This Wendy's is a standard location, but lends itself to being convenient to 24 and surrounding convenience stores, making this exit in Manchester a go-to for me on my trips up and down 24. I have dined in, picked up and done drive thru at this location over the years. Always seem to have best service at the counter inside, as drive thru is hit and miss. Food is always hot and as ordered. Never any issues with a messed up or missing meal. Location is well kept and clean. Nothing alarming on either front. Overall, solid Wendy's location that comes in clutch when the ole Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger craving hits on a road trip! read more

worst experience ever. I ordered and when I said what drinks I wanted I was asked four more times what I wanted to drink. even after repeating myself 4 different times I was still given the wrong thing. then some dumbass was like that's what you ordered and laughed in my face. does no one know how to do their jobs anymore?! is it that hard to get some food now? read more

Driving through Manchester on 03/09/22 and wanted to stop in for a quick lunch. Sign said the lobby was open, but the two doors on the side of the building were definitely locked. We decided to go next door to Burger King instead. Apparently so did they guy in line behind us! read more

Wendy's - Lobby Open Sign - Burgers Near Me - Manchester, Tennessee

Good Wendy's. Had nice folks working up front on a late night stop and the food was killer!

I've always liked Wendy's food. Recently I've been working in Manchester and gone through the drive through twice for lunch. First time I ordered by the number on the display. The order screen is covered by a Corona virus flyer so you can't see if the employee got it right anymore. When I get home, I ate a tasty bacon-cheeseburger. However I ordered a chicken sandwich. I looked at the receipt and I paid for the more expensive bacon-cheeseburger. So next time I ordered by name a single with cheese. When I get home, I discovered that they sold me a double with cheese. Tasty but not what I ordered. The food is good but they need to be more careful read more

Burgers was cold. French Fries was the only thing good. Ice machine didn't work and the lobby and bathrooms was terrible. read more

I don't normally review national fast food, but was travelling so... Pros: - Food satisfactory this visit. - Nice layout of dining area. Some comfortable couch seating - I like the CocaCola multi flavor dispensers - Convenient location Cons: - Restroom conditions terrible. Wet floors need to get cleaned up - Some employees need to be checked for a pulse Bottom Line: -Fast food average read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would but I can't. The staff have a terrible lack of customer service and are utterly unfriendly. We got cold food with a hair in one of the burgers. For the burger with the hair, we had it remade and it was colder than my grandmas corpse with cold cheese. One of the burgers we got was so pink it made Joji remember the old days, and the chicken was old enough to have graduated high school. read more

Convenient to the freeway and the local business park. The only one where the clerks asked if I wanted to get my chocolate (yes, it has to be chocolate!) Frosty later, after I had my lunch, so it wouldn't melt. I was impressed with the level of interest in making the customer experience the best it could be. read more

Worst service ever in the drive thru. They can't get the order right and you keep having to repeat your order. You'll wait in line for 45 mins, thats for sure. Idiot high school workers. read more

Worst service ever,I found not one but FIVE cold fries and then the woman serving me made fun of my height from where she was and rudely asked "are you even old enough to drive".I was deeply confused and offended because my height has always been and issue and I take it personally when it comes to that, the food is good I recommend but them workers, not my cup of tea sweetheart. read more

I stopped in this Wendy's while on a road trip. I love Wendy's 4 for $4 because it allows me to fill up on the cheap. This restaurant was clean, and the food was piping hot. I will say they were pretty slow with regards to service. They seemed to be understaffed. The dining room was clean and the bathrooms could use some sprucing. All-in-all, it was a good experience. read more

This Wendy's is pretty bad from what we experienced. Tried the special Truffle burger they had and it was TERRIBLE. Looked nothing like the picture although that shouldn't really be a surprise. Was also small and cold. Fries were old and had no a single grain of salt on them. Fail. read more

This Wendy's is a very safe stop off I-65! It's clean and the staff was able to handle a busload of teenagers plus normal visitors, like us, without missing a beat. Locals seem to visit there too which suggests they must being doing something out of the ordinary. If you're looking for a quick stop to get off the road, this a safe bet.. read more

Cold day traveling. We stopped for sw salad & chili. Wonderful! Very friendly & helpful staff and customers!

In the 150,000 miles I've traveled in the past year around the world... I wish all front desk people where as warm and friendly as Abby and the staff at this location! It was a wonderful surprise on my travels! Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful experience! read more

Just picked up chili for my Dad. It was watery and had almost NO beans or meat. If you are running out then tell people. Dont water it down!! read more

This Wendy's sucks. The girl working the register was rude and less than thrilled to be at work. The baked potato we received had been sitting under the heat lamp the entire day. The drink station and tables were all filthy. The restaurant clearly needs help and management desperately. read more

Excellent service at the window by a perky young lady on August 8! Food was fresh, hot and great. Cleanest restroom I've seen since Monday including hotels we stayed at. Great Wendy's location. read more

The dirtiest messiest Wendy's I've ever been in. Food was fine. The staff was more interested in visiting with each other than they were in taking orders. Very disappointed as Wendy's are usually very well managed and maintained. Dave would be appalled!! read more
