I have heard horror stories about other places who manhandle the dogs like petsmart. This is a small place ran by 2 owners who LOVE dogs. They are super nice and they offer an EMS/FIRE/POLICE discount. I was recommended here by a friend who has a crazy pitbull who is easily managed by the staff here. Thats how GOOD they are. They always remember my dog by name and I feel like he is part of the pet spa "family."

This is not a reputable grooming company. Stay far away to keep your dogs safe. I made the mistake…read moreof booking this mobile grooming company to groom two of my pets. One dog came back to me shaking, and the other came back literally bleeding. She had unexplained cuts above her eyebrow and a swollen, cut lip. Both dogs looked disheveled at best, and terrified. I've been on the fence about whether to write a review because I never want to harm a hardworking business, but I cannot live with myself allowing another person to experience what we've been experiencing. The thought of how they treated my dogs in the truck has made me literally lose sleep. Stay away from this company.

Her explanation is that the website hadn't updated the price change yet. An almost 50% increase -- and she blames the computer?! Your first red flag is how easy it is to overlook the price on the website. Your second red flag should be that the price is not included in the appointment confirmation email. Your third red flag should be that she doesn't ask for payment before providing the service. She did agree to the $85 price "this one time," but there won't likely be a second. For $125, I can get a mobile groomer's van to pull up to the curb right in front of my building.

My wife took our pup and showed up at 9:00am sharp ( she is very punctual) and the place was closed. She checked the door, walked back to the car. Waited for 15 mins, then returned back home disappointed. She called the place while waiting, left a VM. Well, no one cared to even call us back. Very very disappointed. we were hoping to support a local small business, but I guess some businesses insist in staying small and losing customers even before they get them.
