I told him I did and asked if they did not secure the food properly. Guy on the phone claimed they did secure the food. He took no accountability and eventually hung up on me and told me to "Call GrubHub". Disgusting service from the driver and the guy I spoke to at Philly Gyro King. I hope the driver gets reprimanded and does a better job making sure the food he delivers is of quality. If he wouldn't eat it himself, don't deliver it and double check with the store for quality control. Have some care for handling people's food. Philly Gyro King also needs to make sure their food is more secured. Then when I stated I just wanted a refund she wanted me to provide information I didn't have right in front of me for her to verify the order she had just given me the order date for, so she obviously had that information right in front of her. After about 20-30 seconds of her waiting for me to look it up she decided she didn't need me to give it to her. This is not the Bobby Chez I remember. There are a few seats, and it was clean. We did have to wait a little while due to them doing online line orders and ringing the orders up. I ordered a large oxtail and my nephew ordered stew chicken. The food was very tasty but I wouldn't go out my way to go back. The young lady that made our platters gave us bare minimum, I ordered the lobster Mac and didn't receive that, instead I received the regular Mac, and she even wrote it on my platter. They were so bare minimum to the point that when the guy who I think was the owner or manager looked at my food he was even shocked because he hesitated when looking at my platter like this is missing something. It was obvious but I don't think he wanted to correct her in front of us so he charged me $62.35.
