The staff was great. Fried mushrooms were are large portion and very good, we had the meat lovers pizza and it was piping hot and delicious.

I ordered 2 pizzas mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings! The service was great. I took it home but it was ready super fast.

The food here is inexpensive, fast, and there is a large variety so everyone can find something they'd like. They sell all kinds of fountain drinks and alcohol. They also had a whole slew of desserts that weren't on the menu. The food however can be a bit salty and lacks flavor. The Greek plate was pretty good and so is their Greek salad. I wanted more out of the calzone... it had too much meat and I was left wanting more bread. My friends all enjoyed their pasta though!! read more

My sister went and picked up my food because I am sick and so is my child. I asked if they could sub the bread for the stir fry to garlic bread and they said yes. When my sister brought the food there was no garlic bread or normal bread, I called them and they basically just said if we can't come back right now then there's nothing they can do. Rafael's used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Tonight pretty well changed that. We ordered the Grecian Chicken with house dressing on the salad. We got our meals and sat down. We immediately transferred our salad from the styrofoam meal plate over to our styrofoam bread plate. The first thing we noticed was no dressing on the plate. My wife checked her salad and there wasn't enough dressing on the salad to taste it, same with my plate and salad. The wife went back to the counter and asked for another cup of dressing which are similar in size to the pill cups at the hospital. The lady behind the counter was not friendly, said there was dressing on the salads and another cup is $1.00. After the wife objected the lady gave her one cup of dressing for the two salads. We also noticed the rice bed was not as plentiful and had nearly no veggies as it used to have. They have had a price increase and that's understandable but to reduce the quality, the amount and increase the price is not acceptable. Not sure about a return visit. read more

Bad attitude and and their food handling practices seem to be pretty bad. Lady seemed to be annoyed after I politely let her know the CO2 was out on their soda fountain. Then got attitude when we asked for the refund. Dude in the back was breaking up a head of lettuce then handling the microwave and deep fryer then on to a block of cheese, no gloves and didn't wash his hands. We won't be back. read more

Had the house special pizza and it was delicious. Crust was good and every bit had ample toppings! My inlaws have been coming here for years and this was my first time. 2 large pizzas was enough to feed the 6 of us with a slice left over. This place is the worst at taking correct orders over the phone. And has the worst customer service. Got teenage high school kids taking orders in the busy evening hours who can barely tell you about menu items, nor can can they follow simple directions. The manager specially told me that "Ma'am they are teenagers, what do you expect"!!! WOW!! Just WOW!! This is the third time this has happened. Once again this place has messed up our order. My wife added broccoli to her calzone and we were charged for it but it wasn't in the food. We complained but got a rude response from the girl that we didn't add it and weren't charged. Of course not given an itemized receipt. We are never coming back. Food not that great.
