I had read about the ambiance before hand and was very intrigued to see if it would be too "dark" to see with my older eyes but it was actually perfect and I enjoyed the red light, intimate feel. Also, he never apologized for the problem. The only thing he said during the entire interaction was, "the money will go back on the card"... Not even a "have a good day". The manager was more mad than me when I'm the one who drove all the way home, sat down, opened the container and couldn't even eat because it's hair in my food. Then had to drive all the way back to Hixson, waited 15mins on him to come back from running errands to even get a refund. TIP for Manager: Having your employees wear hairnets, would prevent you from getting mad at the customer about doing a refund because one of YOUR EMPLOYEE'S HAIR fell in THEIR food. (:
