My first call was to PPS, they've always treated me fair, went above and beyond, and displayed nothing but integrity. Nick showed up and within a couple of minutes found the problem. I recognize that this long delay could have been the fault of the cover manufacturer, but then when I tried to schedule an installation with Noah, he ghosted me for 2 months, ignoring multiple messages via Yelp and via his private number. I told him to cancel the job on September 4 and he still hasn't responded. Because he is not signed up with Yelp Guarantee, I could not get a refund from Yelp. And because he uses a private Venmo account to receive payment, I could not recall the Venmo payment. I am looking at other options now to get my money back. Do NOT hire these people.
