My aunt frequents this buffet and wanted to take me when I was in town. I was a bit skeptical but I have to say, it wasn't bad. I would even say it was good. Now this is not gourmet Chinese food. But for a Chinese buffet, they had the bases more than covered, and nothing I ate was bad or in any way unfresh. -So one of the showstoppers is the cold peel and eat shrimp. They were fine. Fresh. I had a bunch of them. -There are soups and salads but I skipped those to save room. -There's a sushi bar in the back, with a small assortment of rolls and nigiri. I had a smattering of things. All were OK, none were great. The best one was the spicy tuna. But this was at least passable sushi, and I did not feel like anything was not fresh. I will say the larger rolls were so huge I had trouble fitting the whole piece in my mouht. -Other standouts: the fried selections were great, from eggrolls to cream cheese wontons. -The dessert bar was decent... and the cream puffs were good. Service was decent.

My sister and I were hungry, so we came here. Parking: a private lot. Atmosphere: bright and loud Service: The ladies were nice and helpful Food: The Crab boil is separate from the buffet. We paid about $30 for a pound of snow crab, potatoes, and corn. We ordered the ruby sauce. The boil was tasteless. We were disappointed. The buffet area is small. It was clean. Our favorites were the dumplings, chicken, and steak with broccoli, the seafood salad. I had sushi, and it was ok. Overall, our experience was ok. We'd go back and get our favorites.

Ordered from doordash and picked up In person Food was ready fast Got lost- didn't know it was the same place as "ruby's buffet"- there are no visible sign of ruby's Cajun outside Got combo #2 and house fried rice The seafood was okay although some of the crawfish didn't taste super fresh Fried rice was also pretty salty fyi Pretty salty, would recommend eating it with white rice

In one word I'd call this place "average." For two adult buffets and one soda it was $39. I wanted sushi and my boyfriend wanted options so this worked for us. The sushi pieces were small or too big but tasted good. I loved the cheese wontons! The service was okay, this place leaves a big bowl on your table where you can put seafood shell, straw wrappers, etc to be disposed of in addition to the server.

Look, if you end up here, you're not looking for top grade sushi and high end quality food. It serves its purpose which is bulk food at your pace. We arrived pretty early upon opening so there was plenty of hot food options. Avoid the Italian and Mexican options. Stick to the Asian food. The only thing Cajun that I saw was crawfish. It is what is.

Lobsters and crabs were abundant. I learned about this place awhile ago from YouTube of which many gave praises. We frequented many mid level AYCE places like this and we've found that as time goes by, quality degrades with restaurants like this. Now there was a rather long length of time between discovering this place on YouTube and actually visiting this place. I wonder if the praises that were sung about this place were still valid. I would say yes. As previously mentioned, lobsters and crabs were abundant and makes it worth the trip on that alone. As for the other offerings, it was mostly surprisingly good. Don't expect Michelin quality food here. Generally, it's about the quantity BUT the food is pretty good. The sushi/sashimi shocked me a little. AYCE sushi is usually just passable but here, I thought it was pretty good. Everyone in my group loved the quality of the salmon. Other offerings, of which there were many, were pretty good. Standouts were the lamb chops in my opinion. Dessert options wasn't as extensive as the other AYCE places I've frequented but they do the job. Aside from the usual fountain soda options (serves by the restaurant staff) , they had a few fruit drinks and a milk tea option as well as some specialty drinks in a can. Scale 1 to 5. (Keep in mind that this is based on quality you'd expect from a typical AYCE restaurant. Food 5 (large selection of food and that shellfish!) Service 5 (Friendly staff and were pretty efficient in clearing the plates) Cleanliness 4 (Place was well kept. Deducted 1 star due to the stickiness of the floor around our table which reminded me of a movie theater floor... lol) Value 5 One con to point out. The restaurant was rather large yet the bathrooms were small and couldn't accommodate a lot of people at once. Not a huge quibble as the wait wasn't astronomical BUT it did seem odd that the size of the bathroom didn't match the size of the restaurant.

There's no other customers complaint that's hot, maybe you guys are wearing too much clothes." Excuse me, there was only 3 tables all together including us. He did tell the other lady about the issue and they take up the AC a little more. But, we were still sweating. I had to ask to switch up a table, it was so much better, but still hot. During the whole time we were there, our waiter did not bother to talk or assist us, I was so thirsty and wanted a foundation drink but we couldn't get it, even until we leave we could not get a drink. The worst customer service, ever. The waiter used the broom to sweep the booth. So dirty and unacceptable. Totally not worth paying $100; they have added a 12% service charge on the bill which was not acceptable. We get 0 service. Bad food, bad service. Will not ever return.

No hot items at the sides and the sauces available were interesting, interestingly enough to concoct something on my own. Drink fridge was well stocked, but the dessert freezer was lacking in selection, Haagen Dazs was only available. Play area was the only buff/flex for us, as our busy toddler needed to roam free. I should have opted for a closer seating to the play area so we could take turns watching and eating/cooking :) but it worked out, like I mentioned, it was low key and we were rushed. While it doesn't look like much from the outside, interiors are very classy, with tasteful decor and a koi pond. While I am a regular at their Hamilton location, I didn't have high hopes that this location could match the quality as it's difficult to replicate recipes for ethnic foods between restaurant locations, but the Maple Shade location serves up equally delicious and high quality food. A bonus is that it serves up traditional North Indian cuisine, as almost every other Indian restaurant in the area has menus that are more noticeably centered around South Indian cuisine, which utilize different recipes despite an overlap in some of the dishes offered. We started off with an order of onion pakoras (4/5). While they are a bit larger than those served at other Indian restaurants, they are well above average in quality and a great way to start off a meal. For meals, we went with the paneer masala and navratan korma. Both dishes were served in a generous portion filled to the rim of the serving bowls. The paneer masala (5/5) was prepared to perfection with just the right amount of spice and delectable tomato-based gravy, and among the best I've had among Indian restaurants in New Jersey. The navratan korma (5/5) was also flavorful and delicious with a nice medley of vegetables. The butter naan (4.5/5) was delicious and fluffy, just the way I like it, although a tiny corner of it was a bit overdone (didn't detract from the taste of it). Service (5/5) by Anil was excellent, as he was warm and friendly throughout the meal, checking in on us to ask if we needed additional rice or anything else.
