First time for my wife and I, and did a take-out order online. We had the General Tso Chicken, steamed dumplings, and Hot and Sour soup. It was all very well done. We did not find any of it to be bland, as several others said in their reviews, and found it tasted great. The soup was spot on. This is our new favorite Chinese restaurant. I wish we had gone there much sooner. While picking up the order I noticed it very clean and nice inside. It does not look as big as it is from outside. read more

We tried this place as the wife heard good things about and being in the area helped as well. It's a cool tiki bar vibe and it clean and wide open dining area. I had the hunan chicken which came with an egg roll and fried rice . Wife had moo goo gai pan . We both enjoyed the meals and the servings are big as she had to take some home. We used the lunch menu and was about 10 bucks a plate combo . Was a good crowd in there and would come back again . Worth a try if in the area. read more

Got a $74 order and it wasnt good 1st time trying and won't be going back. My kung pao chicken has a shrimp taste and I didn't want shrimp. My wife got a meal and said it was bland. Either they don't care about the food or have just given up. Pls make a change !! read more

I have been here many times and never had a bad meal. It is always super fresh and delicious. They use fresh ingredients and you can really tell they care about their food. I would not hesitate to come here anytime. You can't beat their lunch special! Best ten bucks you'll spend! read more

The moo goo gai pan i got today was undercooked and skimpy. It wasn't very good either and was mostly rice. The chicken was grisly. Not going back. Was overcharged as I asked for extra snow peas and didn't get them. read more

They really need a better online menu, that has lunch and dinner options separately, if that's something they do. I ordered General Tso's chicken (paid $3 extra to get lo mein noodles instead of rice. It was just spaghetti noodles) I added their version of crab Rangoon, just cream cheese in pasta or wontons; it was good, but needed a dipping sauce. There was plenty of food, but it costs me over $26! I felt like I had been gouged, but now I know. read more

This little gem was referred to me by a friend and it didn't disappoint, don't let the strip mall store front discourage you; this is a nice place, newly updated and extremely clean. The fried dumplings are a must have and the lunch special prices are great for the dinner size portions you get. I love that you get a choice between soup or egg roll for a side. Fresh, fresh, fresh... everything is made fresh, the best rice I've ever had, just delicious with fast friendly service to boot. Needless to say this is our new go to Asian restaurant. We haven't been in here in years due to their buffet being lukewarm. But we tried while social distancing for take out and it was fantastic. Perfectly fresh I could not of asked for it to be any better. Also the Chinese donuts are beyond delish, you Must try them! Yum !!! My Dad was craving some egg foo yung, so I called to see if they had it on the menu and they did. Ordered the house special one....it is not on the menu proper but if you ask for it......you will not be disappointed. You know how you always have leftover Chinese.....that was not an issue..... he devoured every piece of it. Needless to say when he gets a hankering for more....I am sure this will be the place he orders from. I had the hunan beef.....the flavor was well blended and the mix of vegetables was great. It is listed on the menu as spicy which is usually ok with me......but holy shit was it hot like melting my tongue and lips hot. So if you like spicy but not inferno'ish make sure you request less heat. I will definitely order it again and ask for a 2 alarm fire and not a 5 alarm burn. read more

Absolutely disgusting. Everything was cold, soggy, and just terrible. We went at a pretty reasonable time for lunch so you'd think everything would be fresh or at least hot. I don't expect much from buffets but for the food to at least be eatable. You will absolutely regret your decision going into there. read more

I was in Tullahoma for work and grew tired of souther BBQ by the sixth night (who would have thought such a thing be possible) so I decided to try a local Chinese joint. I chose this location simply because of its location to my hotel. The interior is like any Chinese restaurant- gumball machines that I'm sure have been there since 1992 and pictures of the menu items with an eerie hue. The menu was fairly typical of a Chinese restaurant- nothing out of the ordinary, which is to no fault. I got a takeout order of the general tso chicken and it was alright. It was too sweet and felt a little soggy. The spice lacked a punch, but I'd rather that than it knock my socks off. What did knock my socks off was the customer service, and the attitude of the server. She was young, I assume the daughter of the owners. I couldn't decide if I was going to order off the menu or choose from the buffet so I went to look at the items they had in the buffet line. Within a few steps to the display, she told me I had to order to go any further... Strange. From what I could see, most of the items were close to empty and there were people waiting off to the side for it to be filled. One gentleman asked if he could have a drink while he waited and the server replied "only if you're going to pay for it." I was stunned. Her response, not alone the tone, was a bit harsh, but I suppose it's their restaurant and they're free to serve as they please. read more

For a country town, Tullahoma has tons of Chinese buffets. China Wok is one of many in town. It is your typical buffet where you pick your food from a handful of dishes and then a few choices for desserts. Nothing spectacular food wise. One thing that really gave me something to make a comment on was that they didn't serve any beef dishes. Maybe it was for lunch only. I doubt they do that for dinner. They have soups, and some desserts. They also have an ice cream freezer. There were four flavors when we were there. Their price was very enticing. $5 for lunch! We would go back just to see if dinner was better but Ming's Buffet has them beat with selections and flavor. read more
