When I put in a request for quoted work around the area I got a lot of responses. But what stood out from Clean Wave Pools is that they didn't sugar coat anything or beat around the bush. They were upfront with us on what it would take to get the pool from green to crystal clear. It always helps when a company quotes you something close to what the work may come out to. When I first spoke to their receptionist/scheduler she was so nice and understanding. I explained how this company my parents had been using kept giving them different solutions to fix the green pool. Spent well over $1000 to have the pool look the same. I got fed up. So many companies take advantage of the elderly so I ended up getting quotes from yelp. Luke spoke to me and set up a time and day to check it out and give a quote for free. I loved that he was true to his word and helped my parents out. Every visit they sent myself and my parents an email of the breakdown of work that was done. We ended up using this company because of how professional they were. They knew what they were talking about. Well within 3 weeks the pool went from green to crystal clear. Luke even explained the speed or the pump was incorrect which the company Aqualink installed the unit and told my parents they needed to upgrade it. Screw that, my tech savvy self connected to the unit and got it back up and running and updated the speed to the pump as suggested by Luke. My parents are so happy they can use their pool again. I started using Aqua Clear services when Our pool was completed from premier pool. Aqua did our start up and was familiar with the equipment. Our pool was completed in Nov 2020. Starting in February 2021 I began to question if my pool was even being serviced because the bottom was so dirty. I contacted Brad and he became very offended that I questioned him and said I should find someone else. I thought we got pass that hiccup. I came home one day to a white powered substance all over my Cabo shelf and was clueless to what it was, I was called Brad and he came by and just sweep the substance into the pool and said he had shocked the pool and the powered must've just shot through. This happening should've made Brad aware that there was a problem. On another occasion, I just so happen to be at home when he came to service my pool and I went out to speak to him about the bottom of the pool being completely cover in dirt, he looked and said "yeah it shouldn't look like that". I then asked him about the sweeper that I was using and he said it wasn't that good and offered to sell me a new sweeper for $1500.00. At that point I call premier and let them know what was going on and they sent a Jandy rep out to check my equipment. Low and behold my pool sweep filter was completely clog. The Jandy rep question who was cleaning my pool and said it should be cleaned weekly and the pool service company should be aware. At this point I knew it was time to change companies. I had a new company come out and they noticed that my pool filter hadn't been cleaned and in fact we're cracked, hence another reason why my pool wouldn't get and stay cleaned. Not sure where we went wrong but I felt completely taken advantage of for paying for a service that I wasn't being provided

Nick at Professional Pool Service (PPS) is the man!!! My…read morepool pump stopped working. I tried to trouble shoot it myself but had no luck. My first call was to PPS, they've always treated me fair, went above and beyond, and displayed nothing but integrity. Nick showed up and within a couple of minutes found the problem. The breakers within the timer box had tripped. I had completely forgotten about those switches. Instead of making me feel stupid Nick waived the service fee and made sure my pump and heater were working well before he left. I can't tell you how much I appreciate having an honest company like Professional Pool Service and guys like Nick that I can always rely on. I won't use any other service!

Greg called me shortly after and said he would have time on Sunday which was the next day. He showed up and took a look at my pump and trouble shot and figured out there was a lizard in my pump. From the beginning he didn't seem convinced that something was wrong with my pump. He even tuned up and tested and got my pool to where it needed to be chemical wise. The thing that really stood out to me about Greg is how I genuinely felt like he was trying to help or look out for me not sell me something. That's rare now a days. This guy is one of the good ones.
