Had dinner at Paco's a few nights ago. Overall, they had timely and friendly service and fairly reasonable prices. We ordered the fried raviolis, garlic knots, and a large meat lovers pizza. The food looked very pleasant. The fried raviolis and garlic knots were ok. Not a big fan of tomato sauce for dipping, but that is what is shows on the menu. The pizza was pretty good. We've been here a few times since moving to the area and in fact may have posted a review. But I'll tell ya the low down . It's a daily big place with a private lot and mostly seat yourselves or wait to be seated . They have a good variety of Italian dishes as well as NY style pizza . The don't have Sicilian but their regular pizza is pretty close to NY . Found out one of the pizza makers was from queens ny . Where I was born! We spent the night in Manchester during a long road trip and found Paco's on Yelp. I called in our order which was ready at the appointed time. My husband brought the most delicious dinner back to the hotel! Made from scratch calzones with a flavorful sauce , which just melted in your mouth! We lucked out finding Paco's Pizza and Pasta! Not sure what the deal was tonight... we placed an online order and tipped through the app. Showed up and no one acknowledged me walking in. Guy at counter was rude. Upon getting home I open the boxes to find there's scant toppings on my Hawaiian pizza and House Special pizza and as thrown together... literally! Delicious; pizza. Half cheese/ margarita med pizza. Nothing fancy or special just rated best in Tullahoma . Could have been a great pizza! Looked decent till I checked the bottom center crust. Soaking wet about 3" from center all the way around. Canned mushrooms and frozen green peppers! Luckily my wife only had green peppers on her 1/2 and took them all off. My side ingredients were good but the slimy mushrooms. Yes! I did this one time before, dice green peppers and freeze to use later only to find out they turn to mush, these were mush! Shame on this place for cutting corners to save a penny! Leaving those too ingredients off and the pie is 4 stars! Lose one star because $22.75 is a bit high for a medium pie! - Italian restaurant not serving wine or beer? Ask before ordering if ingredients are previously frozen or canned. read more

Best pizza in Tullahoma Manchester area their greek pizza is excellent eat in or pickup

We have been here a lot! They used to be great but now it's just terrible. My wife went to pick up dinner. She got spaghetti and a soda for herself & a small pizza for me. She just had shoulder surgery so she asked for a bag to carry the food. By the time I got home from work she finished her food and discovered the soda was out of date. I opened the pizza box to find the box was too small. All the hot cheese & grease melted into the cardboard soaking it through. My wife called & told a girl about the whole thing. She apologized & a few minutes later Paco himself called back. He started making excuses saying we asked for light sauce so it wouldn't have slid off. He asked to see the pictures and we sent them. He called back & blamed it on my wife & the fact she needed a bag because of her surgery. At that point it was obvious he wasn't going to make it good so we said nevermind, we won't be back. Paco has too much pride to provide good customer service. Things happen to the best of us, it's how you handle it that makes a difference! read more

This is our 'to go to' pizza spot in the Manchester area. Employees have always been friendly and the restaurant clean. I usually get either the BBQ Chicken or the pepperoni pizza. Both are very good. From the 10+ times I've been here, the garlic knots have been inconsistent varying from good to sometimes burnt. Well worth a try! read more

The last 3x I have dined at this establishment the service has been absolutely terrible. We were served one entree at a time, with min 10 minutes between, the first 2 dinners wer completely finished before the 3rd was served and the 4th meal arrived even later than that, had to take it to go. It was not the server staff, clearly an issue with management in the kitchen. The owner had nothing but excuses to offer for our dissatisfaction. I will never be spending my hard earned dollars here for any meal ever again. The food is good but not worth the frustration after a long week. My $100+ check hopefully will be more appreciated elsewhere. read more

The only reason this doesn't get a 5-out-of-5 review is because of concern that people wouldn't take it seriously. The food, service, and overall value is all there! Don't miss this gem tucked away in Manchester! Even the ambiance is great! Garlic knots 10/10 Chicken Alfredo 10/10 My toddler ate chicken tenders 10/10 Calzones had ricotta in it but my husband says 8/10 First time in. Our server was sweet and attentive (-: it was an improve dinner 32 weeks pregnant has me not wanting to cook. (That being said being pregnant makes me 50x pickier) Tiramisu 100/10 Will be back. Tonight was our first visit to Paco's after reading the great reviews- we got there shortly before closing and I had spaghetti marinade with meatballs and my husband got a pepperoni pizza. Both were fresh and delicious and fast service! It would be great if they had more pastas to choose from like angel hair but the sauce was great and the pizza just right ! We'll definitely try them again- my husband mentioned the cleanliness of the restroom was not great but it was end of evening so I'll chalk it up to that!!! read more

Out of towner in search of legit Pizza. Thank you, Yelp for being right on the money. This little gem was almost empty at 3:00 (but it was a Monday). Clean, hospitable, and delicious! The menu is small but ohh boy it is delicious! Our waitress was VERY good-her name was Anna. We ordered a large pizza and cheese sticks with marinara. The cheese sticks came out and were hot and ooyey gooey with garlic-yummy! Marinara was spiced(not spicy)and combined perfectly with the cheese sticks. We ordered a large pizza with sausage(thin sliced and awesome!), onions, and olives. The crust was crunchy and had a light sourdough taste-just a tad. A little sauce and splendid cheese with the sausage and veggies! Waitress was engaging and interested in our experience. I was just telling my husband yesterday that I needed a good, cheesy pizza with the good kind of crust. I even searched Yelp!, but no luck. Then, today I was on the book of faces and VIOLA! Out jumps this picture of delicious looking pizza! We ordered a House Special and a Meat Lover's for carry-out. It smelled so good my husband tore into it before he got home (cheater) and told me it was amazing. It was exactly what I was looking for too. It was so good, like fairy sprinkle on my tongue was this cheesy, chewy, pizza with great sauce and fresh veggies. The meat pizza was meat, bacon, meat, and more meat. I instantly fell in love with what shaved gyro style meat was sprinkled on both pizzas. I'm sold and I can't wait until we get to eat this pizza again! Have eaten here for breakfast and lunch now and been very pleased. Very clean and staff is covid considerate. Breakfast was great, tasty pancakes and very good bacon. Lunch I just had a salad with a side of chicken tenders, simple no frills, but my husband's calzone was delicious . My MIL loved her pizza too! The only recommendation to the management is to work on food coming out mostly together there was about a 10 minute gap between the 3 orders. The same thing happened at breakfast too, but we were in a large group so didn't think anything of it. Overall, great food, friendly and good service and fair prices!
