Good evening fellow Yelpers, we tried Logan's Roadhouse last night and we got to say it was great. Our waiter, Amanda was cheerful, helpful and kept on top of everything. She kept my glass full and checked on us often. Started out with the potato skins and this was a large shareable order for three people. Being only 2 of us half of it came home, ( they cooked up pretty good on the grill or an air fryer would work also. My wife had the Teriyaki chicken, it came with rice and 2 sides which she chose green beans and corn. This filled her up. I had the Logan's Roadhouse chicken that came covered in Parmesan and peppercorn sauce with rice and I chose steamed broccoli and the macaroni and cheese. We also had some hot rolls. So, I thought I was going to a Texas Roadhouse, but figured after I got there I would give it a try. First off the table service was top notch, attentive and quick, however that was about it. Bread came out with what I hope was just ?tongs? And not someones finger or worse poked through it (pic) and a plate that needed one more wipe to call clean. Ordered a ribeye, asked if they would do pittsburgh, told they (meaning the kitchen) don't do that. So I said very rare, and that the very was important. Came out on the high side of normal rare, but accepted it (my own fault). The meat was essentially unseasoned, and had hard gristle in it? Definitely either a cheap cut or poorly cut piece of meat. Have you ever lived in a town so small that there's only one place to get a steak and they're really good at screwing it up. Well, there's actually two, but they were all out across town. I ordered a ribeye medium rare. It came out medium, and the amount of salt on it was insane. I drank two glasses of water and I'm still thirsty. Now I understand why it's got such low reviews. You would think a company a chain would be more regulated and you could rely on some consistency. But I'm starting to see what the consistency is. Service was great. Went first time on Mother's Day. They opened at 10:30. Over staffed for the rush. Good to see. Waitress so very nice, on top of it, great attitude and service. The fresh crisp dinner salads here are the best. I would come here just for that. baked potatoes are large , fluffy, buttered and whatever else you want . Looking forward to trying more entries. Stopped in for a quick meal and being a Saturday it was rather hectic. I was greeted and seated promptly. Drink order was taken and "we're waiting for a fresh batch of rolls". I ordered when the rolls arrived and received my salad promptly. As I was finishing the salad my meal arrived. The steak was cooked to my ordered doneness. We just had a fabulous meal at Logan's in Manchester. Our location in Murfreesboro closed a few years back, and we have missed it. Our server, Victoria, made our visit so wonderful! She was personable, fun, and helpful. Our food was perfectly seasoned. My husband had the porterhouse with mashed potatoes and broccoli. He ate every bite! He mentioned that the broccoli was steamed perfectly and tasted great. I had the surf and turf. My steak was a bit rarer than I had ordered, so they took it back and a bit later delivered a perfectly cooked replacement. Meanwhile, I enjoyed the sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, tasty green beans, crunchy crab cakes, and grilled shrimp. It was so much that I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow! We just ate here traveling from South Carolina to Southern Illinois and Randy was our server. The food was good as expected but the service was phenomenal! Randy had such a great attitude and was the perfect mix of polite, attentive and made you feel like family. If we lived closer, we would be regulars. Been wanting to try this chain for a while and greatly disappointed in the quality of food. Grilled meatloaf smothered in tasteless brown mushroom gravy on a bed of dry mashed potatoes. Food is a 4 out of 5. Steak was undercooked. No salt on potato (bland) Steak and chicken had good flavor and was tender. Service was a 2 out of 5. Bartender started out nice but was a bit of a control freak with her bar back. She got my first beer quickly, but I never got to order another. She was so focused on the well drinks. She i think forgot about me. After about 20 minutes she had to pour beers and as I was next to the beer tower I told her I was ready to order when she was. It took another 10 minutes. I asked for another beer but never got it. She brought me my salad shortly. Didn't ask if I wanted another beer. Oh and when she took my order she seemed annoyed and in a hurry when I asked what sides do they have. After my food arrived 45 minutes into my experience. I was still not done with my salad, and no questions asked then either, the food runner brought it. She eventually checked on me and finally asked if I wanted a beer. I was annoyed and said no, water. After about 15 minutes she asked if everything was OK. I asked for a box. She brought it with my check. She cashed me out after 5 to 10 more minutes. All in all 1 hour and 30 minutes later I was done. Do servers not offer appetizers or desserts anymore? Do they not off dinner enhancements. I had to ask for rolls at the end because I gave my first rolls to my neighbor as he had ordered and she said he would have to wait for new rolls. She never brought me more, until i had my food boxed up. Not the greatest service. Now i walked into the parking lot and it surprised me that 8pm on z Saturday night I saw a cook and a manager out back smoking. Gross. Walked in around 3:30PM today, seated immediately. Hot delicious rolls delivered to us. I got a sirloin cooked to medium well perfection. My daughter got the ribs that were literally falling off the bone. Dinner was so good! Service was excellent. Kept our drinks full and checked on us regularly. Keep up the great work. read more

