I walked up and talked to the staff about the soggy Beria taco and asked if theirs was fire and they said yes, so I ordered 2 steak tacos and 1 Beria. Food came out within 6-8 min and was yummy! The Beria is where they shined for sure, it was perfect. The steak tacos were just alright, small and the tortilla shell tasted a little off. Overall very solid food truck! Would come again.

The chicken is seasoned well the tortillas are good. Don't think they are hand made but they get the job done. What's really good is the sauce and those pickled carrots which have a hint of spice to them. I literally inhaled 2 out the 4 before I realized I didn't put the sauce on yet. So that should go to show that the tacos are GOOD and not dry. Would recommend is you want street tacos

Ambiance was a wood picnic table in a parking lot, not great, but good enough for eats. Service was great!

I had the burger with jalapeno pimento cheese and grilled onions. It was a very unique combination that I had never had and I must say it was absolutely delicious! I highly encourage anyone looking for a great lunch to seek them out and hit them up. Great food and friendly people. And for those that want to know. They told me they are at the convenience store parking lot next to the hospital on Hwy 70 on Thursdays from 10:30 till 1pm and in the Tractor Supply parking lot on Fridays. I would assume the same time as the Thursday schedule.

I wanna start off by saying the food was AMAZING ! 100% perfect ! Best steak I've ever had !…read moreHowever I would give the atmosphere a very low rating . We went on Valentines and expected a nice set down restaurant. This place is not a date night place ! More like picnic tables sat around and a come and chill place when you get off the river environment. Also it was freezing in there !!!! I wondered if maybe their heat went out ?? I froze ! I wanted to get water but the drinks were self serve and water wasn't an option at the drink station . Lastly , when we went to leave I had to potty so when I went the first thing I noticed is that the ladies and men shared the same bathroom ! Also there was a huge hole in the wall w insulation Falling out of the wall. It wasn't a pleasant bathroom at all . I HATE to leave a bad review so I have to repeat that the food was epically amazing but the environment wasn't what I expected at all . I would however still recommend people eat there . It was be perfect for people coming off the river w their kids after a long day in the sun . Just definitely not a date night atmosphere.

Prices can come down some comparing to the other taco trucks in the near towns. portions are good and salsa is spicy but blends just right with the flavor of the meat. By far excellent customer service I highly reccomened its definitely a must try!

While visiting Panther Creek Brews there was a non-descript food truck there with a hand-written…read moremenu. I took a look at the menu and it didn't really resemble what most food trucks offer. The offerings indicated someone who cooked using a bit of flair and looked like they knew how to enhance a dish with sauces. I selected the Rosemary Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. Now these are not like any quesadilla I've had as a "appetizer" at many restaurants, this was a creative melding of intricate flavors into a quasi-soft shell taco/quesadilla. The grilled chicken had great flavor and the bacon and ranch really complemented the quesadilla. The tortilla was perfect, slightly crisp, and held the entire quesadilla together and didn't fall apart after the first bite. To top it all off...I got to meet the owners/operators Frankie and Tony Wong. This couple works hard, serve up great food, and are really fun to talk to. Highly recommend you like and subscribe to their FB Page. Their menu is a dry erase board and changes daily, I can't wait to see what special item they will create next. https://www.facebook.com/Myrootsfoodtruck

The TRIPLE LAYER TOMATO AND BASIL GRILLED CHEESE ON SOURDOUGH was delish! Soft, with a crunchy outside and surprisingly not too much bread. A good amount of cheese and flavor. I'd definitely recommend. CRINKLE CUT FRIES were over cooked. I'm sad to say I didn't even finish them, which is rare for me since this cut of fries is my absolute favorite! Just too crunch and the flavor was heavy on the oil, rather than potato. Total cost was $9 before tip, which made it one of the least expensive items on the truck. Customer service was professional. Food was made quickly and from order. Pretty good, IMO.
