The ordering display didn't register taps so ordering was pretty inconvenient. I stood there poking at the screen over and over until my selection went through. Ordered a Sonic Cheeseburger for my friend and some tots to share. The burger was made as requested, so that was nice. The tots were sparse and weren't fresh, not so nice... All in all, this place served its purpose and was the "best" burger my friend had during our stay in Manchester. We also got Circle K cheeseburgers and Hardee's . We didn't have a chance to get Jiffy so we'll never know who has the best cheeseburger out that way. The service was pretty fast and their cheeseburger was consistent with others my friend has gotten from other Sonic's during her running endeavors. So I suppose we can say their quality is consistent. read more

First of all, my order took close to 45 for a BLT with no bacon. I was passing though this little town, and being a Vegan there's nothing to chose from. I've been going to this Sonic for over 15 years and have had FAR more negative experiences than positive ones, and it seems to only be getting worse. This morning my family ordered a few medium mozzarella sticks and breakfast burritos, and when the food came out they had only rang up 1 of the 3 mozzarella sticks we ordered and forgot the picante sauce we requested. We placed a second order for the other 2 mozzarella sticks and sauce, and they brought us the wrong size and forgot the sauce again after we waited for over 20 minutes altogether. I don't go to Sonic much but decided to go in tonight on our way home for a shake. I was ordering 3 shakes. I was trying to make sure I was ordering the correct shakes so I was ordering slow. The server sounded impatient & abrupt but I ordered anyway. I got two shakes ordered & she cut me off before I could order a third. She just said that will be $4 & change & the screen went back to the beginning. I pressed the order button again & told her I needed to correct the order. She informed me it was already on its way out & I said nevermind. We left & got shakes at Hardee' s where we were treated like valuable customers! Wish I could give it 0 stars! Me and my two friends were at this sonic drive in around 9:00 PM trying to use two free coupons, but we were told we could only use one. After the manager sent an employee out to tell us this, we were still confused as to why we could not use both of my coupons. After figuring out that we can only use one free coupon per order I got out of the car and went to another stall to order and use the second coupon. I spoke to the manager who goes by Crystal and let me just say that she was INCREDIBLY rude. After going back and forth for around 5 minutes, she soon realized that she was wrong. I am in utter shock of the way this manager acted. Lousy service. The girl that took the order put it on the wrong station so when the shakes were delivered I either had to pay cash or have the delivery person walk away with my credit card. Don't carry cash and not just having my credit card walk away. Had the app to pay for the order but didn't get the code because it was at the wrong station. They got their shakes back. read more

the manager is beyond RUDE. we came to this sonic with two free item coupons and once we attempted to use them, we were then told we cannot use both at the same time, which could be understandable. however, ALL sonics have the same rules. (we called multiple other sonics to confirm this) one of the people with us got into a car with another customer and tried to use the coupon on their tab and was still denied. after being denied a second time, we decided to speak to the manager through the stall about the situation. the manager, crystal, (don't quote me on the spelling) was incredibly rude and told staff that the customer speaking through the speaker on the stall. the manager said and i quote "she is pissing me off", referring to the girl speaking to the manager. i'm extremely offended and will not be returning to this sonic. i feel for the employees that work with this woman on a daily basis and for the customers that return here. read more
