I love ruby's so much! I'm so sad this location is closing. My family and I have so many happy memories here! My favorite, go-to meal is the tuna melt. It's so good and crunchy. It's a hefty sandwich considering it's a tuna melt. I also love so many milkshakes here! Our service has always been friendly, some servers are more attentive than others, but always friendly. The restaurant is nice, family-friendly, and that 50-60s theme. You can go to the bar and order milkshakes or food. It's such a lovely place. We stopped by after school for lunch and milkshakes today 3/18 and this place did not disappoint! The food was fresh and hot. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. The club sandwich was so good! So good my teen stole my plate lol. My little ones enjoy their chicken tenders and milkshakes. The milkshakes were delicious!! The service was great, our server was very attentive and brought everything we needed. He definitely made our experience more enjoyable. This continues to be my favorite Ruby's spot. It's a shame they continue to close more locations though. This one never disappoints. The area is always upkept and clean. The service is absolutely incredible as well. We had a male server who was the most attentive and helpful person I have ever encountered without being so "in your face" about it. The food was great as well. I gotta say though, the shake stole the show for us both. My boyfriend, Daniel, ordered a coffee shake. This man doesn't really like sweets but he couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. I don't like coffee so I stuck with my usual chocolate shake and again, never a disappointment! The service here is phenomenal! The staff was very attentive and caring and checked in on us every now and then. The inside is really cute! Reminiscent of old-fashioned diners. The food was fine but it's slightly pricier than most places. There's not as many options as well but I honestly think that makes it easier to decide what to eat. We have been frequenting this location for approximately 30 years now. Our kids grew up here loving their food and many wonderful memories were made here!! We became friends with the managers and several servers before they thankfully went on with their lives. Truly amazing people!! Yet now after so many years the upholstery on their booths has been taped over and faucets etc in the bathrooms are worn out and need to be replaced. I read not to long ago that Ruby's had filed for bankruptcy which saddened us but time goes on many say. We noticed the restaurant had been rated "B" which is extremely uncommon and we're hopeful that will change very soon! Food came out cold. Told server this info as to why we didn't eat the food, we never asked for anything to be taken off of our bill. She stated she would inform manager of this on her own accord. She returned to table to let us know that the manager was taking some off the bill. Manager never once came to talk to us, upon looking at final bill they gave us $8 off. What a slap in the face. Food is good, on par with other Ruby's. Service here is absolutely horrible. It was hard to not feel like I was intentionally being ignored by the staff. Waited close to 10 minutes before anyone came to take a drink order. Much longer for food. No one ever brought us the bill, so we had to go up to the register and ask and that whole interaction felt very chaotic. The only time I saw anyone that might have been the manager, he was fixing the gum ball machine instead of helping the staff. The young lady, who wasn't even our server, but jumped in to help really did tried her best. I think this location is simply unorganized and lacks proper training and leadership. read more

It's on a Ruby roll with cranberry sauce. It was delicious. Also tried their Apple Pecan Salad with golden raisins and cranberry's. But know that it is a very good tribute to that nostalgic era of the greatest generation and the decade after the big band went the way of the Beatles. The food remains of high quality. This is a family place to bring the kids. We were here on a summer Friday night for the car show. So expect to hear some guys talking about their builds. The service is friendly. Although our server was a bit slow this time. Took too long to refill and get our order taken. The Cobb salad is standard fare. I was trying to be healthy. It has plenty of mushrooms and tomato and lettuce. Could use a bit more bacon. Overall a good Cobb. Now the turkey sandwich is a go-to for wifey every time we come here.
