I was helped at the front counter by a guy named Darren. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and let me know the status of everything on the menu. HE WAS AMAZING! He was even great after I received my food. The whole vibe in the restaurant was good. The food was fresh and tastes good. When in the area I'll definitely be back. Thanks D for a great 1st time experience!

This is exactly the kind of place I was hoping to find. The inside was fun and eclectic, and the menu straightforward with so many favorites on there, all at great prices. I quickly got my burger and fries and drink, and they did not disappoint. I generally don't like when places only take cash, as I feel that's a disservice to me, the customer. Lots of places have lost my entire order because I didn't stop there in exchange for not losing a couple percent on credit card processing. I now keep some cash on me for jems like Jiffy Burger, because they are worth the hassle.

I was really looking forward to a good meal. I was greeted by a friendly hostess and promptly seated. For my meal, I chose the Country pot roast with my two sides being sweet carrots and baked cinnamon apples ($15.49). I also got the grilled sourdough bread in lieu of biscuits or rolls. Coffee was my choice of beverage ($3.49). The food came out in hardly no time at all and it was piping hot. The pot roast was delicious - truly a great comfort food when on a long road trip! The carrots and apples were excellent and the grilled sourdough was fresh, hot, and perfect! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was a relaxing atmosphere as there were very few customers and this made for a quiet and pleasant experience. This place gets 5 stars by me. Give them a try.

Service is typically quick, and food is typically consistent. I decided on the grilled chicken sandwich, which was super moist. My only gripe is it comes with honey mustard, and I wanted barbeque sauce. I'm a big fan of condiments, so I asked for an extra side of barbeque sauce, and it cost 25 cents. I don't know why those little extras irk me, but they do. I got it anyway, because I knew I was going to need it. I inadvertently got some fries as well. The fries were hit or miss. Some were soggy, and some were crispy. I like my fries really crisp, so they kinda lost a few points with me here along with the 25 cent sauce. But, I will say their grilled chicken is truly tasty, and hit the spot, as we were both ravenous. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the food satiated my hunger pangs. Enough said.

Seeing I was already in route and hungry, I stuck to plan and pulled in then popped inside to order. This is a true "small town" Hardee's location based on the decor that floods the walls and ceilings throughout. A lot of hometown photos and artifacts. Service was friendly, the Assistant Manager was running the register and she was polite and accommodating to all she encountered. The Manager who was running the line behind the counter was a bit rough around the edges with the Team Members, which was a tad uncomfortable to witness. Food wise I was after some chicken tenders, as my father has been raving about these tenders for months now. I figured why not and gave them a try. Short story here...I will stick to getting my tenders at places known for tenders. I was a bit disappointed, but I think that was because the tender were overcooked. They became darker than normal and a bit chewy. No amount of ranch could save those tenders. The fries were cooked well and the sweet tea was sweet enough. Overall, given the location and the sad tender experience, I will probably choose another exit to pop off when scooting up and down 24.

My son ate one platter and the other two did not get eaten, as the sausage and gravy biscuits were the whole reason the platters were bought. I am personally appalled by the incompetence of this store all together. This is not the first bad experience here, it happens all the time, I only live a couple minutes away and only go there for the convenience, but I will NOT be returning to this location again.
