. We needed the break, but the dogs have been used to us being around 24/7 now more than ever and they get nervous around new people. Paw Pals and Emily to the rescue!! I felt immediately reassured when Emily came to the house to meet the pups and get he run down of their routine. She totally got all three of them, their personalities and their nervousness. We were able to go away with little hesitation. ALL reluctance of leaving them was completely washed away after she updated us on her first visit. We receive a detailed description of her visit with them and the most adorable pictures of them playing AND cuddling with her!! I think pet photography should be a side gig for her ;) The pups loved her and it was so nice to know they were well taken care of. Thank you Paw Pals! My dogs personality has completely changed after going to paw pals. My poor dog has become super shy and afraid. I'm not sure what goes on behind those gates but I completely regret taking my dog there. I tried contacting them regarding the situation and was told I would receive a call back which never occurred. I called back again a few days later and had a young lady giggle about the whole situation. They are clearly unprofessional and unorganized. The owner does not seem to care. I am very sad that my experience with Paw Pals was not what I expected. My puppy had been attending daycare/training since his was 12 weeks and we were looking for a place close to home. During intake, I was promised my dog would be given love, attention and exercise in accordance to their daily "activity schedule". They have WebCams available for family to tune in and because my dog has been attending the same daycare and training center since he was 12 weeks old, I had his trainers, family and friends tune in for their opinion. My dog had "passed" the evaluation, but the manager had explained his recall was poor when he was playing with dogs which was a given being that he is a puppy. During the three days he attended, I was disappointed as I watched him be separated frequently and given excessive "break" times. On the third day, he got picked up at 8:30, and did not arrive on the play floor until 11:45. He had been put back in the crate for 12 pm nap time, and then out from 2 until 2:15 before being put back in the crate. I received a call about his play style and him getting very excited during play, showing his teeth. I was told there was absolutely no aggression and that it was not a problem, they would just be monitoring. I continued to watch and noticed he was excessively being kept in the crate away from all of the dogs. I had reached out to inquire about this as I was not paying for my dog to be put in a crate for 75% of the day and I was wondering if this was a good fit. This was when I was told I should not be sending my dog to daycare. We, including his trainers, were shocked. The following day I received a call from the manager, Dillon, so he can explain what prompted this decision and I can explain my frustration. He explained that my dog was "overstimulated" and gets too excited around dogs, and is unable to notice when he needs a break. Pertaining to my dog, I have several videos of him on the side laying with two or three dogs, letting himself have a break unlike I had been told, as well as seeing dogs with the EXACT same play style, never being separated despite antogonizing other dogs. I have screenshots of video clips from their own webcams of what was seen by us: - staff members consistently on their phones - staff members showing minimal attention, a random pet once in a while - staff members having their backs to the dogs - staff members randomly tuning in and paying attention, and separating an innocent dog not aggravating the situation - staff getting angry after a dog would messily drink water, as they had to mop it, and they would remove the water (sent message about this and they stopped removing water) - absolutely no activity schedule besides play inside or outside - five minutes of one on one time, where staff barely had any interaction with the dog - not even a toy on the play floors, as they show in their social media posts - saw on my ring camera my dog being dropped off and being taken out of the trunk without a leash, being held by the collar as he jumped out (I live on a main route) When on the phone with Dillon, he gave me some "behind the scene" information, Stating he had only been with the company for a month and a half and was in the process of trying to get the staff trained as he understood not all of them knew how to handle dogs properly. He had clearly understood that staff would improperly separate and exclude certain dogs rather than the aggravators. I will say Dillon had been very helpful and honest throughout this process. He seems to know what he is doing, But made a Point to let me know he was working on finding an afternoon manager who can handle the business as well as he did in the morning. Unfortunately, They do not have enough staff to properly handle the amount of dogs they get in. Most of the time there was only one staff on the floor with several dogs. If you are seeking a daycare and have a high energy dog or puppy, and are looking for your dog to be given the love and attention you would give if you were with them, I suggest finding another establishment as they are not staffed or trained adequately. read more

I can't express the relief I felt when I found Paw Pals! They are absolutely amazing!!!! I was always stressed and worried about my pups and our chaotic schedules. Were a they exercising enough, getting enough attention, etc. Paw pals now actually PICKS THEM UP and taxis them to daycare. My guys are so excited when they get picked up, they jump right in! Initially I was nervous about having someone else watch over them, but the staff is so caring and truly wonderful with my guys. I could not be more appreciative of their service.
