I'm looking at the reviews yes they are old. This buffet is Way over priced!!! The food wasn't hot !! not a lot of different choices. Chicken chicken n more chicken! On a Wednesday evening me n my husband go to eat and we love the buffets wanted to try this one .. wish we hadn't! 15.99$ per person. I got a water husband got a Pepsi it was 37.40$ we ate one plate not even finishing half of it! Couldn't get a refill she never came n checked on us ... honestly It should be posted of what their weekly or daily prices are. Highway robbery for sure! I don't write bad reviews I have better things to do with my time but if I can save someone 40$ to go somewhere else to eat then I am glad I wrote this review bc it was by far the worst place we have ever eaten everything about it was horrible!! Decided we were tired of all the "holiday food" so we were quite surprised to find this open on Christmas Day and even more surprised that the food was yummy, fresh and not greasy. Ever since new ownership they have been one of the best Chinese Buffets that I have been too. They have a large amount of options and pretty goo service. They have a lot of hibachi options on top of it with a so so sushi options. They are the best Chinese this side of Murfreesboro. I would highly recommend giving them another chance if you wrote them off in years past like I had. read more

Of course we had to show up right after church on Fathers Day. The parking lot, restaurant, and the waiting areas were all packed. The wait wasn't too terribly long, but the entrance was hot and crowded. Once we got in, it was much cooler. The drink service was pretty slow. The food was pretty decent for a buffet, and there were plenty of choices. They didn't seem to be running out of anything. The prime rib was very good. Stopped in for dinner at the request of some buddies. I am NOT a fan of buffets. Normally they are germ filled and mediocre food at best. Throw in a Chinese buffet in the middle of Tennessee and I was very skeptical. The food was okay. Surprisingly they offered a decent salad and fruit bar and had options like prime rib and pizza if you wanted. I stayed away from the chicken and opted for the prime rib and green beans. I have had better, but it wasn't bad all things considered. They had dipped j e cream and lots of desert options as well. I have to take a star off for their prices for their evening service. For lunch, we spent about $16 with drinks but during dinner service, it was $28! It is somewhat disconcerting they don't post their prices. I think they justify the price since they offer crab legs. For someone that is allergic to crab, the price increase is an insult. The staff is rude and the food was nasty. Got sushi and the wasabi was ruined. I told a staff member and they did nothing about it. Just left it on the bar. They brought our drink one time and never returned. Had to go ask the cashier if she would get us something to drink. She told our server and she never came. We tried Ming's for the first time last weekend. Plenty of food, mostly Chinese, as one would expect, but surprisingly they had pizza on their stream table. Inexpensive, about $7 per person and $1.50 per drink. The food wasn't very hot, Just warm, except the soups, they were hot, very. I have lived in Tullahoma all my life and have explored many US cities and other countries. I have enjoyed food from all walks and places. Today My mother, son, and myself had lunch here today and it was the worst ever. Food was cold many of the items in bar was either hard or non at all. Service was unspeakable... Omg I don't normally do this but I'm completely grossed out! And sad at the same time! Just went to eat lunch at my favorite Chinese restaurant in Tullahoma and found a freaking roach leg in the batter of the chicken! After I took a bite of it! I took a picture to get a closer look just to be sure and looked up what roach legs look like on google to compare and sure enough it was confirmed! We asked for a manager to talk to they said no managers are here they are all in China and said no one was in charge! Finally a lady came to talk to us that spoke better English and we told her what we found "discreetly" in disbelief! She kept saying we don't have bugs we spray for them! And told us so sorry! And that she would let the cook know right away! And that she would take my dinner off the bill! But that we would still have to pay for Jason and Gabe's! Well I had to go off and say would you want to finish your dinner after you seen someone at your table pull a roach Legg out of the the same food you are eating off the same food bar? She got an attitude and and said fine just take it all off the bill!! We still offered to pay for drinks and Gave the waitress a tip! This is definately the best Chinese Buffet in Tullahoma. The sushi selection is very good and made fresh. The Mongolian BBQ is excellent. I traval extensively with my work and have the opportunity to eat at alot of chinese buffets all over the country and this one is in the top 3 overall. I can always count on the food being consistently great. I go late in the evening alot of the time and I found out that they will cook you anything you want fresh. You just have to ask. My favorite is the black pepper chicken and the crab legs, but the buffet is not your typical low quality that you see at alot of the Chinese buffets. The shrimp are tasty and crisp, not fishy and soggy like alot of places. The cocktail sauce is great, which most chinese buffets can't seem to mange the simple task of making a good sauce. I see the review before mine has a small conplaint about the dinner prices. I have one thing to say about that. You can't get this great quality without paying for it. The dinner buffet is worth every penny. I was just in Tullahoma for 2 days. I ate there for lunch on the first day and dinner the second. Ming's is ok I don't care much for Chinese food but they have a good selection on the buffet but the reason I am doing a review they teed me off today 6/21/14 I went there a few times and every time I went was around the same time and the first couple of times the price was the same but today when I got the check it was $4.00 more I was expecting it to be the same price I had paid for the last 2 times it teed me off she wouldn't offer to make it the same price as I had paid before then me being short tempered because of having PTSD from the military and being in war we got into a ugly argument over it, it's a shame they won't and don't offer a veteran/Military discount like other restaurant's in Tullahoma, so now I'm not allowed back in Ming's and their food isn't all that great and it's just warm not hot like it's supposed to be, I'm going to get in touch with the health Dept. and food administration and try to have them closed down for it. I liked the price but they have went up on their stuff and I hate crab meat and most sea food any way when it's not cooked like their shrimp and some other of their sea food.