After drinking a beer we waited quite a long time before we got our food. I threw up the beer. I felt better after I threw up. A manager didn't even come over to see I was ok. The server was nice. Logan's I guess doesn't feel that they have to check on customers that get sick in their restaurant. We didn't eat in the restaurant. We took our food to go. When we got home we noticed the baked potatoes that they gave us were twice baked. Probably left over from the night before. Nasty!! We emailed the restaurant about our experience and the quality or lack of and have heard anything. Tried to charge $1.49 to substitute corn for fries although corn is not a premium side. Not everyone can eat french fries and should not be penalized for a dip plate substitution. When the food finally arrived, the hamburger and hamburger steak meat for 2 people in our party tasted off, as if it were spoiled, so they didn't eat much of it. We'd already been argued with by the server about the substitution (which is unprofessional) so we didn't mention the spoiled hamburger, but I don't see us going back. Its a shame because there are very few restaurants in Manchester. Our dogs will eat hamburger tonight because we paid $100 for a subpar meal and experience... read more

Food was good. My pork chops were perfect; juicy and thick. My wife didn't like the breading on her chicken-fried steak. She asked for breading with no spices, but they have the breading already made and couldn't accommodate her request. She was told this and opted to stick with the order anyway, so it's not the restaurant's fault. Service was a little slow, but it was a welcome meal. read more

I have heard of Logans and I have always wanted to come here as there is no Logans close to me. I came in and sat at the bar, bartender was nice and friendly. Ordered the Sirloin with Fall off the Bone Ribs, my two sides were a Caesar Salad and Mashed Potatoes. The Sirloin tasted good for the first few bites and then not so much after that. I ordered it medium, although it looked and tasted more like a medium well. The Fall off the Bone Ribs were certainly not fall off the bone, they give you the sauce on the side as well, although I felt they could have put more on the ribs itself. The Mashed Potatoes were fine, just as good as any other steakhouse chain. They did not have Romaine lettuce so they used Iceburg lettuce for the Caesar salad which I said was fine when they told me. The bread they give was absolutely delicious I must say, wish I asked for more. For my drink I got a beer in their larger glass option which was a big mug. All in all I was expecting more out of this place, hard to say if I would come back for the food as I am not sure what I would order. read more

Draft beer was good and cold, but that's about where the good things end. I ordered grilled wings and a salad and my husband ordered a full rack of ribs. I got 6 wings for $13 that were way over cooked. The salad, which was $6 they totally forgot. My husbands ribs were extremely dry and over cooked, well the little meat that was on them anyway. The waitress only came and saw us long enough to take our order, 20 minutes later with our drinks and to bring us the bill. Every time I go it is about the same experience. Logan's for Halloween dinner.....haven't been in a long while so thought we would give it a try tonight. Glad we did services and food was great. Was quickly seated and greeted by the waitress. Drinks were out quick and their delicious rolls. We put our order in and food was also out in a timely manner. Everything was delicious and cooked perfect. My steak was just how I wanted it. Good food, excellent selection but just not a Texas Roadhouse steak! Lobster tail was good. Not a fan of the peanuts everywhere.

We sat in the bar at a high top and Britney was our server. She was excellent. We found the steaks to be probably choice or lower but the price is constant with that. Based on the food I would say 3 stars but Brittany did such a good job I gave it 4 stars. There bread rolls are good and the broccoli was good. I love they play country music! read more

4 people in our party and 2 had terrible meals. I had the Mesquite-grilled chicken smothered with Parmesan Peppercorn sauce. The chicken had no mesquite flavor and the peppercorn sauce (which I also got as my salad dressing) tasted like mayonnaise with some salt. My husband tried it and said the same thing. Besides the chicken and dressing being bland, my salad was also bland as well. Usually with all the vegetables, croutons, cheese and additions, there is a flavor, but this had no flavor at all. Husband had the surf and turf trio and enjoyed it. He particularly loved the steak, which was very tender and had some pretty good flavor. I tried it and agreed. One person in our party had the traditional seafood gumbo, which I (and everyone else at the table) thought looked nothing like gumbo at all. He said it was like they put gravy on some gumbo fixings. Didn't enjoy it at all. Another in our party had the cilantro lime salmon and really enjoyed it. It was cooked perfect and had good flavor from the bite I had. We had the banana pudding for dessert and it was just basically pudding with whipped cream, caramel and a very few bits of nilla wafers. Just ok but not for $9.19. All in all the food was pretty disappointing and I wouldn't go back. One thing I have to say is that Grace, our server, did an excellent job! Nothing but good things to say about the service and food we received today at Logan's. I ordered a salad which was a generous portion and very fresh. I also ordered a side of broccoli, which was very fresh and salteed perfectly. My lunch guest had the cheeseburger and it was prepared perfectly. He had the broccoli for his side and enjoyed every bite. Our wait team were timely and very efficient. They kept our drinks filled. The restuarant was clean and social distance wasn't adhered too. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and cup of chili at 8pm on a Friday night. After waiting for 45 minutes, the server came over to say "sorry for the wait, we're having to DETHAW the chicken breast" 1- why are they serving FROZEN CHICKEN? 2- why wait 45 minutes before telling me? After telling the server we didn't want to eat frozen chicken, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the check for our diet Coke's. Sadly when you want a good steak around Manchester and go to Logan's the food is not consistent.
