The restaurant was nice and muted lighting to set the mood. The server was nice and helpful with suggestions. The food was good and I most likely will come back. The only reason this review isn't higher is because the website sucks. I had only come there because I wanted the skewers. Had I known it was only served at dinner I would have come later in the day. If I hadn't had come with a group and already paid for parking I would've just come back later. The website makes it impossible for you to see the menus because it blows it up so much you only catch a few letters or words. The menu I did find didn't specify anything. While I admit I could have called and asked, I don't really think I should have to call just to confirm the dishes they serve. Really neat restaurant with a cool underground ambience. It would make for a great date spot, though I was just here with some friends. I ordered the spicy crab noodles, based off of previous reviews. The flavor was fantastic, and the noodles al dente. I thought it was good and priced well. Cocktails were fine. Some were creative. Not badly priced at $10. Service was fast and friendly. Plus, the food came out fast. We had the fried rice with scrambled egg and the dry crab ramen. The fried rice would have been better with a runny egg, but since we shared it with our toddler we wanted the egg fully cooked. Looked like they were short staff and the bartender was running all the tables in the back including ours. Only saw our server 3 times during our meal. The app was delivered after the entree and I had to remind the server that I didn't get it. When they delivered it it was not hot so more than likely it was forgotten. The app was takoyaki and it was more like an interpretation of takoyaki. It sadly was disappointing because they used the smallest amount of octopus. Like I swear the first three did not have any. No hate at all, but Chattanooga doesn't make Ramen and sushi. If you've never had ramen before or sushi just know this isn't actually what it tastes like. This is just an essence.. if that. A tree branch hangs over that feels almost like eating under a tree. Overall not what I expected but at the same time I'm not surprised. RAMEN: unmitigated disaster... so, things can be picturesque in a pretty bowl but starting w the pic, they put the egg in the ramen spoon. A huge no-no. But as I dove in, it got worse. Instead of a chunky, fat laced piece of pork in my tonkotsu, I had one extremely thin sliced piece of ... I don't know, pork loin? ... floating in my "ramen". The broth? Tasted more like warm milk (and looked like it) than any tonkotsu I've had across the US. Even my home ramen is way better. And, the noodles.... Oh my goodness. Like plopping uncooked spaghetti noodles into a milk bath. Very disappointing. YAKITORI was pretty good actually. Gyoza was delicious and tasted freshly made. All the yakatori was flavorful and well-done. And wherever they were grilling the meat, the ventilation was good, as we could not smell it anywhere. Spicy Tuna Rice was one of my favorites dishes and a bit different than just a tuna sushi roll. However, the sushi we had was also good. Ramen broth was yummy, but the noodles were a bit different than I expected. They tasted more like an egg noodle in Hong Kong style wonton noodle soup, but it was all still delicious. Love the atmosphere here, first time going and had the Tonkotsu ramen, I wish the egg had been more soft boiled, there is nothing tastier than runny yoke covering the noodles. Had the St Elmo spicy roll which was good, and full of spice. Also tried the Tori Paitan Shoyu Ramen which I felt was a little bland and the chicken meatballs they added were overly mushy, tasted as if they were not cooked all the way (as a description of consistency, I'm certain they were fully cooked, no one got sick). The menu description says, "steamed with good salt" and we were indeed blown away by the "good salt." Haha! There's a spicy option that we didn't try. A very quaint and cool place. It is located in an old warehouse building where there is now shopping and dining. Two Ten Jack has several different dishes. My husband had a ramen noodle dish, and he said it was delicious. I have food allergies so I opted for the nigiri. The fish was very fresh and tasty. Cute restaurant at Warehouse Row. Checked out Two Ten Jack for lunch and enjoyed it. I really like the entrance, it reminds me of a speakeasy entrance. The inside is dark and intimate. The lunch menu isn't as large as the dinner menu but has some great options. I went with the Poke bento box. Everything was tasty, especially the Brussels!! The only thing I'd ask for is more of is the fried gyoza and poke, and less of the slaw/Brussels. Other than that everything was delicious and service was amazing. Definitely will go back. read more

I was surprised at the low average two ten has here on yelp. We have eaten here multiple times and have always been pleased. The atmosphere is one of the best in chattanooga for a "cozy low light" feel. We always get the ramen and have always been happy with it. We have never had an issue with the service or wait times. The drink prices are reasonable for what feels like a higher end setting. Overall, two ten is definitely worth checking out, don't be put off by the score average here! read more
