We have above ground salt Water pool due to the fact my wife Is sensitive to chemicals. This guy told us to use regular chemicals then he would convert the pool back to salt water. Needless to say he disappeared off the face of the earth without any phone calls Or communication. Now we have to pay somebody else to convert our pool back to salt water. Call someone else! We now have a green pool because they don't come out or respond to requests. We are set up for weekly service. About 3 weeks ago we send a text asking him to make sure levels are good for the upcoming season (I noticed the water was cloudy). No response. Finally gets back to us over two weeks later. Tells us he will be coming out so make sure the cover is off. Never shows. Won't respond to messages. Well the water is now green because of lack of chemicals. So irritating. read more

Found this pool service provider on Yelp. I neglected my pool for about a month after my ex moved out and it turned green real quick! Chris was willing to come out the next day to fix everything up and get it back on track! He gave my pump equipment a facelift (fixing minor damages and leaks), cleaned the filters, and treated the pool. In two days my pool was perfect! Expensive and unreliable He adds on charges that are not discussed like $100 to dispose of a filter while not disposing it for weeks. He quotes $800 for chemicals for a green pool. After several months of service with him, the pool turned green. He doesn't pay attention to detail by leaving the filter air release valve open. he doesn't skim the pool to remove larger debris even if it's there for multiple weeks since he expected the pool sweep to handle it. Chris worked out for about 2 years, then the pool started to be too much for him. In a very unprofessional manner he just stopped showing up. Would not answer texts, emails, phone calls. Left me high and dry. If your pool has any issues (plants near by, etc) he's not your pool service. Probably stays with the easy jobs, that about his speed. read more

I recently hired this pool service business to come and clean my pool on a regular basis. However, they have consistently failed to show up when scheduled. This has caused inconvenience and frustration for me and my family as chemicals were imbalanced. The pool skimmer was always left with some debris even when he visited. When asked about debris on the pool bottom and and surrounding the pool, they said they do not handle this. They also charge extra for anything besides adding chemicals (e.g. biannual filter cleaning). Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they have not been responsive. I would not recommend this business to anyone due to their lack of reliability and poor customer service. read more

I'm hands on do all my pool work from pump install and PVC to filter cleaning. I even rigged up a trash pump to vacuum pool bottom. When I had my pool replastered I had an extensive series of drains installed around the patio and I sold my trash pump setup to a pool service guy. A couple of weeks ago a concrete spillway on the hill above my house in Vacaville dammed up sending water and mud down the hill around my patio and into my pool. Chris communicated very well on the phone, came out as scheduled and vacuumed the mud out of my pool. Sooo, i paid this guy $300 to get My VERY GREEN POOL swimmable. One month later he made it out to my house.....once! He also told me he didn't have time to make it to my other appointments, and my pool is still green 3 weeks later. After a total month and a half I have not seen this guy at all. I invited Chris, explained my outdoor Jaccuzzi/Waterfall small pool, discussed my immediate needs to repair existing system and what it would take to maintain it. After doing the preliminary and much needed initial repairs, going over the different primary and secondary systems, covering electronic technical operations, going over the chemicals used, that's when I found out for myself that Chris, indeed, was a genuine knowledgeable person who definitely knows his trade and passion. I asked if he would be willing to continue providing me monthly service and, making him aware that I am a demanding customer who asks a lot of questions and would like to learn and absorb as much knowledge as possible so that I can become self-sufficient. Without hesitation and intimidation, Chris stated that he would be obliging and would assist me anytime. That is when I truly felt that Chris had a mellow personality, easy to discuss and resolve problems quickly and efficiently and, was not afraid to mention that, if he did not know the answers, had a resource guide for which to call for expert advice and/or recommend other contractors. A case of the vanishing pool boy! I called all-ready pool service because i read great reviews on yelp. I gave him a call and we had scheduled an appointment. He was then unable to make it due to family issues. That's not a problem, and we were able to reschedule for the next day. He came out, gave me some good tips on my issues with the pool and then we had agreed on him coming back the following week to clean the pool and set up a weekly cleaning. I then contacted him to find out a date when he would come by, and was told the middle of the week. Then by thursday I tried to contact him again...Nothing! Friday, i tried to contact him again...Nothing! So the following monday (8 days later) I tried contacting him to ask if he was going to be able to fulfill his side of the agreement or not, because i would need to contact someone else if he couldn't... AND NOTHING!!! He is very unprofessional, and by judging the other reviews, I don't know if they are friends or family, but i had terrible service from this company!
