The thin peice is standing up.

I recently brought a large flounder sandwich, and it was so bad it was like I was not eating fish. I have never had a fish sandwich that was like I eating batter and not fish. I had not had fish that it was so thin and crunchy before. I do not know what they changed, but they need to change it back to fish. I usually enjoy their fish but not this time. If this is how it is going to be, I will not be returning.

Yoooo this place was unexpected wow. Soul food at a fish market and man this was slamming. I will be returning here every time in in town

Fish so thin the famous chef Thomas can read a newspaper through it
    Stephen T.

The famous chef Thomas wanted good fish. After spending $27 here the famous chef Thomas found that the fish was sliced so thin that the famous chef Thomas could read a newspaper through the fish. He did not know fish could be cut so thin. What a scam. The famous chef Thomas does not recommend this place. Luckily the famous chef Thomas was hungry and bought a cheesesteak from the place at the the from this place otherwise he would have starved.

Fried Flounder and fries. Very good!

There comes a time after a long days work when you just want to relax and be in the company of good food. Well here it is! EC Fishmarket! You can call in advance to pick up your order and it doesn't take long for them to prepare it. Make no mistake, the fish they prepare is fresh. I grew up on seafood in my hometown in Louisiana & for some up north fried fish, they are legit. And their prices are reasonable too. The staff as always are very friendly. Diamond in the rough for sure.

This place is my go to for good fish and sides. I love the fried whiting and flounder. The fish is hot, light, crispy and seasoned The sides are good too and I know soul food. The sides i like the best are potato salad, mac n cheese is good and collard greens. I haven't really venture past those so I can't speak to the other sides they offer.

Food is always fresh. Services are excellent and the cost is always reasonable; but what more can we say, this is a good find!

Great food and prices. The fish is flavorful. The oysters are flat but taste good. The cakes are moist and also good.

People love this place ... I say that because we were there late afternoon during the week and it was busy ... and it kept getting busier. I do understand why folks love it tho, because there's no other real seafood "shack" in the area specifically where folks can get their blue claw crabs. It truly does look and feel like a seafood shack because the wooden walls, brown paper on the table, paper towels on the table and overall decor scream "We are at the beach in a small southern town in the middle of nowhere where" lol Our server was great! She was very attentive and made recommendations... she was also very patient with us given that this was our first time here and we're a bit undecided on what we wanted to order. Now on to the food - this is honestly where I was underwhelmed. The broiled seafood had a whisper of flavor, the crab cake left a lot to be desired and the garlic buffalo shrimp were overwhelmingly buffalo sauce on top of fried shrimp. Now the clam chowder I had was amazing and I even ordered some to go. My friend enjoyed her crab legs meal overall and perhaps if we visit again that's the route I'll go. Oh and it's also a BYOB , so, be sure to grab your favorite bottle and bring it on in.

My friends and I ordered clam chowder, a truffle fries, calamari, crab cakes , breadsticks, and a seafood platter with ramen. The clam chowder was creamy. Not sure if it's cause we each tried some to see if we like it, but I didn't even taste any clam in the soup! The truffle fries were very crispy, definitely can tell it's freshly made. Breadsticks and crab cakes, on the other hand, were slightly overcooked. They are no golden brown but darker brown color to me. Maybe that's the way they cook and serve them. As for the main dish, the seafood patter with ramen, it was not bad. I normally order butter or max two flavors, but this time, the group wants to try triple flavors. It wasn't bad but slightly salty, which is predictable, but definitely flavorful. This is the first time i add ramen to my seafood boil. It was delicious. The ramen soaked up all the sauce and flavors. Well worth trying. Our waitress was very friendly and filled with smiles. Great service! The restaurant itself was pretty big with many tables and, I believe, two party rooms. Great for special occasions and celebrations. They have a big parking lot so parking shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Rachel, our server, was truly exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful--especially with my son. When the power unexpectedly went out at the Cherry Hill Mall due to the windstorm, Rachel and the staff turned what could have been a disruption into something special. She brought us extra bread and surprised us with a champagne toast for the adults and carbonated apple juice for my son, which made him feel incredibly celebrated. The food was outstanding. The bone-in, dry-aged New York strip may have been one of the most tender, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned steaks I've ever had. Every side was just as impressive--the truffle mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, and crab fried rice were all absolutely delicious. Dessert was the perfect finish to an already amazing meal. Beyond Rachel, the entire team deserves recognition. The general managers were actively walking the floor, checking in on guests, and the bus staff was attentive and professional. The coordination, hospitality, and genuine care shown by everyone made the evening feel special despite the circumstances. This was hospitality at its best. Huge thanks to Rachel and the entire Eddie V's team for turning a stormy night into a truly memorable birthday celebration. We can't wait to come back.

From the outside, Eddie V's already gives off a polished, upscale feel, and once inside, the jazz playing softly in the background immediately set the tone. We grabbed seats at the bar, which I highly recommend. Pro tip: arrive early if you want bar seating, the bartenders are extremely friendly, genuinely engaging, and it is fun to watch them craft the drinks. We took full advantage of the happy hour menu with a dozen oysters, Wagyu beef sliders, a dirty martini, and a glass of Caymus. The happy hour pricing is a solid deal and the food quality was excellent. Another couple joined us, so we moved to a table and continued into dinner. Appetizers included a Caesar salad, burrata and beet salad, and lobster bisque. The burrata and beet salad was bright, fresh, and zesty and really stood out. The lobster bisque was the one miss of the night, served lukewarm with only a small piece of lobster. For mains, we ordered the Chilean sea bass prepared Chinese-style and the A5 Wagyu dumplings. The sea bass was exceptional, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and generously portioned. The wine list is phenomenal with great options by the glass and bottle, and the cocktail program is clearly handled by skilled professionals. This is also a great choice for a romantic night out. The space is dimly lit with unique lighting elements, paired with live jazz that creates a relaxed, intimate atmosphere without feeling stuffy. If you are in the area, this place is absolutely worth a visit, especially during happy hour. We will definitely be back.
