Starting with Jordan who helped us with the design and listened to everything we wanted within our budget. The build quality speaks for itself, but what also sets them apart is what happens after the project is done. Jason has been consistently professional, responsive, and reliable. Anytime we've had a question or needed support, he's quick to respond and makes sure things get handled. That level of follow-through gives us a lot of confidence that we're taken care of long-term. He represents the company extremely well and sets a high standard for customer service. If you're considering a pool project, I'd absolutely recommend Premier Pool & Spa Vacaville.

There were a few hiccups communication wise however, all in all the issues were resolved. We are SO happy with the end result and truly feel like we're a part of the Premier Family now. We have confidence in knowing should any issues arise in the future we can reach out and they'll have someone out to assist us. We want to give a huge shoutout to our designer Nick F. who went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. This was a scary decision for us investment wise and with the reassurance from Nick we knew we'd be making the right decision long term. Another huge shoutout to the construction supervisor, Bryan L. who responded to any of our questions promptly, checked on progress daily and if there were any issues he made sure they were resolved timely. A shoutout to all of the construction crews throughout the entire process, building a pool is no easy task and they got it done even through the 100 degree days. A shoutout to Jason for getting the equipment and electrical programmed and showing us how to work everything. A shoutout to Alexis, the content creator who captured progress for us along the way. And a shoutout to the owner, Taylor who truly got to know us and what our family was looking for and made sure it all came together nicely. We attended the April event and took our whole family, they had food and drinks and activities for the kids while we spent time picking out material. The material selection room has endless options and it was great bring able to bring those options outside to see how they would look in the sun. We also made a few visits to the showroom and took our moms to show them the materials we selected as well as the design Nick made for us. Thank you again for everything, Premier!

Their positive can-do attitude made this such a pleasurable experience after some of the recent nightmares we've been through with contractors. They kept us informed every step of the way, made great suggestions, and turned our ugly old pool and patio into our dream. They removed our 50+ year old kidney-shaped pool and horribly-poured old patio and replaced them with a beautiful new rectangle pool and very large patio space and sidewalk just made for entertaining. Their team worked quickly and were always polite.

My first call was to PPS, they've always treated me fair, went above and beyond, and displayed nothing but integrity. Nick showed up and within a couple of minutes found the problem. Instead of making me feel stupid Nick waived the service fee and made sure my pump and heater were working well before he left. Over the next 2 months he kept saying it's on it's way and would arrive son. After ignoring several messages from me, he finally responded on July 10 that the cover had arrived. I recognize that this long delay could have been the fault of the cover manufacturer, but then when I tried to schedule an installation with Noah, he ghosted me for 2 months, ignoring multiple messages via Yelp and via his private number. I told him to cancel the job on September 4 and he still hasn't responded. Because he is not signed up with Yelp Guarantee, I could not get a refund from Yelp. And because he uses a private Venmo account to receive payment, I could not recall the Venmo payment. I am looking at other options now to get my money back. Do NOT hire these people.

Okay so I owe this company a review because they really came through for fixing my parents pool…read more The owner Luke was so kind to us. When I put in a request for quoted work around the area I got a lot of responses. But what stood out from Clean Wave Pools is that they didn't sugar coat anything or beat around the bush. They were upfront with us on what it would take to get the pool from green to crystal clear. It always helps when a company quotes you something close to what the work may come out to. When I first spoke to their receptionist/scheduler she was so nice and understanding. I explained how this company my parents had been using kept giving them different solutions to fix the green pool. Spent well over $1000 to have the pool look the same. I got fed up. So many companies take advantage of the elderly so I ended up getting quotes from yelp. Luke spoke to me and set up a time and day to check it out and give a quote for free. I loved that he was true to his word and helped my parents out. Every visit they sent myself and my parents an email of the breakdown of work that was done. We ended up using this company because of how professional they were. They knew what they were talking about. Well within 3 weeks the pool went from green to crystal clear. Luke even explained the speed or the pump was incorrect which the company Aqualink installed the unit and told my parents they needed to upgrade it. Screw that, my tech savvy self connected to the unit and got it back up and running and updated the speed to the pump as suggested by Luke. My parents are so happy they can use their pool again. Thank you so much Luke and company for all your hard, dedicated work.
