Customer service is spot on! The manager was amazing. So friendly and down to earth. He made upselling enjoyable. The place inside is very cool and hip. But the pizza is where it's at. Giant, could feed an army, leftovers for days, And SO GOOD! I wanted to eat more but could only get down the one slice in one sitting. Oh ya, and try the fried Oreos for dessert!

The pizza was cooked in an oven that was way too hot, the crust was done before the ingredients on top were , crust was burnt on the bottom , green peppers still tasted raw , this was the second and last time they cooked one , the first pizza they tried to give me had many slices without any sausage on them at all, see the pics and judge for yourself, the Mgr tried to make things right

spinelli's has some of the best pizza i've ever had. their larger than life new york style pizza is so unique to the area. the crust is devine. the flavors are amazing. the ambiance is punky and clean. we stopped by this week and both got single slices for lunch. i got a cheese and my mom got the taco pizza. a single slice was just the right amount! you order at the counter, and they bring it to your table-- everything else (like drinks and toppings) is self service. great place for a bite to eat in tullahoma. spinelli's has big flavors in a small town.

It was pretty darn good, better than I expected it to be. The place is super cool and eclectic, the staff is super friendly and everything was clean. All of her food came out hot and it was really close to New York style pizza. No reason not to return

Yearly review of this place, people nice, service is non existent, food not much better, poor value for the money charged. Took over twenty minutes to receive one slice of pizza, upon arrival it was not cold, but by no means was it hot. Posting two additional photos Showing the scant toppings at $0.75 each and the bonus topping, which was inedible, at no cost. Posted in the window was a help wanted sign for all positions, the only thing that makes sense to me is that they care less about the employees than they do the food. The only reason for one star was the employees were nice.

Went by to get a cheesecake from next door, had my little one with me due to her just getting out of school. We decided to get a slice... 1 slice of cheese turned into a slice of pepperoni then a slice of all meat then lastly a slice of sausage. This pizza was amazing. Service was even better!

The pizza is huge and awesome. The Stromboli was outstanding. Both the pie and the Stromboli pale in comparison to the service. I didn't catch the young ladies name but she was great, absolutely reinforced the Southern Hospitality stereotype in the very best way. Great food and better service, need I say more?

Looking for a place to eat in town while attending kids baseball game. While the music playing was a little too loud, the chicken bacon ranch and taco pizza was the bomb. I was amazed at how GREAT the large pie was. We will be ordering from here again.

How does it take an hour to make two slices of pizza? If you can't handle a menu of that size then it needs to be condensed. Unacceptable.

We ordered and had a small wait, but we literally watched the gentleman making our sandwiches with careful attention to detail. It clearly shows that they take great pride in their craft. Bread was very fresh. All ingredients tasted great. They even have a vegan option. All in all, I would definitely go back again to try their hot sandwiches. Definitely worth a try!

The signage is a little easy to miss, but I walked in to two friendly people eager to serve me lunch. They have a fairly large selection of hot and cold sandwiches, and a slightly more gourmet feel to the items and menu boards. I was torn between the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich and the #1 combination sub, which comes with a variety of meats. I was encouraged to try the #1, so that's what I went with. They were happy to accommodate my modifications to the sandwich (no onions or tomatoes, please). I grabbed chips and a drink from the mini-fridge to complete my meal. The bathroom in the back is a little cramped and hard to find but clean and gets the job done. My sandwich was made fresh for me and brought to my table. I liked the crusty bread; it stood up well to the sandwich. The meats and cheese were sliced thinly and I could taste the different elements. For me, I think I would have preferred some greenery other than the shredded cabbage; the texture just wasn't my favorite. The pepper on top was also a little heavy and aromatic for my preferences. Nothing worth sending it back over, just a few small details. Overall, I appreciate the effort to create a sandwich shop like this one. I would return to try another sandwich in the future.

