Our waitress was very nice and attentive so she is basically the only reason I am giving 2 stars. The food was crap. I ordered the avocado grilled chicken sandwich. The tiny slices of avocado were brown. The chicken was so unevenly thick that I sliced it in half just to eat the sandwich. Fries were really bland. One of the glasses of coke had something floating in the bottom of the glass. The pasta salads and potato salad from the salad bar were ok, but not great. The food is consistently good here. However tonight, it was excellent. I was perturbed they discontinued my usual cajun pasta. I chose the Double Decker chicken instead and my s/o order his usual turkey burger, to go. The meat of both dishes was especially flavorful and juicy! So tender. Awful. We sat at the bar which was filthy. Dirty glasses stacked up at each end of the bar. Used plates and napkins sat at empty seats for the majority of the time we were there. Bartender was absent most of the time and when she was there she was yelling back and forth with other employees that walked by. A waitress came and sat at the bar and we listened to the two of them complain about how busy it was. My husband ordered the seafood trio and he only received part of it. He had to ask for the rest of it twice and it came ten minutes after we were done eating. I had an online coupon and the bartender made a point to tell me that Ruby Tuesday has no affiliation with them so its not her fault if it didn't work. Basically subpar in every way possible. This is probably one of the worst meals my wife and 2 kids(14 & 16 ) have ever had during our many travels. We would have been better off going to the Sonic across the street. I passed on taking a 15-20 minute drive to the Historic River Street area during our Florida drive stopover and it cost us $100.00. The chicken wings & fries my son ordered were the only respectable edible items. The shellfish trio I regrettably ate was a terrible excuse for seafood and my daughter's shrimp penne pasta parmesan was also sickening. My family took me to Ruby Tuesday's for Mother's Day. I wanted a salad bar with an entree. We were seated immediately but only steps from the kitchen. We could hear our waiter being told he had people seated at one of his tables. He said he wasn't on the clock until 12:15. It was approximately 12:00. But after a couple of conversations about whether he was on the clock or not, he came to get our drink orders. When he brought our drinks he was unprepared to take our lunch orders. He had to come back to ask how we wanted our meat cooked and to tell my daughter they were out of an item she had ordered. It was lunch. How could they be out? My daughter works at an upscale restaurant and was unhappy with our service. When we asked for sweet teas to go. Our waiter told us they were out of sweet tea! It wasn't even 1:00 pm at that point. Needless to say our tip reflected our disappointment. I don't think we will be returning to Ruby Tuesday restaurants. read more

Stopped by for dinner on my way up to South Carolina. Service was fast and food was hot and good. Price is reasonable. Meal comes with mini muffins. I had the salad bar included with my entrée for an extra $2.50. The salad was fresh. Overall a good experience for a pitstop. read more

This particular Ruby Tuesday's was one of the best we have visited. It was convenient to our hotel, only a walk across the bridge. Our server, Joshua L., was polite, on point, and was a fine waiter. We highly recommend trying this restaurant when you are in the Savannah GA area. It's clean, has lots of parking, and a has quiet atmosphere with great food. Our burgers were cooked to perfection, as was our sampler appetizer platter. Excellent experience overall. read more

We were staying at a nearby hotel and went there for a late dinner. The food and service were very good. Did not do the salad bar (not a fan). The wife and I had this last night and everything was terrific. The server kept up with the request and did an awesome job. The salad bar obviously is second to none. I had the Cajun pasta and it really was good. My wife had the crusted tilapia which she said was awesome as well. We had a Ruby Tuesday near our hometown that wasn't that good. It closed up. I've seen bad reviews on this one and can't figure out why. After a trip to savannah ga this week, my car broke down unexpectedly. I had to check out of my hotel not knowing the status of my vehicle and waited in limbo for almost 4 hrs at this ruby tuesday. The bartender, miss Annette, was absolutely amazing. She constantly checked on me, gave me water, fresh coffee and words of encouragement. It is people like her that make this world a better place. So, on our way home from Orlando and we originally stopped at Applebee's but there was a large "party" in their restaurant which caused us to go to Ruby Tuesday. Husband ordered a rib eye and got ribs which he said were over cooked and dry, daughter ordered the chicken and broccoli parmesan pasta, she ate the broccoli. The pasta was in a very greasy sauce and the chicken was really dry. I ordered chicken tenders and a side of ranch because it seemed like a quick easy choice. My first bite was awful. I'm not sure if my chicken was undercooked or the ranch was spoiled because it was too dark to see my chicken but something was really off. I didn't eat any more after that. Son had a cheeseburger, he may have been the only one to eat a decent portion of his food. Our server was attentive and we had no complaints with her. The manager was quick to recognize that my husband's order was wrong and they offered to fix it but we still have a few hours to drive and didn't want to wait. read more

