Red Lobster - Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Baked Potato, Pinot Grigio, Garlic Cheddar Biscuits - Seafood Near Me - Tullahoma, Tennessee

A few days ago, while waiting to keep an appointment in town, my daughter and I had lunch at the Red Lobster in Tullahoma. We advised our server whose name is Natasha, that our time was limited, and she responded accordingly. The service and food were simply excellent. I commend this young woman. Her interpersonal skills are outstanding. She treated us like family! I know good fish when I have it now and then, and the crusted fish and fries' dish I had was prepared perfectly. Keep it up Red Lobster! read more

Came here for lunch mid-week. We were greeted right away and seated. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. My wife ordered a seafood combo, an appetizer and I ordered the Cajun pasta. Food was good but I wish they had a reduced priced lunch menu. With tip, the bill (with no alcohol) was about $105. So while we like the food, it makes the place too pricey for lunch. read more

Very good food, service was excellent! Highly recommend this place! Waitress very attentive. They made you feel like they were glad you were there! read more

My wife and I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with french fries. The hamburger did not come with lettuce, tomato or onions. The bread was dried out and the hamburger was burnt. Service was terrible. I do not recommend going here. read more

Friday night, not too busy, and was seated upon entry.....ITS A WIN! We were seated and greeted by Kit, who was an awesome server. I mean if you come to Red Lobster and don't eat the cheddar biscuits, were you even there? I can eat a whole basket myself. It takes some for real will power to stop lol Food was actually pretty good on this visit. A lot of times you don't go in with high expectations, but then you're pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Everything we ordered was good! Don't sleep on the Brussel sprouts, they are the bomb! read more

We visited this location to celebrate my son's promotion at work and also to enjoy the all you can eat shrimp fest. Our waitress was outstanding and we has a large table of hungry family! Our glasses were kept full and the food came out piping hot and yummy. The Shrimp Linguini was a big hit and the garlic shrimp. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. It was a bit higher in cost, but it was seafood and worth the cost. Highly Recommend! read more

We were in the restaurant having a conference, our meal was prepared way too soon and sat under heat lamps. The service was absolutely horrible the two waitresses were incredibly rude. The food that was brought to us was cold. Our hamburger buns were hard as rock and overcooked, I would never eat there again. read more

worst service and experience I have ever had, Been a customer since early 1970s. I had a bowl of chowder and a coke...the soup was ice cold, and service for super slow:::told waitress and she argued with and said it wasn't! Then when time to pay, the waitress charged my debit card for 2 different amounts totaling over $40...my ticket was supposed to be about $12...I asked for manager and was also rude and said there was nothing she can do about it and walked off while I was still talking, I called their corporate office and spoke to member services ...I explained what happened and then I received this email and never got my money back, ..... Dear Madam: Thank you for your interest in Red Lobster. Each and every guest who visits Red Lobster is very important to our company. We also value our team members and managers just as highly. Our employees are dedicated to providing the utmost in service. When they are unable to provide great dining experiences to their guests, it is quite upsetting for them. We have followed our recipes, ensured our service was impeccable, and our managers have been available to speak with you. Unfortunately, we just cannot seem to meet your expectations. This puts us in the perplexing predicament of failing to please you yet taking your money; or, choosing to not charge you for your meals but knowing you've left the restaurant dissatisfied. For these reasons, we have to respectfully decline service to you in the future and ask that you find another establishment to fulfill your expectations when dining out. Sincerely, Aaron Strunk Director of Operations, Red Lobster That is stealing! Not long after that I saw on a review that a couple went there and they had roaches on the wall and ended up getting their dinner free, but that the manager was mad and never aplogized! Believe me I would never go back anyway and plan to put a review on every place I can find to post! No one was available to help me, and food sucked and Manager and waitress were worse than their food! Mary-Tullahoma, Tn read more

Endless shrimp! Need I say more? The service, speed and accuracy of our order was all great. The shrimp was amazing and we left there over ly stuffed. read more

Ordered a long island iced tea and did not get that. Both the waiter and the manager argued with me about it being made right but it had no coke in it. Looked and tasted like a Lynchburg lemonade. Service was very pore. read more

Red Lobster - Poorly made long island ice tea - Seafood Near Me - Tullahoma, Tennessee

Ordered the steak and lobster for 24.99, the steak was cooked as ordered but tough and was basically a round ball did not resemble a sirloin steak. The lobster was the size of a crawfish and was not cut correctly. I would not recommend this plate. read more

Was out of Catfish which is one of the extra menu items that they put in front of you and didn't tell me till I wanted to order the catfish and then when served my food there was a hair in the Tatar sauce. when I brought it to the attention of the waiter all he could say was he didn't know how that could happen it all comes from a pump. most horrible experience that that could have. i will be telling everyone that I come in contact with not to eat there . Horrible experience read more

Not a whole lot to say about this place. Not really worth the money. Staff not friendly. Food mediocre at best. No reason to go back.