The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the rosemary scones were wonderful. My mom had the Portobello mushroom and really enjoyed it. The winter vegetables and mashed potatoes were so good we cleaned our plates. The salad was the perfect size, and the Christmas pudding with tea was a lovely ending. The performers were a real family--parents and their children--and their chemistry made the show especially charming. We attended the final night, complete with playful moments and laughter. Aghhh I had such high hopes for this place and I was so disappointed…read more I love Celtic designs, history, and mythology so I was super excited to try this place out. I'd postponed it on my last visit to Tullahoma so I'd have something to look forward to on my NEXT inevitable visit, so safe to say anticipation had really built! I arrived around 2:45 and came into a moderately busy coffee house. The acoustics are such it's a little hard to hear if groups are visiting inside, so maybe not the best place to work or read quietly. That's fine, I was going to get my stuff to go anyway. The interior is very cute and thoughtfully decorated and even has a selection of Celtic themed gifts. Service was...surly. The barista spoke very softly and slowly in a very apathetic tone and did not seem interested in answering questions or sharing about the products. I got an iced bonfire mocha (I was very quickly and somewhat harshly corrected about the sizes available to order it in). The pastries looked absolutely amazing so I got a coconut cream scone and a hazelnut pastry to go. They did offer to warm the scone for me, which I accepted. My items took an average amount of time to come out to me. I headed out immediately since I wanted to get home and didn't feel that welcome anyway. So.... That bonfire mocha, yall. It's a spicy mocha, with a dusting of cayenne on top. Allegedly. I've had mochas like this before. They're often made spicy with cinnamon and/or cayenne. I've enjoyed the ones I've tried very much (the version of it at Gold Sprint in Huntsville is delicious!) so I was excited for this one. It had me completely convinced I'd somehow made the barista furious without knowing how. I am fairly heat-tolerant and like spicy stuff and it had me absolutely on FIRE. I thought maybe I'd accidentally gotten a sip of cayenne straight from the top, so I tried mixing it up and drinking from another spot with my straw. Nope. I tried multiple times, coughing up a storm the whole time. But the whole thing was crazy spicy. Inedibly (un-drinkably?) spicy. The cayenne went straight to the back of my throat and sat there scalding me for a long time. I was so sad. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is the coconut cream scone. It was supposed to be heated up...I can't say it was much more than a little above room temperature. But I munched on it in my car and thought it was pretty good. A little dry, as many scones tend to be, but the coconut glaze and cream was flavorful and silky. I enjoyed it. I planned on sharing the hazelnut pastry with my husband later. However, I examined it when I got home (mind you, I hadn't opened it since after leaving the restaurant) only to find...a short, slightly curly black hair attached (baked in?) to it. Facepalm. Straight to the trash it went, regrettably. No idea if it was good or not. It looked good, except for the hair. An incredibly disappointing visit. I'm really sad to write this review. Hopefully I just came on a really off day.

You can also upgrade to Boars Head meat, but I honestly prefer the standard deli meat from Publix. My observation is that most people order regular subs, or the daily special - but an employee showed me the best deal in the house! It sounds confusing, so I'll try to explain :) Subs & Sandwiches: You can order a "whole" or a "half" ... same like Subway. HOWEVER!!! - here's the fun part - you can also order a "whole" or a "half" on regular bread. If you order a WHOLE sandwich on "regular bread" - like wheat, rye, sourdough, or my favorite WHITE MOUNTAIN - they give you TWO WHOLE SANDWICHES that are generously sized :) IN MY OPINION, that's much more fun than any sub. The sandwiches are nicely wrapped and bagged separately. So really, it's like two meals in one!! The sandwiches are always delicious. It's a great, healthy option to all other fast food. Give it a try next time you're at the Tullahoma Publix deli :) I promise, you will love it. Last time I checked I think it was $8.99 for a "whole" - which translates to $8.99 for TWO full sandwiches on regular deli bread. It's delicious and a great deal. Love!

I had been trying to find my EAS AdvantEDGE low carb/high protein drinks and the places that used to have them no longer do... so I was hoping that Publix would. When I moved from Murfreesboro to Shelbyville four years ago, I really missed having a Publix. I've eagerly awaited the opening of this one! From the time one walks in where you're greeted by smiling faces... and handed the latest sales circular... take note Kroger; you who have the worst customer service ever... it was a deluge of happy, smiling employees who were greeting me just like at ALL the Publix stores I've been in. One would ask "Is it because it's a new store?" My answer to that is a resounding "NO!" I've always had a pleasant experience at Publix. Never a grumpy employee to be found, and they will bend over backwards to assist you in whatever it is you need. Looking for my EAS product... horrors!... they didn't have it either. As I was headed to the deli to get a bit of something to eat on the way home... by the way, their subs were rated THE BEST by something or another... sorry I can't remember by whom... I was greeted by a customer service rep who asked how my shopping experience was going. I told her I was a bit perturbed that they didn't have my protein drinks. She, Carla, said we could attempt to rectify that problem if I had a minute or two. Awesomeness! Of course I do! She grabbed a form to fill out with the specifics of what I needed, and it would be turned into the manager and whoever did the ordering. I got a copy and they'd call me if they were able to get it and it arrived. SWEET!!! Again... TAKE THAT, KROGER!!! Headed to the deli area... woooooooo... so sad to be on low carb/keto for once. Must've gained weight from the smells and visuals alone! Got some unbreaded fried chicken wings that were mega delicious! Didn't mess up my meal plan at all. Prices are great. The checkout people are darlings... the baggers as well. I had to laugh. I had my purse, a tiny bag of chicken wings, and a drink... and was asked if I would like assistance to my car. Was I that exhausted looking? (Probably... LOL) It's just how they are at Publix. Smiling. Happy. Ready to assist you at all times. I'm so glad they're open!!!
