They ended up quitting on the spot when I confronted them how bad the service had been. I immediately took a sample of my pool water to Leslie's to get a report and it scored 0 out of 100. At least four scheduled visits were missed, and in two cases I was nevertheless billed, necessitating a call to the office to get everything squared away. My pool sweep was slowing down and I was told it needed a new hose. I decided to take a look and turns out it just needed a five dollar connection piece. Finally, as can be seen in the photo, important maintenance items were overlooked. My new pool service company pulled out the filters and found the nastiest muck and growth imaginable. It's disgusting that the water in our pool was being filtered through a bog.
