My son and I eat here usually once a month. I'm in a wheelchair and they are always very accommodating. My son usually gets the asiago peppercorn strip with the salad bar and I always get the ribeye with the salad bar. We both love the mango tea. We have always had excellent service and the food has always been great. It is my favorite place to eat here in Tullahoma. Keep up the great work! read more

As a former international hospitality consultant, I view things a bit differently. In this case, I would give the staff 5 stars, because they made us feel pampered. The food 4.5 stars, because it was good but my taste buts collided with the smell of the floors. It smelled like in a nursing home (urine). The decor and colors in this restaurant is rather depressing and uninspired. The manager did his very best to make us feel comfortable. He was in control over the staff and the food came out quick. I had the salad bar (which was fresh and continuously refreshed. Then I had chicken with broccoli and pasta. The chicken was juicy and everything tasted great. Maybe a bit too much salt on the chicken. This could be Tullahoma's best restaurant if it wasn't for the old smelly carpeting and the lack of color. If it's updated, I'd give it 5 stars easily. read more

Was refused to be served an alcoholic beverage because I looked young! I have a valid drivers licence and am almost 24 years old. I was accused of using a fake I.D. The staff was very rude about the whole situation. I was so mad and embarrassed. My boyfriend and I will not be back! read more

HORRIBLE!!! Was not crowded like other restaurants in Tullahoma were. Did not have to wait for a table, but while being seated the line for the salad bar was to the hostess area. When seated I asked what was the problem with the salad bar. The waitress replied, "oh they are only restocking." We placed our order and of course I ordered the salad bar to go with my burger. The manager was flipping out to the guy who was to have stocked the bar and he was like who cares with his attitude. Finally got a salad with a few items. Our burgers came right out and I had ordered mine medium and he ordered his well. BOTH burgers were charred!! Beyond burned, including the buns. The waitress vanished, so we continued to attempt to eat our burgers and when she finally showed up I showed her how burned they were and it was like we had personally assaulted her. Our advice is, pass Ruby Tuesdays up in Tullahoma, TN and find somewhere else to eat. We'll never be back!!!! read more

When we first arrived and was seated, we waited close to 13 mins, watched two other families be seated and waited on, before I asked to see a manager. The manager was very pleasant apologized and took our drink and food order. Just a few moments later, she introduced us to one of the most amazing servers named Bria (sp). Bria was very helpful, incredibly nice and witty, she and the manager made our dining experience one to remember and return. If you want the best experience and service, ask for Bria (sp). Service was fast and friendly but a bit lacking on her knowledge of the menu, Ordered the asiago peppercorn sirloin which was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious the shrimp fondu appetizer was great also the only bad thing is that the portions are small, for the price I expected more. read more

Wow, is all I can say about this dump of a restaurant with its uninspired employees. I've never gone to the bar in a Ruby Tuesday where I've been so ignored by the staff! After sitting at the bar for almost 10 minutes someone finally came to get my order. After taking my order for a second beer the bartender disappeared and didn't return until I had finished my food order. At which time she brought me the bill without asking if I wanted anything more. I was going to order some wings to go, but since she essentially told me I was finished I paid my tab and left. I'm a big believer in tipping wait staff well, usually well above 20%, but in this case I couldn't do it and left them a $1 tip. I didn't want to but felt I had to, to properly convey what I thought about their service. read more

Just picked up a fried chicken caesar salad and an order of artichoke dip for lunch. The romaine was limp, had some brown edges, and was swimming in way too much overly strong garlic dressing. More of a bad thing is not the answer. The chicken was three small strips, also with dressing all over them. The croutons (all 6 of them) were rye and not crunchy, instead they had dressing all over them and were soggy and chewy. Wendy's makes a better salad. The dip tasted like it was strained through someone's dirty socks; the seasonings are awful. This venerable old favorite needs to be retired or reworked at least; you can get better at any of a dozen Mexican places here. Over $18.00 for this mess, not counting tip. Eh...was not impressed with the salad bar. Even the hamburger was cold.

Just got home from here there were very few people I the restaurant when we arrived. We were seated promptly and our order taken very quickly. That is where it all went down hill I asked our server what the Sam Adams was on tap, she had no idea so she went to the bar to find out. When she returned some time later she informed me that it was the Boston Lager and the seasonal on tap, when I asked what the seasonal was I was told she didn't know it just said seasonal. At this point in the meal we went to the salad bar which was very unimpressive, the Italian dressing had actual sludge in the bottom of the bucket. After some time had passed our food arrived and our empty glasses were ignored yet again. I actually had to go up to the bar to get my wife's coke refilled. The service only got worse from here. This has to be one of the two worst dining experiences I've ever had, just for some perspective the other one was at a Shoneys just before they closed down. We won't be back. read more

Everything on the menu is spicy or Cajun. You cannot order shrimp for kids without it being spicy. There is no such thing as a low sodium entree. read more

I just wanted to leave a review because I had a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday's today. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly smile and sat promptly then we were greeted by our server, I do believe his name was Zach he was very friendly he recommended one of your wonderful fruit and tea's so I tried one and it was delicious. my sister got the quesadilla entrée I wasn't sure what to get I didn't want a big meal since it was my birthday so he recommended the salad bar and I'm so glad he did, there were so many wonderful choices, it was so good. We were greeted by the manager, TJ as well, he made sure that everything that we had was good, and that we were having good service, he even brought me a small bowl of the croutons that were out of when I went to the salad bar. Because it was my birthday Zach even brought me a birthday Sunday. Thanks to our server Zach , TJ the manager and the rest of the wonderful staff at Rubys, I had a delicious meal and a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely recommend this place to my Tullahoma friends. I will be back and I will definitely ask for Zack because he was a wonderful server. 5 stars for sure! read more

Went Friday evening. Promptly seated. The waitress and service were fast and pleasant. Ordered chicken Bella with grilled zucchini and spaghetti squash. The chicken was moist, tender, with a savory, cheesy sauce with mushrooms and artichoke hearts- really delish! The veggies were equally awesome. Was a great night out with Ruby Tuesday!! read more

After church today 13 of us decided to go for lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. I had always loved the salad bar and Chicken Bella. After being seated we sat there 10 to 15 minutes wondering if we were invisible or something. The waitress finally shows up to get our drink order. Another 10 to 15 minutes passes before we see her again. Now some of the drink orders are wrong. We are trying to stay patient but some in our party are starting to complain. We turn in our food orders and another 30 minutes passes. The waitress refills our sweet tea with unsweetened. She brings an empty small cup to one that ordered a small coke. We finally get our food which was very good but then we wait over an hour to get our bill. Ruby Tuesdays has always been our preferred restaurant but today turned us off. We walked in the restaurant at 12:30 and walked out after 3 pm. Next time we are in Tullahoma looking for a place to eat, today's memory will be in the back of our mind. read more
