If you're going to eat in the Huston airport ruby's has fast & attentive service. The milkshakes are thick, hand spun & delicious. If you're a blue cheese fan be sure to ask for a side for your fries or burger cuz theirs is bomb.com, chunky & full of crumbles.

Sooo yummy just before an overseas flight! You really feel like in a diner: the food, the staff, the decor. Much better than what you usually find at an airport and the price is really OK. I can definitely recommend it!

After a week of eating "gourmet buffet" during our Mexican vacation, the sight and smell of the burgers here sucked me right in during our layover! I'm glad we stopped in, because my blue cheese bacon burger was excellent. Fries were good too. Typical airport prices, but the service was good. One big complaint was how tight the tables were to each other. Several us had our carry one with us, and it was a baggage maze.

Was heading home to Los Angeles so as I'm passing thru security at the airport heading to my gate I see Ruby's & I had three hours to burn so I decided to stop, and I must say the grilled chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious and not to mention the onion rings was perfection but my favorite was the strawberry Lemonade with the sugar around the rim amazing! The best I ever had & the customer Service was great! They say don't mess with Texas.....I'm most definitely messing with Texas well Ruby's that is lol

It was ok. The service was good and friendly. The fries could be better and the soda didn't have gas. Other than that it was ok.

What a difference, the restaurant had comfortable seating and you could get a drink with your meal, if you wanted to. One thing that was really nice was the speed, you can order from your phone or have a real person take your order. I chose the person and in less than ten minutes, the hot wings I ordered were in front of me. The menu has a lot of choices and it's expensive, but this is a quality restaurant, especially for a sit down meal in an airport. A lady nearby had the glass of wine, crab cakes and salad, which was the meal I would have ordered if there had been more time. The wings were flavorful and my soda was refilled without asking. Things go smoothly and fast in this restaurant, you don't need to worry about missing a flight because of slow service. I would definitely enjoy another meal at Ember, they are used to serving travelers good food and there is a bar if you only want a drink. Definitely recommended!

The slaw added a nice textural contrast. Fries: 7/10; The seasoning was on point, but unfortunately the fries arrived lukewarm and could have been crispier. Served fresh and hot, these would easily earn an 8 or 9. Blackberry Lemonade Sparkler: 9/10; As a fan of Real brand purees, I had high expectations and wasn't disappointed. The drink was both tasty and refreshing--exactly what I needed. My only complaint is the heavy-handed ice, which left me wishing for more actual beverage. Ambiance I used the seating area near gate C14, which operates outside the main restaurant space. The bar-style tables feature QR codes at each seat, allowing you to order and have food delivered right to you--a system I wish every airport would adopt. The area was clean, spacious, and pleasantly uncrowded during my visit. Service Service was efficient if somewhat barebones. My server dropped off the food quickly, though my drink didn't arrive until he returned 10 minutes later.

Why be in Texas when you can't have a steak? That's foolish talk really. My friends took me to a…read moresteakhouse on a Saturday evening. We came here early enough to beat the rush. It was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse steakhouse in Texas, if memory serves me correctly. We came here around 5:45 PM on a casual Saturday late afternoon / early evening. We were seated promptly and immediately. It was pretty busy when we stepped in. But as soon as we sat down, the early birds decide to rush in after us so it was glad that we came here early enough to grab a seat. Even my friend remarked that we got lucky with an empty table. The ambiance was very good and quiet. It was nice to be here and definitely miss having a mistake in the longest time. Me and my friends spent about a good hour and a half here from start to finish. I ended up getting a 16 ounce prime rib that was cooked rare. My sides were mashed potatoes - two servings. It was the time that I needed to carb load up for a 50 mile foot race within two days time. Gotta prepare of course. My friends ordered a sampler appetizer platter and also ordered steaks as well. All in all, it was a nice evening out with friends. The prime rib was cooked excellent and definitely was very enjoyable. Prices here were not terrible or bad, considering how much steak prices are nowadays. $30 for a 16 oz prime rib in a reputable steakhouse is around the norm these days. You just enjoy it while you can, which I thoroughly did while on vacation here in Texas. Our overall experience here at this Texas roadhouse steakhouse in Humble, Texas was very good and definitely one to remember. It was nice and quite satisfying to say. Not sure if they had wifi or not, but it didn't matter. The service here was very good and professional. The waitstaff checked up on us twice after ordering to make sure we were doing good. All in all, it was a nice typical dinner with friends. It was cool to have prime rib and enjoy company among friends. For the most part though, the air conditioning could have been better, but everything else was near optimal. The prices could have been better, but that's the economy at that point of time. And so, if you enjoy a real steak from a steakhouse, consider coming to Texas Roadhouse for your next piece of quality prime rib or porterhouse. This Texas Roadhouse steakhouse location is located in Humble, Texas. It's physically located at 9727 N Sam Houston Parkway E. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, best bet would be to get here early enough to beat the lunch or dinner rush. They have a generous amount of parking spaces, but could be bad when everyone is waiting for a spot. You're out of luck if you depend on public transportation since I don't think Humble has any regional public transportation that connects to Houston. Best thing to do is to rent a car or have local friends to take you around. Then there's always Uber or Lyft to take you on command, although it can be expensive, depending on where you originate from. And so, if you enjoy a good piece of steak or prime rib, consider coming to this Texas Roadhouse steakhouse for your next meal. Steak is always a feel good comfort food that makes everything nice and satisfying. Definitely recommended if you're in Houston or Humble area. 4.5 stars for the overall experience. Support local!