I ordered my food on ruby Tuesday to go and set it up to be picked up at 745pm. Well I go inside and there is no one there at the bar except another customer. Anyways I see bagged up food on another table, but because I waited 15 minutes and no one was there I decided to call them and let them know that I was there to pick up my order. I was told on the phone that I was to wait because other people were waiting on there food. SO my food was not ready or so I thought. I went back out to my car and its 8pm. I look through the glass window and out comes a waitress with short brown-blondish hair speaking to the customer I saw waiting at the bar. So I go back in and I told the waitress my name and she pulls the bag that was already sitting on the table for over 20 minutes. I say Oh I didn't know that was my order, its been sitting there... She replies in a smart sarcastic tone in front of the other customer embarrassing me, "saying" I don't know what to tell you its only 2 of us and you have to come in to pick up your order. However I was inside at 745pm like they told me. I told her that I was inside and she started laughing and made me feel like a liar. Anyways I paid for my food, will not be back due to lack of service. And I know that we have this coronavirus going on and its hurting restaurants and stuff, but you still don't treat your customers like crap. I work in a restaurant too, but I push the orders out on time and don't give excuses or belittle a customer. I felt absolutely unappreciated as a customer here tonight. read more

The wife, kids, and I was starving and across from the hotel was this restaurant. I looked up the reviews and saw a 3 star but I was convinced that maybe it was just other problems not just the food. Well we ordered the classic sampler and the food was literally too salty. We both ordered the ribs with dirty rice, and Mac n cheese. I never ever seen dirty rice with chicken inside instead of beef. But that's not the worst part. The ribs were dry, and felt like they were old and was reheated using a microwave. I ate a few bites of the ribs and was disgusted and left the rest on the plate. I never had this bad of a food experience before at a ruby Tuesday and I believe it's the poor management and cooking staff. The service was excellent but food quality was somewhat disappointing and I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. I do not recommend this place unless they change the whole cooking staff and management goes back to training on how to run a establishment properly with fresh food and a cooking line staff that has some sort of cooking experience. read more

My wife, daughter and I stopped in Savannah for the evening on our way to FL to visit family for the week of Thanksgiving. We had been traveling for 14 hours. We wanted some dinner before we went to bed at our hotel that was right near this Ruby Tuesdays. The food was good but the service was the worst I have experienced in a long time. After our server was done taking our order she asked us if we wanted biscuits. We said yes, and they never came. I was without a drink for 5-10 minutes before our meal came. Our server walked past several times and never asked if I wanted something else. When she brought our meal I asked to have another drink. My meal was missing a side. A group of 15+ came in right around this time. I was not brought my second drink until I was done with my meal. She also brought our check at this time. The server gave a very short apology as she rushed off to her group of 15+ to take their order. Our 3 year-old daughter was more then ready to go at this point so I took our check up to the hostess stand and asked if someone could run my card so we could leave. The hostess I spoke to was extremely rude and gave me multiple dirty looks. The 2 other hostesses offered to get me drinks to go, I declined. They apologized and said they would inform the manager. As we were leaving the manager approached me and apologized several times, and asked me what happened. After I informed her she said that she would void out the order. I wasn't looking for any hand outs by any means, but the manager and the food is what gave this experience 2 stars. I regret not going to Applebee's right across the street. read more

My grilled shrimp was rubbery. Our drinks were never refilled. Our waiter wasn't interested in us. We were told we couldn't participate in happy hour unless we sat in the bar. A dear friend and I had dinner at this location yesterday and everything went horrible. First we were asked if we wanted a table or a booth, we asked for a table. There would be a 15-30 minute wait. Now this is no big deal and we go to the bar and get a couple drinks. The bartender was attentive but needs to brush up on her bartending skills. Very messy and the drinks were off. When we were seated they tried to put us in a booth. Well normally this wouldn't be a big deal for most but we asked for a table and I'm a top heavy girl that has a hard time to sit in a small booth. When we finally get to the table it took 30 mins to get waited on and then the food was horrible. The food was so horrible that we couldn't even choke it down. We left just as hungry as we were when we arrived at this location. Needless to say we ended up going to a different restaurant in hope of finding food that was halfway decent. I'm giving this a 2 star only because the manager was nice dealing with the issues that we had. read more

Food taste was good but took about an hour for our order to arrive. We (three adults) watched a family of four come in, ordered, and left before they finally got it all together .
