ZERO STARS. STAY AWAY. This is the absolute worst service and company with horrible customer service. On multiple occasions, they flat out lied to me and told me they came to service my home but never came. I was standing outside in my backyard counting 20 poops and they told me they came today fighting with me but that was literally impossible given the fact that there were 20 poops. They always missed poops and it was never clean. They were not reliable which was especially annoying given we sometimes had tenant switches and the yard needed to be clean. They charged us a travel fee without telling us then said they would refund but they never told us in the first place which is ridiculous. This company should be reported to BBB for illegal business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!! beware!!!! read more

They were good for at least 4 months then I started to see where they missed and my yard is small so not hard to miss. Then my son started working nights and said he would watch when I got the text that they were coming so dog put inside. He watched he said they were there less than 5 minutes multiple visits and so I guess that is why not a good job. I emailed and it was easy to cancel and got a quick response. I can't waste money. If I could give zero stars; I would. Talk about a sh***y business. They make you store your credit card, and continue to charge you without actually showing up to do the service. I would stay away from this company. They didn't show up for weeks at a time, billed for services they didn't perform and lied about not being able to perform scooping because the dogs were in the yard. I have security cameras and nobody showed up. Also the 800 customer service number on their website routes into a black hole. Nobody answers and can't contact anyone online. Value I used this service for about a month. The first week they cancelled my day twice which I was okay with because they communicated to me about it. They also informed me that they weren't running their hose off services because it was too cold. However they continued to charge me for it week after week. I tried calling the phone number that was given about the issue and received no response. Then their scoopers started showing up on random days with no prewarning and sometimes I was charged without confirmation that anybody provided their service. When my wife finally got someone on the phone she was informed that because the poop 911 operator works in the hospital she couldn't answer the phone. After stealing money from services that were not provided. Showing up when I wasn't home and did not tell me except for the credit card receipt in my email after I was charged, the woman on the phone was nasty, unprofessional and decided that rather than trying to fix the problem to just cancel my account read more

Such a fantastic experience. I have a very large (150lb) Cane Corso named Stella who poops like it's her job, and I simply couldn't keep up with keeping the patio clean. I found Poop911 via internet search and requested a clean up on their website. The owner contacted me immediately after submitting the request and pleasantly explained the process; She answered all of my questions and was very accommodating. They arrived the next morning and cleaned the entire patio better than I expected. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They don't come and when they do they do a terrible job. They lie about coming. I just had someone come after being told they were here for three weeks in a row. When the other service came they filled a 5 gallon bucket. Clearly they were never here but yet they billed me every week without fail. Stay far away. They charged us a travel charge on top of the weekly fee (without telling us about the travel charge) when I called they said they would refund it and still haven't a month later. I called them to find out when the tech was there and what time and have not received a call back but yet still keep charging our credit card. Do not use this company. Terrible, terrible experience.
