The nachos were delicious. The right amount of jalapenos and spinach queso. Full of flavor!!! Wife's buffalo chicken wrap was good but overly sauced, sloppy and hard to eat. My fish and chips was ok. The fries were seasoned and crispy but the fish was like the fish that I have had in other places, just texture and not much flavor. Good variety of items to choose from. I got the sirloin tips, fried okra, Texas potatoes and a local beer. Tips cooked just as ordered and the Texas potatoes had a nice cajun spice added to them. The fried okra tasted like it came from an air fryer as there was no oil on them. My son got the same except he got the skillet mac and cheese and I will say it was out of this world. Upon entering we were greeted by a pair of friendly hostesses who immediately took us to our reservation on the outside patio. Once seated, Sophia came and introduced herself, along with the menu. The spinach queso appetizer was very good with a spicy flair. I tried the lamb chops which very tender, juicy, cooked perfectly. Service was excellent, never being rushed. For starters, they have a huge parking lot as it's right on a golf course w/ beneficial close handicap spots. Recommend making reservations because they were very busy (maybe due to V day). Tried Boskey's for the first time tonight. Skip the appetizers since they are nothing spectacular and go with a Fall Harvest Salad. It was amazing! Very fresh and lots of great flavors! I had the Spinach Lasagna which was very creamy, cheesy and full of flavor! Delicious! Daughter had the Signature Club and said it was good! It's definitely huge! Daughters fella had the Smokey Chipotle Bacon Burger. He said it was good. Had a sweet flavor and no spice. Husband had the Ribeye and it was very tender and flavorful but it had a lot of fat in it. So this was our first time eating here. My husband ordered the prime rib and said it was good. I had the stuffed shrimp which was good, but it made me miss Dewy Destin's in Navarre, FL. I've been to the Manchester/Tullahoma TN area many times for work. Every trip, I'd lament about the lack of good restaurants in the area. When Boskey's opened at Willowbrook Golf Course, it made each trip MUCH better. Everything on the menu and the daily specials are great. On a 9 day trip, I probably eat at Boskey's 6 days (they are closed on Mondays and Sunday nights). The steaks are cooked perfect, the salmon is awesome, but the best are "The Chops"...pork chops with a sweet apple marmalade. The food just feels home cooked. The restaurant has live music outside and lots of TV's to watch the game. Nice bar with drink specials too. Bottom line: If you are in the area, you must try Boskey's. read more

My daughter found Boskeys on Yelp and we decided to give it a try. It was Saturday at 6:30 so we figured it would take a while to seat 7 of us. It only took about 20 minutes. It was very busy so the initial drink/appetizer order took a little longer than normal, but otherwise all other service was excellent! The food: great variety, great taste, great portions, all for reasonable price. We had three appetizers (fried dill pickles, queso dip and chips, and fried mushrooms) plus three salads (house with bleu cheese and Ceasar) along with five entrees (including a club sandwich, chicken Alfredo, lasagna, and chicken marsella) for $100. The portions were generous and the flavor incredible. You really need to try this place. I was a little worried that we were not dressed properly (shorts and t-shirts) but when I asked the hostess, she said we were fine. read more

Visited Boskey's for the first time with some friends on a Friday night. Can't say we were impressed. We ordered fried dill pickles as appetizer which were hot and very tasty. With that, we had high hopes our entrees would fair in comparison. NOT THE CASE. Had to wait an excessive amount of time for our food to get to our table. My husband ordered the crab stuffed shrimp and it, by far, was THE WORST shrimp dish he'd ever had. The shrimp were way over cooked and so tough he could hardly chew them. I order the prime rib special. It was eh so-so. I ordered it medium to medium rare. It was over cooked, tough and didn't have a lot of flavor. Both baked potatoes on my husband's and my plates were just lukewarm and hardly melted the butter. One of our friends ordered ribs that were tough and not very hot. The other friend ordered the salmon which was the best dish at the table. So disappointing to look forward to a great meal with our friends, but the company of our friends far out-weighed the quality of food. read more

