I called and asked them to come back to do what they are supposed to do as part of their service and Ginger - (who is their receptionist I guess) said with full of attitude she needed management approval for that. And that I should not be upset at her and disruptively hung up while I was mid sentence. Fair assessment is that I was upset while calling but not yelling or rude.
