I called on a Saturday and actually reached Touissant directly, who was hosting his daughter's birthday party. He really didn't have to answer, but he still did, listened to the issue, talked through what he thought might be going on, and promised to follow up on Monday. Which he totally did, and then came out the very next day. Once he was here, he diagnosed the problem right away, showed up with the part he suspected we would need, and fixed everything while explaining what he was doing. His rates were clear and reasonable, and the tub has been perfect ever since. Touissant knows his stuff, he is dependable and incredibly responsive, and he is just a genuinely hard-working, good person who cares about his customers. She made me feel comfortable with buying the product & being important (sole owner) With Covid turn around time was a few months out but Mercedes was on top with their inventory and found a GRANDEE model that was a good color fit for my house. Obviously special order with colors could be months out. I bought GRANDEE with all the bells and whistles BUT to be an very easy product t maintain. Delivery was good with exception that my person did not measure correctly and installers had to remove my side fence ($100 more) and paid on spot. MUST MUST ensure your entrance will work for spa & your concrete slab area is large enough to accommodate. This was my own mess BUT installers made it work out. I had 2 frantic calls to Mercedes who immediately was on call (now her work days) to answer my questions. This is how helpful she is!! The home setup once filled with water was pretty simple. Ensure you have the steps for the products to set your water balancing etc I am happy with this model. Definitely roomy. The jets are hard pressure when adjusted so I am happy, The seats are deep enough for adults. And of course the kids think it's a warm pool. I would recommend Mercedes to help anyone who is looking.

Before start - Ok at getting tile samples and getting colors - Good at choosing start dates - Super responsive to get the deposit ** Deposit given Start - After the deposit, communication slowed down significantly. - Start date -- no one showed.. had to ask and was told it was delayed, next day same issue, day 3 it started with pool draining and they didn't bring right hose (used ours) .. but started to feel less professional than I would have hoped. - Eventually started -- draining was incredibly slow but they did come and start the job, some communication issues on tile size vs tile area they were replacing but that was solved (could have been solved prior to job start but it was OK) -- issue was new tile a bit smaller than replaced tile. Actual Job - Good on tile install and grouting - Fiberglass patch job was not great -- small areas that are now painted white that looks like a patch Post Sales - Very poor still cannot get confirmation (30 days later) on grout color (Surprising never left any left overs but if I have to ever fix grout line will not know what brand or color. Same is true for coping color, and fiberglass patch color. - I have been texting Antwan for over 6 weeks now on this and there are a lot of excuses but no results. SUMMARY Need to manage this company more than I was anticipating, and the experience with Antwan pre-sales was very different than in post sales. Lessons I learned was to get Antwan to the job and walk through it before sending money (or whoever is doing the job). Hold some money back until get simple things like colors etc.
