Major game changer for me! I have 4 doggos...2 seniors that are 14 years old and 2 young ones that are 1 year old. So happy I found Lunas mobile grooming. They came and picked up the dogs (2 at a time) and groomed in their van, so I was able to stay home to do some work! They came back super adorbs and I love their puppy cuts. I'll never do brick and mortar grooming again. read more

The business did not communicate properly. I saw reviews that they are often no-shows. So I checked in with them 15 minutes before the appointment to confirm they are coming. They told me they cannot come because of van issue. It seems to be a trend and they did not communicate it themselves until I inquired. For a mobile service that travel from Bronx to Jersey city, it would make sense if they informed me 1-2 hours before the appointment. But informing me 10-15 minutes before the appointment does not make sense (that too after i inquired). I can post the message interaction with time stamps as photo reviews. read more

OMG this turned out to be the worst for my dog. The groomer cut my dog skin bad with the clipper under his belly and never showed me or told me. He said he didn't speak English but gave me all his Zelle info. The excuse was can't speak English until smalls claim come out, he will know English. Horrible read more

The grooming service was great overall. The staff was very communicative throughout the process and took the time to explain everything clearly. They let me know why my dog was groomed the way she was, especially in consideration of some skin allergies she's been experiencing. I really appreciated how thoughtful and knowledgeable they were, and it gave me peace of mind knowing my dog's comfort and health were prioritized. Made an appointment on the phone and 2 hrs later Carlos was there with his truck. He came up to the apartment and we all went down with our dog. There was no sineage on the truck so that was a little of putting, but inside it had nice doggie wallpaper all round and everything was very clean. Snookie came out looking great with a cute scarf around her. The price was right too! All good. I would highly recommend this company and Carlos. read more

I was in contact with Laura from Lunas Mobile Grooming. She confirmed that they would be there at a certain time. An unmarked van showed up at the appropriate time and place. However, the people were from another company, Chester Mobile Pet Grooming. I was never notified. So I was apprehensive about giving my dog to strangers. Ultimately, my dog was well groomed. Sounds like a CANCELATION FEE to me. Not worth it. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time with this company.

The phone number is not working I tried to call to find out if there was an issue with my dog while grooming! It was a Hispanic gentleman who could not speak English well. He tried to put a small muzzle in my dog but we said it does not fit! He took the dog in the van at first I was happy because my dog can be very nervous and he was groomed and bathed but I noticed a bubble on the inside of his car. I have given it two weeks thinking it would go away but it looks like his ear was bent. I gave a vet appointment in Monday. I will see then. I tried communicating this but I wanted to talk to someone not text! No phone call back and the number posted does not work! This is no way to run a business. So sorry I used them but I will take this further after the vet sees him!! read more

I called this afternoon I needed my 2 dogs groomed asap. I got an appointment tonight. He arrived within the time frame I was given. My dogs look great. Most important no cuts on their bellies . What a pleasure having them come vs taking them to my previous groomer. I saved 3 hours in driving time ( bring them, go home, then pick up and home). The dogs were finished in total of 2 hours. Bringing them to previous groomer. They were there for 5 hours. Definitely worth the extra cost. Convenience. Great job and less trauma & time for my 2 dogs.