Waited for 10 minutes at the hostess stand and no one every spoke to me. So I went next door to Applebees. Very disappointed and this is the 2nd time. read more

Ordered a pina colada, filet minion and lobster tail. The pina colada was terrible. It tasted like a really bad mix that was frozen with coconut only. The waitress took it back and said she would remake it. When she brought it back it tasted like it had just been put back in the blender and a massive amount of alcohol added. It was terrible. I ordered my filet medium and when I go it, it was very rare with blood leaking out on my plate. The lobster tail was tough. I've never had a lobster tail be tough, but this lobster tail was very tough. We'll never go back to the tullahoma tennessee red lobster. read more

Food was great atmosphere was great, I definitely would recommend it, and the waiters and waitresses were superb

Its just not good. Dont waste your money here. The interior is dirty, the corners are nasty, and our table was covered in ants.

Smells of moldy carpet and the person that cleans the restrooms and takes out the garbage also bakes the biscuits.

White wine and Garlic Roasted Mussel's were good but half them were served closed (at least 8). 1-3 acceptable, but 8 was way too many! It should have never been served to us! But because Mr. Robert was such a GREAT server this place deserves 5 stars! Good suggestive drinks and very nice! I'll definitely be back to see him!! read more

Great place to eat. If you want fresh fish, this is where you should go! Love the grilled Tilipia. The service is always great. The menu has a lot of variety, something for everyone. I give them a 5! I love the big lobster tank in lobby. Give the kids something to look at, while waiting for meal. read more

Surf and turf but no surf! Paid $46 with tip for dinner carry out. Got home no lobster tail. Isn't that the main part of this meal and the reason for the high price? Got home and called. No, I don't want to drive back for it. Was told to come back the next day. No apology, no refund, no gift card. They gave me two biscuits. Woo hoo. Hardly enough to make up for their mistake. You have lost my business. I come here often on business travel. Not again. read more

Why is it that when I call in an order to go I'm always told 20-30 minutes, then when I show up around 25 minutes after I place the order I still have to stand waiting for at least another 20 minutes? Why not just tell me it will be an hour and then when I show up in 50 minutes my food will at least be close to ready? This kind of service explains why people now give you looks when you say that you are eating at Red Lobster. read more

I would just like to start by saying, this is one of the BEST Red Lobsters I have ever eaten at!! So clean and the food just delicious!! We arrived 1/2hr before closing time because we were inroute home to Chicago from a holiday at Sea and made a stop midway for some dinner and the server was very attentive and the food was so fresh and the manager was cleaning the whole time we were there(good sign)!! I wish this Management team could come to the suburbs of Chicago and straighten up our Red Lobsters because they don't even compare to the cleanliness and freshness of this Red Lobster!! Would love to find this town again and stop in for dinner sometime soon!! read more

The biscuits were awesome but late to the table. Caesar Salad was drowning in dressing, and my garlic shrimp was rubbery. My daughter's shrimp tacos had rubbery shrimp as well. On the plus side, it certainly wasn't crowded. read more

They get 1 star because the greeter was friendly. Everything else was very bad. Service was bad and management even worse. We were there 15 min & still didn't have our drinks. Waiter had an attitude & so did management. I guess with only 13 cars in the parking lot and you still can't get waited on, your not supposed to question that. read more

I got my food to go tonight because the service there is always so awful and slow. You don't see your waitress when you need anything until its time to pay and even then you wait forever for them to take the check. Anyway I ordered crab lovers dream I was so excited and was treating myself for my birthday. They told me it would be ready in 15 min. I got there within 20. Still had to wait 10 minutes on biscuits. I got the food home within 12 minutes. The crab was dry and over cooked it was awful. And the pasta had a sheet of hardened parmesan cheese on top with crab sprinkled here and there also dry and had hard pieces in it like the shell or something. 27 dollars down the drain. If it wasn't to go i would have sent it back and demanded a refund. The baked potato was fine... read more

Great food but......wait staff should be more helpful when it comes to pricing. We were told sure you can do that sure you can do that didn't tell us that a baked potato is going to cost us $3 and a salad was going to cost us and an additional $4 it ended up costing us $61 for two people. Afterwards we went to Kroger I spent $66 and got two weeks worth of groceries read more

Went for dinner last night. Waited 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. Waited another 15 for him to bring us the drinks and take our order. Ordered stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks... got stuffed mushrooms and chicken strips. Then, I ordered king crab legs with rice pilaf and mashed potatoes. He brought out broccoli and the potatoes. WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION??? Spent two hours in a damn restaurant that has shit service. Won't be back. Never again the service was very bad. The server got pissed when we did not give him a bigger tip. Get this they added 18% tip on our check for service we did not get the manager was hateful when we complained. The meal was small cold and not worth over $50.00. most of the bill was the tip for crappy service. Please avoid this place at all cost. read more

We've ate at this particular red lobster many times and this time was by far the worst. Our server was definately in the wrong line of work. We had gone there for our anniversary to have dinner and probably would have been happier had we gone to captain d's. Server very slow, waited 15 minutes to place our order, another 15 or so to get our salads and biscuits. No condiments on the table anymore so we had difficulties getting her attention to obtain some sweeteners for our tea. The presentation of the food was just okay, no appeal to the plates at all. We we're never asked if we would like refills on our tea until our meal was over and we had empty plates. While waiting to get our check we looked around at the furnishings and air vents at how dirty they were, a really good cleaning is in order as well. Maybe they should close for a while, clean the place up and hire all new staff from top to bottom, manager included because thats wear the buck starts and stops at. Will not be going back, Murfreesboro is not that far away...... read more
