The gyoza was hard so I did not try that and the egg rolls were just basic cabbage, not any other vegatables or meat. There were 5 bars so I did not have any trouble finding good things to eat. The sushi was minimal and pretty basic but the hibachi bar was loaded with a lot of fresh good items including steak. As far as a buffet goes this is pretty good. I wanted to tell the woman who appears to be in charge and took my money, but I'm not sure she could understand me, and I certainly could not understand her. The health department needs to make an inspection there ASAP and pull out the temperature gauge. I'm going to make some phone calls and see if I can make that happen.
