Been to this restaurant numerous times and have always had a good experience. Today, Sunday, was a letdown from our normal experiences. Fries were overcooked and over seasoned. The onion rings were way overcooked. The Cajun shrimp were visibly under seasoned. The positives were the hamburgers and service were good. We discussed sending some of the food back but then someone would be eating after everyone else is done. I hope the owner empowers the waitstaff to reject customers' food at the kitchen versus sending out substandard food and hoping customers don't say anything. read more

Not bad. Very typical BDubs-style Americana pub fare. Waitress was super friendly, but flipped the toppings between my sandwich and my father-in-laws sandwiches, and potentially forgot one of our orders (it was unclear if one of us forgot to order or the order got forgotten). Dining room was clean enough. But the floors were sticky enough to make me feel like Spider-man. read more

Great atmosphere, great service nice place. Friendly wait staff, clean and plenty of room. They have happy hour 3-5. The only issue we had was, while the boneless wings were just okay. Seemed like they were something I would buy at the grocery store in the frozen food section. I was expecting g something made in house. The new Sauce Sweet Heat Peach was good. I got it on the side Not super hot but it did heat up on the backside. Overall was a good experience and I would go back if ever back in this area. We stopped by Jefferson's yesterday for the first time. We were immediately seated and greeted by our server, Josh. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, my husband ordered a chicken wrap. Wait for our food was reasonable. The food was good, but I'm not a fan of the fries, they seemed to have a pasty texture. In any event, it has a large bar area, and an arcade room for the kids. Seems like a family friendly atmosphere. They also have plenty of TVs with various sports games on. We will give it another try. read more

We booked a hotel nearby and walked to Jefferson's for a quick bite to eat. It was late so there was no crowd. We chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was prompt and friendly. We ordered a couple tap beers. They were cold. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. They arrived promptly and were hot and delicious. I loved the bun. My husband got 6 wings. Celery and tortilla chips came with it. We laughed happily at the 8 celery stalks and dip. Yum! Crunchy chips and hot tasty wings. The bartender was attentive and kind. She took time to have conversations with customers and review family pictures with a patron while keeping an eye on us and others. We truly enjoyed our meals and the service. read more

I've been twice now but need to stop in more frequently. When I ate the double cheeseburger it was magical. It reminded me of the first time I won tecmo Super Bowl...or even when Sting beat Hogan for the belt. Granted, the burger and fry may have shaved a couple of years off my life but I don't care. We were there today for lunch to celebrate my grandson's birthday, I ordered regular wings and coleslaw. The coleslaw tasted fine, but it looked like it was old. Parts were gray. Coleslaw needs to be fresh. The chicken wings looked fine, but since I didn't have them soaked in sauce I could taste the real chicken and they tasted like they had been cooked in old oil, almost a rancid taste. I will go back because I've heard a lot of good things about them. And I love that they are family owned. Every place gets 3 trys before I say done. read more

It was pouring rain so I ran over from our hotel and got takeout. Ordered wings. Some spicy some sweet. Partner doesn't do spicy. They put them in the same container separated by a paper that disintegrated from the sauces. Spicy on top. Ruined the sweet underneath. Ugh. I ate all 15. Ugh. Poor choice for them and me. We live in Murfreesboro, TN and travel to the Atlanta area to visit family. The dilemma each time is where to stop for lunch. Well, Jeffersons has solved our problem. We stopped today just after noon time. Service was quick and efficient. I appreciate a server who brings drink refills without prompting. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken tender basket with tots. He read the menu better than I and spotted the patty melt, which I ordered with onion rings. Both were delicious. You know a restaurant uses fresh beef when they can cook your burger medium rare. Delicious meal, good service, and easy off and on the highway. We will be back. read more

The waitress was courteous and very welcoming. Ordered Oyster Rockefeller,Wings and shrimp. It was all amazing as well as the sauce. Over all I recommend this to be one of the best places to eat in Manchester. So if their parking lot is full, still go inside... Don't look to the left at Logan's Steakhouse!!! Nice place. Went there on a Saturday at around 12:30. It wasn't that crowded, but they are very slow. It took a long time just to get our drinks like 15-20 minutes. We ordered fried pickles for the appetizer which came out pretty quickly then placed our order which was wings and a shrimp basket. It took forever another 20-30 minutes. Food was good when we got it, but we stopped there off the interstate and didn't think we'd be there for almost an hour and a half. Would not go again unless we had lots of time to waste. read more