It's just a Grille After getting recommendations from friends and reading the online reviews, I expected much more. Maybe too much. Inside seating is limited. We went for lunch & there were only 2 servers. Our server spent most of her time on the register, and we waited 40 minutes for the special of the day and cold chicken salads. The side of pinto beans was inedible with either too much salt or too much of an unrecognizable spice. Our glasses of tea watered down from melted ice cubes. The server "topped them off." Went tonight with wife and another couple. I ordered a Filet medium and got one that was medium well to well done. I immediately sent it back and by the time I was given a new steak everyone else had finished eating. Unfortunately when it was served it was rare to mooing. I sent it back again and finally got the same one back more towards medium. I ate it while everyone else watched. Never once did the waiter apologize or attempt to send a manager to see me. I doubt that I will go back again. Shame on the server for making me feel like a bother and shame on the manager for not coming to explain or say sorry. You can see my rating from four years ago where I gave it a 5. Just had a very bad experience Sunday, March, 17, 2019. Had the Chef came out and apologized, I would have been forgiving. Ordered Crab Cakes, they came out as mush. I was so hungry I ate one of them and then sent them back. The wait staff, very excellent, said that the Chef stated they had been prepared earlier and had not 'set up'. Bull---- Worse crab cakes ever. Forgiving? Yes. Had a special night planned for 2 weeks for 6 co workers-7 total. Made reservations 2 weeks ago for 4:30. Called a second time to confirm and to make sure we had patio seating. All was good. We get there looking so forward to eating there. They give us a table for 4. The mistake was on their end but they weren't going to accept responsibility for it. You can see where the mistake might have been seeing as our time had a 4 in it. They weren't going to honor our reservation. Said they didn't have room. The place was barely full and we were actually there for our reservation and no one was in line or behind us to eat. I've been here many times and have always had good experience. But the hostess was very rude and didn't try to make it right. All she said was that she didn't take the reservation. I should have spoken to the manager but I sensed it wouldn't help. So we left-went on down the road and spent our money elsewhere. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. And this was the first time to try Boskey's for some of them. I was given a 50 dollar certificate from my employer for boskeys grill . I enjoyed the atmosphere . Servers all seemed very on point . Ours was very attentive . Salad was average . Now as a grille I had chosen the ribeye . Steak at a grille right !? Well the first one was over cooked .im not a snob but ,well done is a far cry from the medium rare I ordered . No big deal food comes off over and under I get that and yeah it makes it past the expediter from time to time . Second steak was right on ! Passed the squish test I dont even have to cut into it to know its gonna be right first bite... SALT so so salty . I had a side order of sauteed mushrooms I had to spit out the mushroom boiled in dales seasoning never hit a skillet. im assuming by the consistancy . First time customer and very pleased with both atmosphere and food. Our server was pleasant, timely but not overbearing. We enjoyed the lovely evening weather and view from the covered patio. The food selection was impressive and reasonably priced. We chose two appetizers: the crab cake and fried mushrooms. The crab cake was a little too mushy for my taste, but I liked that it was not made with onions. My husband liked the fried mushrooms, although in his words they were not quite as great as Logan's. We then shared the crab stuffed shrimp with a sweet potato. This entree was delicious! As for our rating of four, besides the mushy crab cake, the bathrooms left much to be desired. In the women's, the tile and vanity updates while nice were overshadowed by the chipped, old metal stalls with missing purse hook, and wobbly toilet. My husband and I just returned home after having dinner at Boskey's Grille. It is Saturday night at 6:08pm. We rarely eat out, so this was a treat for us. We each had a glass of wine and shared an appetizer. Each had an entree, which included a salad. Halfway through dinner our waiter wanted to remove our salads, which we had hardly touched. We said no, and then he said he would bring us the check. We were not done with our dinners! When we were done, we put cash on the tray, and asked for a to go box, which he brought. As we were leaving, he rushed up to us and told us we were $20 short. We had left the bill amount, plus a 15% tip. We normally leave more, but due to the sketchy service, we decided this was not necessary. Needless to say, we were angry, because we left enough to cover both the bill and the tip. As we were in the parking lot, getting into our car, the waiter came running up to us, and said he found the $20 bill laying on the floor. My husband had placed all of the money under the clip on the tray, and had counted it out. I think this young man was pissed because I told him that he would be better off not rushing people. I would strongly suggest that if you chose to go to Boskey's, use a credit card! We had not been there in a long time due to poor service, and will probably not return due to the same issue. read more
