A few days ago, while waiting to keep an appointment in town, my daughter and I had lunch at the Red Lobster in Tullahoma. We advised our server whose name is Natasha, that our time was limited, and she responded accordingly. The service and food were simply excellent. I commend this young woman. Her interpersonal skills are outstanding. She treated us like family! I know good fish when I have it now and then, and the crusted fish and fries' dish I had was prepared perfectly. Came here for lunch mid-week. We were greeted right away and seated. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. My wife ordered a seafood combo, an appetizer and I ordered the Cajun pasta. Food was good but I wish they had a reduced priced lunch menu. With tip, the bill (with no alcohol) was about $105. So while we like the food, it makes the place too pricey for lunch. read more

We visited this location to celebrate my son's promotion at work and also to enjoy the all you can eat shrimp fest. Our waitress was outstanding and we has a large table of hungry family! Our glasses were kept full and the food came out piping hot and yummy. The Shrimp Linguini was a big hit and the garlic shrimp. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. Friday night, not too busy, and was seated upon entry.....ITS A WIN! We were seated and greeted by Kit, who was an awesome server. I mean if you come to Red Lobster and don't eat the cheddar biscuits, were you even there? I can eat a whole basket myself. It takes some for real will power to stop lol Food was actually pretty good on this visit. A lot of times you don't go in with high expectations, but then you're pleasantly surprised by the outcome. We were in the restaurant having a conference, our meal was prepared way too soon and sat under heat lamps. The service was absolutely horrible the two waitresses were incredibly rude. I had a bowl of chowder and a coke...the soup was ice cold, and service for super slow:::told waitress and she argued with and said it wasn't! Was out of Catfish which is one of the extra menu items that they put in front of you and didn't tell me till I wanted to order the catfish and then when served my food there was a hair in the Tatar sauce. when I brought it to the attention of the waiter all he could say was he didn't know how that could happen it all comes from a pump. most horrible experience that that could have. i will be telling everyone that I come in contact with not to eat there . Ordered a pina colada, filet minion and lobster tail. The pina colada was terrible. It tasted like a really bad mix that was frozen with coconut only. The waitress took it back and said she would remake it. When she brought it back it tasted like it had just been put back in the blender and a massive amount of alcohol added. It was terrible. I ordered my filet medium and when I go it, it was very rare with blood leaking out on my plate. The lobster tail was tough. I've never had a lobster tail be tough, but this lobster tail was very tough. We'll never go back to the tullahoma tennessee red lobster. read more

Its just not good. Dont waste your money here. The interior is dirty, the corners are nasty, and our table was covered in ants.

Smells of moldy carpet and the person that cleans the restrooms and takes out the garbage also bakes the biscuits.

White wine and Garlic Roasted Mussel's were good but half them were served closed (at least 8). 1-3 acceptable, but 8 was way too many! It should have never been served to us! Great place to eat. If you want fresh fish, this is where you should go! Love the grilled Tilipia. The service is always great. The menu has a lot of variety, something for everyone. I give them a 5! Why is it that when I call in an order to go I'm always told 20-30 minutes, then when I show up around 25 minutes after I place the order I still have to stand waiting for at least another 20 minutes? Why not just tell me it will be an hour and then when I show up in 50 minutes my food will at least be close to ready? I would just like to start by saying, this is one of the BEST Red Lobsters I have ever eaten at!! So clean and the food just delicious!! We arrived 1/2hr before closing time because we were inroute home to Chicago from a holiday at Sea and made a stop midway for some dinner and the server was very attentive and the food was so fresh and the manager was cleaning the whole time we were there(good sign)!! I wish this Management team could come to the suburbs of Chicago and straighten up our Red Lobsters because they don't even compare to the cleanliness and freshness of this Red Lobster!! They get 1 star because the greeter was friendly. Everything else was very bad. Service was bad and management even worse. We were there 15 min & still didn't have our drinks. I got my food to go tonight because the service there is always so awful and slow. You don't see your waitress when you need anything until its time to pay and even then you wait forever for them to take the check. Anyway I ordered crab lovers dream I was so excited and was treating myself for my birthday. They told me it would be ready in 15 min. I got there within 20. Still had to wait 10 minutes on biscuits. I got the food home within 12 minutes. The crab was dry and over cooked it was awful. And the pasta had a sheet of hardened parmesan cheese on top with crab sprinkled here and there also dry and had hard pieces in it like the shell or something. 27 dollars down the drain. Never again the service was very bad. The server got pissed when we did not give him a bigger tip. Get this they added 18% tip on our check for service we did not get the manager was hateful when we complained. We've ate at this particular red lobster many times and this time was by far the worst. Our server was definately in the wrong line of work. We had gone there for our anniversary to have dinner and probably would have been happier had we gone to captain d's. Server very slow, waited 15 minutes to place our order, another 15 or so to get our salads and biscuits. No condiments on the table anymore so we had difficulties getting her attention to obtain some sweeteners for our tea. The presentation of the food was just okay, no appeal to the plates at all. We we're never asked if we would like refills on our tea until our meal was over and we had empty plates. While waiting to get our check we looked around at the furnishings and air vents at how dirty they were, a really good cleaning is in order as well. Maybe they should close for a while, clean the place up and hire all new staff from top to bottom, manager included because thats wear the buck starts and stops at.