Normally the food here is really good but the last couple times I've went, the fries have been cold and last night they were burnt and entirely to hard to even attempt to eat. I got it to go so I didn't know it was like this until I got home and they were closed by then so I had to throw over $20.00 of food away because it wasn't edible. I don't recomend the Caesars salad with chicken. If you order it, ask for the dressing on the side. It's drenched in dressing that doesn't taste like a Caesar salad. One of my pet peeves is being called "sweetie", "dear" or "hun" by a server what happened to "miss" or "ma'am"? That said I enjoyed my dinner. Jeffersons is a sports bar with TV's up on the walls. They offer wings, burgers and oysters. Casual atmosphere and reasonable prices. read more

I have been three times now since it opened. The first time was excellent and the service was spot on, right after it opened. The second time I went for a quick Saturday lunch. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap,and it came out with no sauce. No biggie..the server asked if I wanted another one but I had already waited a while for the food to begin with, so I told her no, and brought out buffalo sauce and I dipped it. She told us they had a new cook and that was probably the reason for the mix up. The third time I went was last night. We went for dinner and it was a busy Saturday night, but not so,busy that we had to wait at the door. I ordered an appetizer and it came out quick. The food, however, took about 45 mins after we ordered. The server told us that a huge party had ordered right before us and the kitchen was behind. We said okay and continued to wait, a few mins later I stopped the server and told her to cancel our order and bring the check, if they hadnt started on ours yet. First, let me say the service was excellent. Our waitress checked on us numerous times and we didn't have to wait too long for anything. The restaurant was pretty clean. It's definitely a place for the younger crowd especially kids since they have a game room. We enjoyed the trivia game going on. It's quite loud in there with all that. Now, the food. We ordered fried onion rings which were heavily battered (some people might like a lot of batter, but we do not) I had fried oysters & they were huge which means more of the greenish stuff inside which I'm not a fan of. They were a tiny bit soggy, but not too bad. I probably ate 2 of them and just half of the others. The baked beans I had for a side were okay. My husband ordered the fried shrimp which he said were so-so. Everything did come out hot at least. I'd say if you're just looking for a quick meal and okay food then go here. On our way to Murfreesboro today, we decided to stop in Jefferson"s for a quick meal. We were seated and then we ordered. I ordered the 10 traditional wings and fries & my friend ordered the 12 boneless wings with their homemade chips (which by the way were NACHO CHIPS)! Our waitress was HORRIBLE. Once our food was brought out (about 25 minutes), our waitress never came back to check on us. My friend was missing her sauces for her wings...it took an additional 15 minutes to get our waitress attention to advise of the missing sauces..once we did, 5 minutes later, she brings ONE of the TWO sauces, saying she forgot to bring the 2nd sauce. Finally, we had had enough, we asked for a MANAGER twice. We ended up talking to a girl that worked in the bar area (best worker thus far). Manager never came to our table, however, then they offered us free food. That's not why we were there. We wanted a quick nice eating experience, but instead we got a TERRIBLE 1st EXPERIENCE!!! Great dinner and service! 360 degree turn around. After poor service last time, we decided to give Jefferson's another go. We noticed they have a new menu with new food to try! Our server "Cleveland, hope I remembered correctly " was great! He hustled the entire night working hard to make sure we had plenty of drinks and needed absolutely nothing! Our food was hot fresh and "correct". Theresa "manager" came to our table and was very apologetic about our previous visit and shared positive information on training for employees to encourage that the prior incident doesn't happen again. 10/24/21 - Traveling across the country and needing to find a place to watch my NFL team on the Sunday late game, I stopped in at Jeffersons in Manchester. No one greeted me, so I seated myself in the bar area, where there was a large selection of good sized flat screens. When a waitress finally stopped by my table I asked her to please verify with whomever that they would be putting my desired game on at least one of the TV's at 5:20pm. She seemed very indifferent and uncaring to my request, and wandered off never to return. Oh I saw her plenty, she just never returned with an answer. We were not asked where we wanted to sit so they headed to the bar area, We wanted a table, not a Boothling, When taken to a table we were not even seated and being grilled about drinks and appetizers. We explained it was our first visit and needed a few minutes. Ten minutes later the server came back, took the apps order and went to get the drinks, which showed up five minutes later. We had planned ahead and placed the entree orders when we ordered the appetizer, and good thing. Forty-five minutes later the wings arrived. We went here this past Friday night. It's a sports bar atmosphere. Lots of televisions & everyone is talkin & having fun. The place was packed but the wait wasn't bad at all. Christie was our server and she was awesome. Asked if it was our first time (it was) & took the time to explain everything. Despite being very busy we received top notch service. She was on it. I ordered a wrap with onion rings & I can honestly say if I've had better onion rings in my day I can't remember! They were crispy not soggy & not greasy. The wrap was delicious as well. My wife had what was the Friday special, a buffalo salad (not exactly sure on the name). It was the special so it was only $6.99 & it was a big one!
